19 Divine Clinic’s Opening

Seven days later.

The sun shone brightly and the skies were clear and beautiful.

The streets of the Imperial City were as lively as usual and the shouts of peddlers resounded throughout the streets. The only difference was that the clinic had opened today!

The sound of the fiery red firecrackers reverberated throughout the street and attracted everyone's gazes. Baili Hongzhuang had also arranged for a dragon and lion dance performance, which attracted the crowds towards the clinic.

In a short period of time, the front gates of the clinic were packed as everyone curiously looked at the newly opened clinic.

"Divine Clinic?" A man looked at the words written on the plaque in surprise. That name was in fact, honestly quite arrogant.

"This was originally physician Shen's clinic but afterward, he returned to his hometown and so, he transferred the clinic to someone else. The person who took over, opened this Divine Clinic."

"I wonder who opened it. Based on the name alone, it seems like that person is not an ordinary man!"

A series of discussions spread around the clinic entrance. The name of the clinic was too obtrusive and it attracted lots of attention. If the physician was truly a divine doctor, they would naturally be happy. However, if they weren't, then it would simply be a joke.

Within the clinic, Ji Wenbin looked at Baili Hongzhuang helplessly. "Miss Hongzhuang, the name of your clinic, isn't it too…"

He had never asked for the name of Baili Hongzhuang's clinic beforehand and he could not help but sweat buckets for her when he saw the name. Outsiders might not know of it, but he knew that this clinic only had Baili Hongzhuang as a physician!

Even though he believed that Baili Hongzhuang had a certain standard of skills, there was still an extremely huge difference compared to a divine doctor.

It was true that newborn calves were unafraid of tigers, to be so arrogant the moment she opened the clinic. If she were to tarnish the signboard in the future, then she would become a big joke in the Imperial City!

"Too?" Baili Hongzhuang faintly smiled. "Too arrogant?"

Ji Wenbin sighed and said, "Miss Hongzhuang, you are also aware that making a showy display of one's ability is not exactly a good thing."

When he got along with Baili Hongzhuang in the past, he felt that despite her young age, she was rather insightful and had appreciated her maturity. But from the current situation… alas, she did not have a deep understanding of human behavior due to her young age.

Looking at Baili Hongzhuang's determined expression, Ji Wenbin no longer said anything. The clinic belonged to her and she had the freedom to make any decisions.

After the performance ended, the onlookers looked at the Divine Clinic one after another. The large clinic was entirely white, decorated with green bonsai and the layout caused their expressions to brighten up.

"Today is the opening day of Divine Clinic and the first three customers will receive free treatment. The remaining customers will enjoy half priced treatment!"

Baili Hongzhuang had a cool expression as she made the announcement in an orderly manner.

"You're the physician of the Divine Clinic?"

Everyone looked at the young lady whose age surely did not exceed sixteen and an inconceivable expression crept across their faces.

Baili Hongzhuang nodded slightly. "I am from a physician family and have studied medical skills since a young age. I am rather accomplished with my skills and you can rest assured!"

However, even though Baili Hongzhuang spoke with a confident demeanor, the crowd still found it unconvincing. After all, her current age made it very unconvincing!

If Baili Hongzhuang were to make a wrong diagnosis, then wouldn't they have suffered for nothing?
