Hou looked at the auctioned items on the table.

He inspected each one by turning up and down, rotating for a few minutes like an expert but, pretending.

Everyone noticed and mocked at him in his or her heart, but, said nothing.

He nodded his head in approval at the fatty.

The fatty dashed outside while cursing at him.

Hou picked the ancient twin dragon head cauldron and placed it in front of miss Nina. With a sly grin plastered on his face, He winked at her.

Miss Nina delicately picked it up before putting it back.

With her alluring smile and shiny eyes plastered on her face, she appeared in front of Hou.

She picked him and lower her head at his level before smooching on both cheeks. Hou was resisting and trying to break away from her.

When grandpa Zong and Jia Kong saw them, they pretended like they saw nothing.

Inwardly both happily shouted.

Hou finally escaped and took a long breath. He glanced at the Blue Icy Volcanic Fruit.

When he tried to pick it while drooling, suddenly, a strong hand quickly snatched it before him.

He looked at grandpa Zong's hand holding the fruit. This reaction puzzled him. He asked in suspicion.

"Grandpa Zong, didn't you buy that fruit for me?"

"Why are you not letting me eat?"

Grandpa Zong looked at him and honestly said.

"You cannot eat this fruit because you can't resist it's terrifying Qi with your body unless you want to die."

"Also, I did not buy it for you but for your mother."

Hou shuddered when he heard, he would've died if he had eaten that fruit before his grandpa snatched it.

He felt conned when he realised, his grandpa bought it for someone else. But, after he knew it was for his mother; he didn't bother anymore.

After that he picked the old tattered beast skinned scroll and showed it to his grandpa.

But, his grandpa showed no interest, even when he said it was Fire Attribute skill at Low Heaven Mortal Grade.

He at once shot a glare at Jia Kong and miss Nina, found them staring splendidly at his hand. But, their eyes showed no greed.

He thought about that damn big sis Sissy then formed a cunning smile.

Afterwards, Hou and grandpa Zong parted with Jia Kong and miss Nina.

But before leaving, Jia Kong pulled Hou at the corner. He released his aura before saying in a chilly voice.

"Little brat, if I discover any weird rumour about you, forget trying to meet Nina."

Hou just rolled his eyes and stared their figures disappearing.

Finally, Hou and grandpa Zong leisurely strolled back to Clan.

At the VIP room no.1

Miss Lily and miss Rose were sitting together while the bald old man remained behind them in complete silence.

Miss Lily was calculating her shares from today while miss Rose sipped her tea.

After a moment, Miss Lily finished counting before looking at her sister. She asked in a gentle tone.

"Rose, so when are you returning to Rain Forest Academy?"

Miss Rose replied in a nonchalant tone.

"Sister Lily, Can you not ask me that? You know I came here to stay here with you."

"I got no close person to play in the academy."

"All of those old geezers just keeps pestering me to cultivate every single day."

"Sometimes I don't get time to play."

"But, when I found you were here, coincidentally I met Elder Yu and arrived here with him."

"Elder Yu came here to meet the alchemist genius from Jia Clan so it'll take a few days before we could return to the academy. Anyway, lets us go outside to play, I don't want to miss any moment."

With a helpless look, Miss Lily followed her sister.

Outside the auction house

Elder Mo, Elder Mu, and disciple Su watched Hou leaving along with grandpa Zong since they didn't dare to approach without a plan.

So, they waited for Grand Elder Chen.

After a few hours, Grand Elder Chen arrived and pulled his mount, Two-Headed Eagle Peak Earth Origin Realm to descend from the sky. He floated above them before sprinting in front.

He asked them to describe everything in the detail. After learning, he frowned but first he planned to visit Liu Clan.

He jumped back on his mount and motion rest to hop on while rushing toward Liu Clan.

At the Liu Clan

After returning to his courtyard, Hou entered his room to sleep.

While grandpa Zong and Mother Bing stood next to each other.

Grandpa Zong took out the Blue Icy Volcanic Fruit and placed it on the table in front of mother Bing.

Grandpa stared at mother Bing and spoke in a soft voice.

"I've no idea for why you need the fire attribute resources but I'll still try to get them as much as I can. I hope when you are ready, you'll explain everything."

After he finished speaking, he stood up and left.

With a complex emotion, Mother Bing watched at his disappearing figure while sighing.

Suddenly, someone appeared behind her.

The person wore a green-cloth cloak and a mask.

She kneeled on the ground and bowed at mother Bing before passing the sealed letter. Mother Bing slightly nodded before looking back at the sealed letter. While the person behind her vanished from the spot.

When she opened and read the letter, she froze and dazed for a sec.

Tears poured from her eyes but, a dazzling smile appeared on her face.

On the letter, it wrote a few words.

"Xiu has passed the trial and you can come back anytime."
