You are not my toy, you are my wife

Li Cheng approached Zhang Lihua and took the wine from her hand. He raised her up.

Zhang Lihua stared at the man in front of her, he was more handsome than Bro Qiang, his eyelashes were long, he was tall and emitted an aura filled with authority. Her heart was filled with a strange warmth, she wrapped her arms round his neck and kissed him.

Li Cheng was startled, that was the first time Zhang Lihua had kissed him since they got married. The kiss was filled with pain but it was still passionate. He felt his body heat up, he didn't want to take advantage of her drunken state and sleep with her.

He pushed her lightly and said "You are drunk, why do you have to drink so much?"

Zhang Lihua giggled then she replied "I saw Bro Qiang today, he was with Zhao Biyu"

Li Cheng frowned. So she felt jealous because she saw a man with a woman. He didn't know who Bro Qiang was and he wanted to get more information from her. He helped her to seat on the coach and sat down next to her, then he said in a cold tone "tell me more."

Zhang Lihua rested her head on his shoulders and continued "I went to a newly opened boutique today, I didn't know the boutique belonged to Zhao Biyu if not I wouldn't have gone there. I saw Bro Qiang and he said many cold things to me. He said I seduced you and other people to get to where I am today and am just a toy you are going to use and dump when you are tired, he offered to sell the dresses for me with a discount or even give them to me for free, he even called me a seductress."

Li Cheng listened to her without saying anything.

Zhang Lihua sobbed and continued "When I was in high school, I dated Bro Qiang and Zhao Biyu and Yuan Huan were my best friends. I told them everything about my life but Zhao Biyu betrayed me, she went to the states with Bro Qiang and attended the same university with him. She took Bro Qiang away from me. I gave Bro Qiang everything he wanted, the only thing I refused to give him was my body. Zhao Biyu gave him her body and he dumped me immediately. When they returned from the states, he told me that they were already engaged and they had been planning their marriage from the States. I felt heartbroken, I even fell sick for some days and Yuan Huan took care of me. Since that day, I found it difficult to trust men and I promised myself that I was never going to cry again because of Liu Qiang and Zhao Biyu but I couldn't hold myself today, the things he said hurt me a lot" Zhang Lihua looked at Li Cheng then she asked between her sobs "He said you are going to dump me when you are tired and am just your toy, he's correct right? am just too pitiful" She continued sobbing

Li Cheng heart hurt as he saw her in that state. How could they hurt his wife to this extent, they even said he was using her. Liu Qiang and Zhao Biyu are their names right? He had heard a lot about the them but he paid less attention. He was going to conduct a background check on them.

He looked at Zhang Lihua lovingly and replied "He's wrong, you are not my toy, you are my wife, am never going to leave you for any reason and you are not pitiful, you are brave."

Zhang Lihua smiled slightly and continuing sobbing. Li Cheng hugged her tightly, she sobbed on Li Cheng's chest until she fell asleep.
