1 Prologue

Eric Woodman, the captain of the strongest battalion of the Faron Empire, together with his team that personally asked by the King to see the situation, travels on foot very fast to get on the forest at the outskirt of Caleo village. It is a distant village from the capital.

But just as when they get to the forest, the strong pungent smell of blood waft on their senses. They all rise their guards as the source of the smell came from the forest.

As they arrived to the forest, they couldn't believe the scene before their eyes.

"... just what in the world happened here?."

Countless of human corpses were mutilated, decapitated and spread all over the forest. They were slaughtered in a very gory way. Human flesh is everywhere and blood painted the originally green forest, as creepy red. The trees were destroyed and the landscape of the area was a total mess. A large crack in the Earth could be seen everywhere.

There's only one word to describe this whole scene, it was a brutal annihilation.

There's an eerie silence among the battalion.

They are all experienced veterans but still the scene before their eyes creeped them. They couldn't fathom what in the world created this.

Suddenly an ear piercing cry was been heared on the heart of the forest.

Eric immediately ordered the troop to follow the noise.

What they see, shocked them.

Countless of demon beasts lurks in the forest.

Their red eyes, black fur and big canine tooth gives them a vicious look.

But that's not what really shocked them.

Because in the middle of these vicious beasts, is a petite white haired girl who looks on her teens, clad with dark red armor and dark red rappier, stands firmly while stepping on the head of the larger beast.

And the painful cry that sounded all throughout the forest was from the beast.

A look of disbelief flash on everyone's face.

A demon beast is a very wild and sturdy demon. It's berserk ability rises its physical ability to double. That's why it is considered as a class B mission and pack of them is given as an upper class A.

A lot of village was been destroyed by just one demon beast, and it always takes a group of capable warriors to subjugate it.

But what happened next truly frightened them.

The girl crushed the head of the beast with her heel, and wielded her red rapier to do a one full swing around her. Her movements was very swift and quiet. That all happened within a second.

Just within that moment, all the heads of the demon beast was been decapitated. They didn't even able to utter a sound.

Eric, after seeing the slaughter happened,

can think only of one word.

"DEATH"

Silence permeates the area. But then...

The girl slowly turn her head as she look on the people who still are in shock.

A cold and mad smile was on her face.

"Charlotte, prepare your sealing spells!

Support troops cast your armament spells to the maximum output! Range warriors get to your farthest aim scope! Warriors raise your aura"

Eric immediately gave orders, since he knows they are prey in the eyes of this girl.

Eric knows at that moment, a deadly fight was about to happen.
