2 2. Getting Started; Age 1-4

I woke up surrounded by wooden beams, I must be in a cradle. I looked around some more, it was dark so I could barely see the outline of four walls and a door with some light peeking through it.

It must be night time, and I was already getting tired from looking around so I thought I should meditate briefly before I fell into slumber once again.

I closed my eyes and concentrated on myself, I couldn't see anything, it felt like I was once again surrounded by darkness, but I knew it was different, yet it was also slightly comforting, like the darkness of a dreamless sleep, I then tried to sink deeper into the darkness, then I realized that I was wrong in doing so, I then tried to sink deeper into myself, becoming more aware of myself, slowly it felt like my mind was calmer and peaceful, then just before I fell asleep, I felt a calm smooth flowing sensation throughout my body, it seemed to encompass and surround me, before I fell into a comfortable sleep.

I woke up to a bright room, with dark grey walls with black trim on the top and bottom of the walls, they seemed to flow along the walls like a black river.

I was still in my crib, that's when the door opened, and my mother walked through the door, and looked over me, she then took out a stick from beneath her robes that were covering her arms, she swished and flicked her stick, then suddenly above me seven different spheres of shining light came into being above me, materializing out of what seemed like nothing.

I was gobsmacked and amazed, and my mother seemed to notice as she let out a small chuckle, and I let out a small cooing noise, amazed at what I was seeing, magic, real magic!

That's when I realized it, robes, sticks or wands, magic!

I must have been reborn in a world of magic like Harry Potter, that's when I remembered that feeling I had before I fell asleep, then suddenly It was like I had became possessed, for I had always wanted magic, I focused on the feeling I had the night before, then I raised my tiny hand towards the sky, then I imagined a ball of light materializing atop my outstretched finger, then with all my concentration I thought 'Lumos!' then like a miracle a small light came to be floating above my finger, and I smiled, one of pure joy, as I finally had magic.

That's when I noticed the shocked look on mother's face, but I couldn't bring myself to care, partly because I had magic! Also because I promptly passed out from exhaustion.

Waking up I felt a burst of energy, as a saw a woman dressed in what seemed medical robes, she was removing what seemed like a small liquid dropper from my mouth "One drop of pepper up potion should do the trick, of energizing your child's body, after he exhausted his magic." The woman Healer said.

The Healer continued. "Now, to make sure this doesn't happen again, I will give you this small ring, it will adjust its size to fit his finger perfectly as he grows, it will also restrict him to only using half his magic until he can safely control it himself, so he doesn't exhaust himself, because as you know repeated magical exhaustion can have detrimental effects, especially on a growing child."

My parents who were standing over me, and my crib, next to the doctor smiled, and thanked the Healer, and then handed her a bag that clinked, like it was full of coins. "Thank you for coming on short notice Madam' Healer, and once again here is your payment, I also recall from your reputation, that you take your Healer-Patient confidently quite serious, thats good to know, how upstanding of a Healer you are." My mother said as she handed over the bag.

The Healer looked at my mother and father. "Message received Lord and Lady Grey."

My father showed the Healer out, but my mother stayed in the room with me.

That's when it hit me.

'Did she say Pepper-Up Potion!'

That was the moment I realized I was in the Harry Potter world.

I also noticed the Healer called my parents 'Lord and Lady Grey' and I don't remember any House Grey from the book's or movie's, but this wasn't a book or movie anymore, this was real life, and an entire world. So their were sure to be things left out of the book for me to discover, after all the majority of the story takes place in England, just thinking about this made me realize I had a whole world of magic to discover.

After finishing my thoughts, I turned my attention back to my mother, she was holding a picture frame, with a moving picture, she saw me looking so she held it closer to my face. "This is a picture of the day you were born, it seems like it was just yesterday, oh wait, it was yesterday."

I got a closer look at the picture it was my father and mother in the hospital, with my mother holding me, both my parents were smiling, and you could hardly tell it was a moving picture, only if you paid close attention to the small movements, but above the picture from was an inscription; [Alastair Crowley Grey: Born 1857]

Well Shit!

There goes my future knowledge, although I do remember one Hogwarts Headmaster, named Dipot, living to three hundred plus years old, and Nicolas Flamel The Immortal Alchemist, well if they can do it, so can I!

So it seems I will have a long road ahead of me, but first I should focus on my meditation, Occulemency, and emptying my magic before I sleep, to promote magical growth.

