Chapter 6: practicing the rock fist technique

On top a small mountain, Yang Sen was standing alone surrounded by hundreds of small stones, equaling to a thousand stones. He had asked his servants earlier to help bring him a thousand small stones to this mountain.

Yang Sen didn't tell them why he needed a thousand stone nor did any of them dare to ask. The reason why he asked for a thousand small stones was because he was going to train the rock fistr technique.

To achieve the first stage of this skill, it needs the user to break at least a thousand stones. Once he completed this, he would achieved the first stage.

Yang Sen calmly pick up a small stone and put it on a giant rock tablet. He then proceed to smash it without hesitation.

"HAH!"

BAM!

The small stone was smash into pieces by Yang Sen and thanks to his Qi, Yang Sen wasn't hurt in the slightest. Yang Sen than continued to pick up more stone and smash every single one into smithereens

BAM!

It took him about 2 hours to be able to smash about 380 of the small stones, with these speed it could be considered decent. Yang Sen would only need about 5-6 more hours before he could achieved the first stage the rock fist technique.

Right now he was taking a 30 minute break and drinking some water to clenched his thirst. The sun was hot making Yang Sen sweat like a buffalo. He wanted to finished this quickly so he could go and take a shower.

After the 30 minute break was up Yang Sen crack his fist and went back to work

"Alright lets get back to some stone smashing"

"HAH!"

Just like that Yang Sen spend the next five hours trying to break all the small stones. By this time he only had 5 stones remaining. Although his Qi helped a lot from getting injured, it was still inevitable there were droplets of blood coming out of his fist but since there were only 5 left, he clench his fist.

"5!"

BAM!

"4!"

BAM!

"3!"

BAM!

"2!"

BAM!

"And 1!"

BAM!

"Hhuh hhuh hhuh" Yang Sen was breathing heavily.

"I've finally did it after spending a whole day on top of this mountain I can finally go back home and take a shower... ha ha ha" Yang Sen was happy that he finally finished the task he set out to do today and can now relax... until tomorrow that is.

"But before that lets try out my new technique." Yang Sen said enthusiastically

He then continued to grip his hand tightly and walked to a nearby boulder. He took a karate stance, took in a deep breathe then....

"Rock Fist!"

BAM!

Yang Sen entirely decimated the big boulder that ways about a half a ton. Yang Sen couldn't belief what he was seeing, he just decimated an entire boulder with his small puny little hands.

"Wow! I didn't think this skill would be so strong, even though it feels cringe saying its name every time. But I could destroy a freaking boulder with this skill, this is actually amazing. If I was this strong back on earth wouldn't I be called superman."

"But I can't believed it consumed a quarter of my Qi.... well whatever now that i'm done I should probably go back home and take a bath bathroom."

After that Yang Sen left the mountain that was littered with broken stones.

The next day....

"Alright lets see what the seconds stage says here.... what! BS! screw this technique! the creator of this technique must be a true assh*ole! to come up with technique."

The second stage was just like the first stage but it was a little harder and more time consuming, especially for Yang Sen, a kid who just barely broke through the houtian realm a few days ago.

Basically the second stage would need the user to break at least 50 boulders to achieved the second stage. Right now Yang Sen was able to break 4 boulders a day which would not help Yang Sen achieved the second stage in a week.

Unless he had a few Qi recovering pills which he did not currently have. Qi recovering pills were pills that help the user restore there Qi much quicker than normal and is considered to be really expensive for this.

Yang Sen gritted his teeth and thought about for a while. Buying a few Qi recovering pills weren't cheap not to mention each one cost 150 gold. In the end as tear were flowing down cheek Yang Sen, he still decided he would need this Qi recovering pill and so he ordered a few servant to go buy 5 of this pills while he ordered another to bring boulders up the mountain.

After an hour of waiting the boulder were delivered and a few minutes later a servant gave Yang Sen his Qi recovering pill.

"Alright now that I've gotten all the items I need, its time to practice the second stage."

Yang Sen punch the boulder

"rock fist"

"huhh, huhh" Yang Sen was breathing really heavily.

Yang Sen depleted all his Qi in four punches and it only took him only 4 seconds to do it.

"O-okay time for my that pill"

Yang Sen took out the Qi recovering pill and stared at it, he then started to sigh.

"This pill cost me 150 gold and i'm gonna chuck it down just like this, I at least hope its worth its price. If not, then I'll screw that place until I get my refund.

Yang Sen put the pill into his mouth and swallowed it. He immediately felt a surge of Qi from his surrounding area entering his body. Yang Sen immediately start gathering back his Qi. It took 3 hours to fully restore all of his Qi.

Yang Sen was now full of energy again. He stood up and punch 4 more boulders totaling to 9 boulders, including the one he punch yesterday. Yang Sen still got 5 more days left after today, so he wasn't that worried. Since he would only need 4 more days to complete the second stage.

Yang Sen decide to take it easy and went back home for his afternoon lesson. The next day came by and Yang Sen smash 8 rock. He did this for another 3 days. Achieving the second stage of rock fist.

"Okay I've completed the second stage, i fully restored my Qi. Now lets see what the second stage can do."

Yang Sen Punch the mountain

"rock fist!"

Boom!

Yang Sen punch made the ground shake and not only that it also left a huge hole that was 3 times the size of the boulder Yang Sen had punch earlier. Yang Sen wasn't surprise or shock about the outcome. He had already the damage from this skill would be massive so he wasn't in shock but just satisfied.

"Tomorrows Sunday, looks like I got a day left before visiting the Su clan. Maybe I should go and shop for some equipment's tomorrow. you can never be too safe than sorry."
