A knock on the door of the motel they were in woke them up. Josh got up since his bed was closest to the door, and he opened it to see who it was. That was when he noticed it was Miranda at the door. "Miranda, good morning," Josh said with a soft yawn, but when he saw a worried expression on her features, his sleepiness started to fade.

"You have to help him! Jake is in trouble!" Miranda exclaimed boldly. Her tone of voice woke John up. The man pretty much sprang out of bed and quickly slide on his pants and shirt. He picked up his spiked bat and made his way to the door. "Where is he?" John asked with a serious expression.
