She knew what she did to him and he was left unspeakably broken and lost. He thought that everything was going right. It wasn’t fair that she would just hurt him like that. She had those secret filthy nights all to herself and he never thought he was never enough. She tried to push herself to stay, trying to love him but in the end all was lost when she stayed too long in that cabin. Waking up in someone else’s bed, somehow satisfied which was confusing to her.
