6 Eighth

Today is their First anniversary. She wanted to surprise Bry. She'll be going to her condo later but before that she'll buy Bry's favourited Chocolate-caramel Cake.

Heretofore Bry was the only one who made an effort on their Monthsary, Now it's now her turn.

Last 2 months ago on their 10th monthsary, Bry gave her a white gold Necklace with a peck of diamond on the center. They were in the amusement park. There are Ferris wheels, rollercoaster, horror trains and etc. They all tried everything.

Thanie just laughed at the part when Bry was begging her to stop because he suddenly said 'he was afraid of heights. But Bry says he'll do everything he can just to make her happy. Thanie immediately hugged him.

They were also had a dinner inside of the food services at the rooftop. They were so happy during those times, the feeling that you had nothing to do. You only had in your mind is to be happy when they were together.

There were fireworks during that time and exactly he gave her a necklace. Bry immediately handed the necklace to Thanie.

"It looks good on you, Pol."

"Of course, you bought this though,"

"But we look better if we're together," he giggled his eyebrow and directly stared at her.

He tilted it softly and both of them laughed.

"You have a taste for it," she commented.

"My mom suggested that when I went with her to go shopping."

"You're so sweet," she chuckled.

"For you I'm going to be sweet. Please be nice," instead of being thrilled to that man, Thanie was more excited.

And then they looked at each other. Bry grasped Than's two cheeks and slowly closed their faces until their lips met. He immediately kissed her and she kissed him back. Grim, Extremely rapid in both of their hearts.

That was when their first kiss had happened.

Thanie's tears flowed as she remembered the times when they were still sweet. But suddenly, Bry was cold to her when Nat entered again throughout their life. She wanted to finish but it wasn't enough time for them to separate.

She went into Bakeshop and bought a chocolate-caramel cake which Bry liked. The cake has free lettering so he put it on 'First anniversary'.

"650 pesos, Ma'am."

She gave her 1000 pesos and the cashier gave her change. She took a taxi and headed to Bry's Condo.

She was about to press the doorbell in Bry's room when she noticed that there were women's slippers outside. She also heard a woman speak inside.

"It's your first anniversary now with Than yet You've still pretending a year from now. She doesn't even have an idea that you've just toying her."

And her whole world stopped. For all the times, in all those years, all those memories, all those moments, it was all just a Fake. What Bry shows is not true. She had been cheating for so long.

"Why Bry? How can you do this to me?" She said in her mind. Her tears flowed. Her chest was tight too.

"And because of that, you have a reward for me later,"

"B-babe, don't tease me like that." She heard what Bry said nervously. She also heard some moan inside the room.

"You liked it?"

"I love it. But why, Nat? "

"Let's just say that she took everything from me, even my possessions."

She stopped there in the part. She already knew who the woman was. It was Nat. She knew it. Jealousy, hate and envy are what she feels right now. She took the Awards; contests she won that Nat should have.

But unfortunately, Thanie is worthy at all because She offered her own effort, passion and sweat. Nat was even more angry because she did not accept their offer to send her to the US to continue their studies. Thanie wasted everything she had.

"Can Nathalie will be the one to accept that offer, Ma'am? She's smart too and- "

"Why, Mace? This opportunity will be wasted if-."

"I won't really accept it, Ma'am. Just give it to Nat,"

She knew she was the woman peeking out the window outside. Her shadow was noticeable on the window as the sun shone. So, she thought that Woman might be Nat.

"Nat got a little bit of a grade compared to yours. You're the only one who got the highest grade here in school so please don't waste the opportunity."

And there the shadow disappeared. She knew Nat was listening there. Hopefully she would understand of what their principal said. She had nothing to do with it.

"I want to stay here for a little longer. I don't want to leave yet,"

"Alright if that's what you want then It's up to you if you take it or not. Just tell me If you want to change your mind."

"Okay, Ma'am. Thank you,"

Until now he still hasn't accepted the offer but it is not too late. She refused the offer because she didn't want to leave her friends including Nat as well as Bry.

Now she remembers why Nat was made her so angry. After all, he always lost in the Contests they attended. Thanie always wins against Nat. Thanie had talents in life, she was more on Dancing and acting or directing while Nat was more on Singing and painting.

Nat also competed in beauty contests, because Thanie was more on academic than Nat. Thanie was first and Nat was only second in the room since they were elementary.

"Mace is really nice."

"Don't tell me you've been neglected by her,"

"You know you're the only one I love."

"Sure?"

"I love you,"

Her chest suddenly clenched. She knew that was Bry's voice.

"I love you too,"

There Thanie cried quietly. His chest hurt so much that Bry didn't really love him as long as he didn't have space in his heart.
