5 Spying on Batman and the league's meeting

After Vishal's massacre of crime lords and their men, Red Hood entered the crime alley and took out one of the prostitute rings and cut the dicks of pedophiles and fed it to hungry dogs before killing them.

Batman returned to Batcave that day after learning the details of the mass murderer from Gordon. Every member of the bat family is present there along with Barbara.

Gordon sent the forces to search for the killer and secure the areas.

"I heard what happened. Seems like we have a mass murderer on our hand." said Tim.

"Yes. I've received reports that not one of the crime lord's and their gangs could escape from the thunder attack." said Barbara to all of them.

"Father, this guy looks like a magician. Have you contacted the league?" asked Damian.

Bruce sighed and said "I've contacted Zatanna and asked her to track down the guy and inform me if they find anything."

"But, we can't completely rely on them we would have to find the identity of this guy one way or another." replied Bruce.

"That is why you need to rely on us, Bruce." came the voice.

Everyone looked to see Nightwing, Dick Grayson appear.

"Aren't you supposed to be in Bludhaven?" asked Damian.

"Well the problems there seemed much childish compared to what happened here." said Nightwing.

"Who is this guy? He did not harm any innocent but accurately killed the crime lords and their gangs." said Dick.

"Is he the "Mystical Punisher"? questioned Barbara.

Several brows raised on hearing those words.

"We can't say for sure. His way of doing things seem far direct than the "Mystical Punisher"." replied Tim.

"There is a league meeting tomorrow. I'll talk to the members of the league about this. The threat is far dangerous and league's help is needed to take care of it." said Batman.

Batman saw the video playing and saw Red Hood killing the guys of a prostitution ring and pedophiles.

"I'll go and capture Jason. You guys should focus on tracing out the mage." said Batman.

"Jeez. Let me come with you." said Dick.

"Okay." said Batman unwillingly.

Batman felt a lingering sense of unease because he knows Jason kills criminals to attract his attention. Whereas the guy who appeared today did not play any schemes or tricks like villains.

He directly went for the kill without caring about attracting attention.

Bruce and Dick scored through crime alley and other streets and saw Jason standing on one of the towers.

"Surrender Jason." said Batman.

"Not happening, old man." replied Jason.

"What you are doing is wrong? You have no authority to kill." said Dick.

"I am my own authority, Dickface." said Jason throwing the smoke bombs and escaping without trace.

The two of them tried to find him but he escaped easily. Batman and Nightwing saw the fear in criminals as they tried to leaave the city in droves.

They were completely afraid of the new guy who showed no mercy to the crime lords.

"This panic needs to stop." said Batman. (What a dumbass.)

They continued the patrol and only saw criminals hiding or leaving the city in fear.

The next day...

Batman and his family entered te league tower. While the family left him Batman made his way to the core members meeting room.

"Welcome Bats." said Flash.

"We were waiting for you Bruce." said Clark.

"It has been few weeks since we met." said Green Lantern.

Wonder Woman, Martian manhunter and Cyborg greeted him respectively.

They began their reports on the situation in respective cities.

Vishal who has hacked into the cameras of the Justice league without anyone knowing heard their conversation.

This is his retaliation for bugging his companies.

He brought chips and sat on the chair. He was currently seated on one of the satellites of Wayne Enterprises.

When everyone else is finished, Batman's turn came.

"Is it true that The crime lords have been murdered mercilessly?" asked Superman.

Batman narrowed his eyes and said "Yes. He unleashed thunder bolts on the crime lords precisely turning into ashes.

No one in the vicinity was harmed."

The other members gasped on heaaring the words. "What did Dr Fate say about it?" asked Lantern.

"He is still trying to find the trace of magic but he seems to have no luck." said Batman.

Vishal: Of course dumbass. I can clean my traces so that moron couldn't find me.

"Well one less problem for you, Bats. I think he did a favor to Gotham." said Flash.

"No one has the right to take llaw into their own hands." replied Batman.

Vishal: Yeah, I don't need to hear those words from a bat freak going out at night breaking the bones and muscles of criminals.

His hate for heroes like Batman and Superman is due to their hypocrisy.

"You cannot deal with a guys like that by yourself. He seem to have magic which is a weakness to Superman. Let me handle him when we find him." said Wonder Woman.

Vishal: Yeah, you maybe trained and powerful but I can bound you and do whatever I want with your body stupid slut.

One of the reasons for his hate for Diana is her origins. Treating men as lowlife and animals. Taking enjoyment in torturing them and making them suffer.

"Should I have to call Lantern corps or the Guardians?" asked Lanterns.

Vishal: Those guys are more of a politicans rather than saviors. Lanters seem to have head in their knees or asses. Remember Darkseid crushing the Lantern ring with brute strength. I'll do much more than that.

"No, I've tried to find information about this guy though the internet and other sources. There doesn't seem to be anything. The entire social media is filled with praises for that guy and only very few guys oppose him for his merciless attitude." said Cyborg.

Vishal: Yeah even if you use Apokoliptian technology you would only find Darkseid's ass rather than the trace of mine.

Martian Maanhunter kept quiet. "Did you find anything, Jonn?" asked Superman. Jonn has been probing through the minds of people but he didn't find anything.

"No. I don't like it when I have to probe into minds of millions to get information." said Jonn with a calm tone but his expression showed resentment.

Vishal: You're the only guy I respect in the league. That is why I'll let this pass.

The reason he respects Martian Manhunter is because he knows that Jonn can never accept earthlings as his own unlike Superman who was brought up on earth. He loses his cool rarely and has a neutral view mostly.

Jonn doesn't like probing the minds of people as he can feel their emotions too. Another reason for his respect to Martian is that he said once that if it had been Mars and criminals like Joker exist there then there will be no mercy for that guy. Since earthlings are not his people he can't judge them.

"We need to bring in Constantine. If the guy is a demon then he can escape the search of Dr Fate." said Superman.

"Very well. We will also patrol our own cities as he might have escaped to other cities." said Flash.

Vishal: You are energetic and flashy, flash but I can hide under your nose and you won't even find me.

The meeting concluded and he cut off the connection and made his way back to earth through teleportation. The reason he used other satellite to watch them is because those guys can trace the city where he is watching from.
