5 The first of an ancestor's legacy and written manual

I gave the girl my information to get a hold of me as I continue my way home, as I thought about how I could continue to train my sister from school.

I thought how my best friend taught his family without being their most of the time, a technique manual that holds the basic's of the cultivation technique that he was already forging the path for.

So, with that in place I began to start writing the basics of the Winter Mountain, Snowy River, by introducing the Qi gathering stage so that she could understand why I had to train her the way I did.

From there I would continue to write about the foundation stage and the great advantage that I would give later in a person's cultivation if done the correct way, then the technique for making Blood Pill's.

I worked out an outline for my sister's cultivation technique when I entered the front door to see her cultivating the first level of Foundation stage, seeing her dedication to cultivation I make a small cut on her hands to draw blood.

Making the hand signs of Tiger, Hare, Ox, and Horse to collect the dregs from her marrow into Marrow Pills, and as I just made the ninth pill, she opened her eyes to see me.

With a smile she stood up and gave me a hug to greet me home, I just smile and pat her head as I harden my resolve to teach her to start choosing her own path.

After letting me go I hand her a marrow pill that I just refined for her, "Here don't think just because you reached the peak of level one of Foundation stage that you are finished. I will need you to discipline yourself to grind the most out of each level for the later stages of cultivation will have bare greater fruits for your labor." With my words her excitement dimmed until she realized that I just want her to have the best of this training.

I hand her a mini-clay vase with her marrow pills inside it to her, "this will help you to refine your marrow to the true peak of the first level of this stage. Take the pill I just gave you and continue your cultivation." With a nod she put the pill inside her mouth with a disgusted look.

I know that the pills don't taste that great based on the copper like taste it gathers from the blood, along with the foul impurities that were released not too long ago, "I know that it doesn't taste the best, but it will help you to refine your marrow to the best it can. I will teach you how to make these later for your later cultivation."

She sat back onto the couch to gather her Qi to refine the marrow once again inside her bones, as I went to our backyard to center and calm my mind to enter the next few levels while refining Mental Soul Sea Pills like my sister to train the mental energy.

Calming my mind, I enter the side of an ethereal pond clear like a refined diamond, then I further refine the pond with a mixture of inner Qi and mental energy into a pond than was refined into a small lake.

Just like my sister I form a few hand signs and started to gather my mental impurities and Qi into the Pill's I would need, but instead of injecting them right away I started to enter the third level of Soul Sea stage by connecting my mental energy to my nerves to enhance my reaction time.

From level three I broken through into level four by connecting the nerves of my eyes to both the brain and body with greater speed, after collecting a few vases of pills for my refinement later.

I Finally stopped at level five which had the eyes, nerves, and brain connect through my mental lake, that was when I took one pill from each level to refine from level one to level five again.

Like this I cultivated for a few hours before our mother came home with dinner.

Dinner began like always, with our mother bringing us takeout at a fast-food restaurant, and with my sister and I telling her about our day.

"I need to tell you both of something that has went on with the school, and what I will have to do during the week." I inhaled as I decided to be straight with the news. "I will have to live inside the school's dormitory for the week and only come home for the weekends." Was about all got out before my sister ran out the room while slamming her bedroom door close.

"your sister is just hurt Alex, don't take it seriously." My mother told me as I was going to get up to talk with my sister.

"I know mom its just that she doesn't really know how to be truly alone in a house, of course she knows what it is to wait inside a house, but I usually come around after three." I told her as I left the table to talk to my brat of a little sister.

"Lily come on it's just for a week and you get to make your own rules when I'm gone, and that you can show me how much stronger you get after every week." I knocked on her door as I tried to give her something positive to think about.

"No…brother you're an idiot!" she threw an object against the door as a show of her anger.

Sighing at her behavior I went to my room to make a martial arts manual for my sister for when I am not at home to teach her the basics.

I just entered my room when I felt it, a breakthrough into the next level of Soul Sea stage, where I could link the mind to the body to understand it even better than I do now.

Siting on my bed I concentrate on breaking into the next level to further my cultivation and step into the true path of cultivation after ascending.

Taking a deep breath, I focus and rinse my body with mental energy to help the process quicken and form a natural link from the brain to the body.

Like a butterfly I burst into the next level, not only that I also opened the gate for the next level which is to connect the body to the mind so that there is a constant connection to the body and mind even without having to check it through meditation.

Before I could get carried away, I opened my eyes and pull out an ink bottle filled with my own blood to seal the contents that I was writing for my sister from anyone that isn't of the same family couldn't open and read its context.

Using a mixture of mental energy and inner Qi I moved the blood into perfect English that could be read easily by anyone under the age of six, and with the basics of Qi gathering stage, the levels of refinement for the foundation stage, along with the blood Qi pill making technique I was ready to further my cultivation to as high as I could tonight.

After having a whole night of refinement of my mental energy I was able to reach the peak of level nine in which it gathers the inner Qi, mental energy, and soul energy to condense and refine the true Soul Sea.

Using the mental Soul Sea pills, I was able to further refine my power into the peak of level nine while having the cultivation of a level six stage cultivator.

This cultivation stage should hold me out until the next weekend in which I can enter the peak of Soul sea level twelve and try to enter the Open Gate Path that has the world of cultivation consider you to have become a true cultivator.

I left the manual in front of her door the next morning in-order for her to continue her cultivation even though I might not be here for her, getting breakfast ready for myself and her I thought about what the Open Gate Path would show me what my Dao would be.

Cleaning the dishes and locking the door behind me to keep people from robbing the house while I am away, I left the key under the mat for my sister if she forgets to take her own key one day.

On my way to school, I met up with the girl I save yesterday, "Good morning Ms. Shou." I then jump out of the way of a palm to my throat when I heard, "Call me Baihe, Mr. Cross" she smirked at me.

Grinning at the fact that over night this once shy girl finally grew a spine, "Alright Baihe how has you cultivation been since I helped you with you cultivation technique?" we continue to walk to the main campus of the school.

That is how I gained a follower in this world and how the future of my cultivation shall
