11 New Life begins

As soon as Susan finalized the deal, she moved quickly to bring her stuff from Samuel's home to her house. Thankfully, the room was fully furnished and she didn't need to invest in it. However, she had only 1 bags of clothes since she didn't plan on staying. She quickly figured out she had to buy formal clothes atleast for the next 1week since even if she asked her parents to courier her stuff, it would take some days.

At a snap, she remembered she hadn't inform them anything of her job offer; last time she had called she mentioned she will be coming 1 day later. Quickly, she dialed them & informed about her job & salary. Her parents happiness knew no bound, since they were struggling hard to meet their needs ; knowing their daughter had a job now, they could relax.

Now the next task for Susan was shopping ,but she didn't have enough money. And the salary would be credited by end of the month, nor she had any credit card. She was unknowingly chewing her lips nervously, when her cell phone beeped. She received a message saying, " Your account has been credited by $1500". She blinked her eyes & quickly checked her net banking since she assumed this message was a hoax.

But it was not. Just them , she received a mail from HR as "Your account has been credited with one- time joining bonus applicable for all new joinees. This is to ensure you have a somooth time transitioning into a part of our company. "

The mail had a welcome note & also mentioned various rules , regulations & the disciplinary actions applicable for non- compliance to any rules. Nevertheless, she got enough for the shopping & her eyes beemed with happiness for the first time in last decade. As she looked at the view from the balcony, she felt a new life had began for her & she would live it to the fullest.
