7 Next Steps

In the meeting room of Los Noches the Espada, Aizen, Gin, and Tosen were seated.

"Laylini has gathered us here today to inform us of something major so let us listen to what she has to say." Aizen broke the ice with this line.

"Nel and I will be away from Los Noches for the next year in the Absence of the Primera and Segunda Espada, the Tres Espada, Tier Harribel will be in command. Lord Aizen already knows the reasoning behind our absence so this meeting is nothing more than a formality. We will depart in a few days and when we return we will bring you more comrades therefore you all should do the same." Once Layla finished what she had to say she and Nel took their leave.

Their Plan of action is as followed: Step 1: Head to the world of the Living and find Kisuke Urahara.

Step 2: Find a way to advance a normal hollow to an Arrancar without Aizen's assistance.

Time passed swiftly as the duo opened up a Gargantua to the World of the Living, how did they explain this to Aizen you ask?! Well, that's a story for another time!

When they arrive in the world of the living Layla closes her eyes to pinpoint the Spiritual Pressure. Once located she uses her Sonido to travel there as quickly as possible.

Sitting in his shop Urahara fells the presence of 2 newcomers, feeling the distinct spiritual Pressure belonging to Hollows his eyes focus and sharpen as he walks out of the shop. As he sides open the door, two Vasto Lorde Class hollow enter his vision. His pupils' contract as the spiritual Pressure that passively exuded from their bodies was nothing to scoff at.

"Are you Kisuke?" Nel asks this as her voice maintained the same calm tone as always, yet her body language depicted that she was ready to attack at any time.

"I am, but what brings two Menos Grande to the world of the Living? Even more so two Vasto Lorde Class…."

"It seems that the Former Captain of Squad 12 is a sensible man, you know what would happen if we were to battle in the middle of this city. In fact, we are here to talk to you about Sosuke Aizen." When Layla said this Kisukes eyes narrowed an extreme amount. He turned around and motioned for the two of them to come inside.

Following behind Kisuke the three of them made their way down into the underground training ground along with a small Black Cat. Once they arrived Kisuke turned to the Vasto Lorde and had them continue with their story.

"Aizen has created an entire base in Hueco Mundo and has been gathering Vasto Lorde Class Hollows like myself and Nel to eventually go to war with the Soul Society. He plans on using the Hogoku to turn these Hollows into Arrancar, he wants to create the perfect being that transcends both Soul Reapers and Hollows." Kisuke showed a level of surprise before his face turned to normal.

"You didn't come here just to tell me this, what do you want from me?" His face remained stoic but the stance he took with the two Hollows was far less defensive than before.

"The Soul Society has known about Arrancar for a considerable amount of time now, which means there were instances of them existing before now. Tell me about that."

Kisuke looked at The Hollow before him with interest before he sat down on a rock.

"The Arrancar are indeed the final stage of growth for Hollows but this was many many years ago, before the existence of the 13 court Guard Squads. In Fact, the Arrancar existed before Soul reapers! Many of the techniques that we have today are based on the Hollow initiate abilities, Kido for example is a more flexible application of Hollow racial traits. Then 1000 or so years ago the Quincy eliminated the Arrancar due to the fact that Hollow spirit energy is Toxic to a Quincy. During the war, The Old man would send out Hollows to weed out the weak then go in and attack the Quincy."

Knowing that Arrancar could be created without 3rd party interference opened up a door that didn't even exist before! "Are there any records of the method?" Nel shouted with zero regards for her image.

"Why should I help you? You are Aizen's Subordinates, the enemy."

"I'm sure that you and the Visord are the only individuals that know the true effect of Aizen's Zanpakuto. I can tell you with certainty than neither Nel nor I have seen his Zanpakuto, Aizen's appearance was sudden and his power was vast, all we could do was bow our heads as we didn't have the power to fight back."

Layla made her stance on Aizen clear, she follows to survive but with enough power, she would have no reason to bow her head.

"That changes things! You will be a valuable asset in the future! But, to be honest the only place I think there will be Arrancar with the knowledge to turn other Hollows into Arrancar are in Hell." Kisuke paused while staring at the two hollow with intent far different than before. "To put it lightly hell isn't a Place that you can just come and go as you please, even a Captain couldn't break the gates of hell to get out."
