But just as he was about to use his attribute points he saw skill points he though 'system what is the use of skill points'
[ Host the use of skill points is so that when you get a jutsu, skills or abilities, you can level them up by using skill points, currently the host has no jutsu, abilities neither skills that can level up, therefore can't use skill points. The System suggests host to buy chakra increasing training method and chakra controlling method as it well increase your supply of chakra and control over them. Warning Host since you have gamers body and mind these training methods are considered skills, and also reminding Host that gamers body and mind and appraisal cannot level up because they utilize their full strength from the start ]
When Laron heard what the system said he wasn't a lot surprised as he somewhat expected it, because he couldn't imagine what use there are levelling this skill up. He also agreed to the proposal the system gave him. because there were not much he could do as he was only one year old baby. After that he asked the system 'How much system points does is cost to buy chakra increasing skill and chakra controlling skill'.

When Laron heard how much it costs he felt like crying, because after he bought these two skills he would be broke. He even wondered why these skills cost that much, but he could do nothing and just try to get system points when he is more grown up and he didn't feel that it was a big loss cause he could do nothing even if had more system points other than try to create a strong foundation for himself by having a bigger pool of chakra and better control over his chakra. so he said 'yes' in his mind.

After the system told him about the fact that his broke he became more sad and wanted to cry but no tears came out. So he just gritted his teeth and promised himself he well be came rich when he becomes older. After getting over his sad situation he asked the system ' System show me my status'.

He asked the system 'system what does it mean when it says non level skill, and also can I use my Attribute points on Chakra, ST, and HP'. Although the system told him he can't level up his Gamers body and mind and Appraisal, he wanted to get a bit of better understanding.
[ Host is indeed allowed to use Attribute points on Chakra, ST, and HP. For each Attribute points you use chakra is increased by 0.6, while ST and HP are increased by 1. When host breakthroughs to Genin rank in your Chakra increasing skill or just in your level each skill point well increase your chakra by 6 and it well keep growing as you keep breaking through ranks. For the matter about non level skill, they are skills which utilize their full potential from the moment you buy them making them skills which can not be upgraded, except in some special circumstances, which host has to wait and find out . Also suggesting host not to use skill points except for breaking through ranks as you have to use skill points to do that]
Laron became upset at how the system is saying "except in some special circumstances" and keeping things away from it, but he also realized that even if he did have the knowledge he couldn't really do anything because of his age, so he let it go and started thinking about how to use his attribute points and skill points.
He decided to use his attribute points on stamina and HP, mainly because of the level up his basic strength and agility have gone up and he needed stamina for training in the future, the reason why he choice health, he felt it might be helpful in the future so he just decided to use 3 of his attribute points on health as for chakra he's gonna be practising it for the upcoming two years, so no need to waste attribute points in it. As for skill points he didn't use them as they well be helpful in breaking through ranks so he kept them to use when necessary. After he decided not to use his skill points but only use his attribute points he asked the system 'how does Chakra controlling skill and Chakra increasing skill work'.
[ Host how Chakra controlling skill works is for every level and rank your control over chakra increases, if both Chakra controlling skill and Chakra increasing skill is on the same level and rank your control over chakra is always perfect, making all chakra based things easy to master for you. Chakra increasing skill increases your growth of chakra meaning at level 100 you can grow your chakra at a very rapid pace which can let you have more chakra than the sage of six path if you keep training in level 100 for 1 year and 3 month]
After hearing what the system said he officially realized that he has a very overpowered system, I mean think of how powerful he could be if he had perfect control over his chakra and he also had more chakra than the sage of the six path. He was really happy that he had this anime system.
After a while he asked the system 'system can you give me more information about the mission function and range of difficulty'

C class - Need strength equal to Genin - complete lvl 15 - half 30
B class - Need strength equal to Chunin - complete lvl 30 - half 45
A class - Need strength equal to Jonin - complete lvl 45 - half 60
S class - Need strength equal to Kage - complete lvl 60 - half 75
SS class - Need strength equal to Sage of Six path level - complete lvl 75 - half 100 ]
When he saw it he became surprised at how everything is set up, but he became motivated to reach lvl 100 or even more, so he checked what kind of missions he could do and he was surprised, he was thinking 'what the heck' .

When he saw the penalty he was scared, but the reward was just as good so he decided that he well finish this mission whatever it takes, but he was confused by the roulette bloodline ticket so he asked the system 'system what is roulette bloodline ticket'
[ Host that is a ticket which well let you unlock a function of the system which lets you play a roulette based on your luck might get a good bloodline or a bad one, but it all depends on luck as you spin the roulette you might end with a good satisfying bloodline or disappointing bloodline ]
When he heard about unlocking another function of the system, he was already onboard for completing this mission no matter what happens, he had to complete it. Since he was first brought to the orphanage he never had any friends and didn't care to right now because he needed to grow in power and then after he becomes satisfied with his power well he start trying to get friends. So after getting motivated he started his 2 years training, focusing on only getting stronger to complete the first mission.