[3 Years Later] [1860]

It's been three years of constant practice, in the year zero to my first year I was able to stay awake longer and longer, giving me more time to practice, I was also able to get some small form of control over my body and it's limbs.

In the second year I was able to do more with my body such as walking a little everyday, and doing some minor stretches, in hopes to preserve some of the flexibility a child has, but that is due mostly to soft bones, so I was very careful to not over exert myself.

I also continued my Occulemency training, I noticed my revision of memories as a fetus would help with the organization of my mind and memories, but the first step is clearing my mind, this was much harder to do than I thought, even focusing on the darkness when I close my eyes didn't work, because I was still focusing on something.

So after 8 months of mind numbingly diffucult meditation, I finally got it, it's hard to put into words, so I won't even try. I thought the next step would be easier, I would just need to imagine shields around my mind, it worked, then it didn't, every time my shields formed, they immediately shattered.

I soon realized the problem, as soon as I focused on shields, my mind would no longer be clear, so I found the problem and solution quickly, but actually putting it into effect took me 2 months, I'm pretty sure it was my magic that helped me along, I had to divide my mind so I could do two things at once, clear my mind and form shields. I said divide, but it's more like multitasking to an insane degree, like drawing a picture with your left hand, and writing or doing math with your right hand.

I got so many headaches. I'm pretty sure it raised my mental strength by alot though.

The remaining 2 months of the second year was spent on strengthening my shields, I still strengthen my shields everyday though.

In my first and second years I re-learned how to talk, my first words were mother and father, but I was usually quite, until I had something important to say. Like asking to learn to read, but more like picking up a a book and pointing and saying. "What's This?" Over and over again until they just taught me my letters, for the second time.

Then I could read most of what I wanted, but I was kept to mostly theoretical magic books for kids, the one spell they let me practice, that they knew of, was 'Lumos' they even got me a practice wand. So of course I started spamming it constantly in front of them, they were amazed, but it quickly turned into annoyance.

I also learned to re-walk and as soon as I did that, I became potty-trained, no more diapers for me, also in the 1800's bathrooms are nasty, thankfully I live in a wizards house, so it's almost like modern plumbing, except there's a rune, that breaks down the waste and mixes it with other materials, and becomes fertilizer for our gardens.

I then learned our house elves do most of the gardening, so I bothered my parents until they ordered all house elves to wash their hands before cooking food or making beverages.

I was also able to talk my way into getting my own house elf, but it wasn't bonded to me, so I couldn't use it to do anything useful, as it reported to my family

Back to training.

The entire 3rd year was focusing on organizing all memories of my previous life, and this one. I tried to make a computer with all my memories as files, but that didn't work. So I made a library within a library, the first was for this new life, and the second hidden library was hidden inside of the first, it is for my previous life's memories.

After sorting, organizing and re-experiencing all my memories, I turned each one into a book, the books could be read or watched like a movie, but also a magical picture. Finally after that was done I made a computer with nothing on it except an operating system which I created, I named it Wizards 57' and then I created a scanner, and scanned in all the books or memories, then I password protected and encrypted the computers and books.

So now I had two libraries, and two computers, and two scanners for new memories. The Hidden library was like a cube within a cube, I had named the hidden library of my first life, the Hidan, and the library of my second life was named Wizards Sphere, I then built another room all around that, and then a house, with furniture, and even a fridge, a wizards fridge, with fake runes, for now. I'm not going to advertise that I'm from the future not even in my own mind, and a pantry with some food.

I then ate an apple to see what would happen, and surprise! I got a headache.

I also hid the the computers and scanners in the walls of the libraries, they could only be revealed by me, and like a hide-away bed would come out of the wall.

That was what I did for the entire third year,

During year zero to year three, I also emptied my magic with 'Lumos' every night, and also learned magic telekinesis, it doesn't work without magic I tried, I almost passed out.

My mental strength has improved, and with it my mental defense and mental recall, and my magic power has improved also. Especially considering all my mental abilities come from magic, so as I trained my mind magic constantly, it helped considerably.

Now that it's been three years, I'm about to turn four, in the year 1861. So I should be able to slightly increase my physical and magical training.

First thing I did everyday was stretch then walk and now jog a little, then meditate and practice mind magic, then telekinesis, then I read, I was halfway through all the magic theory, and some extra like history, for Hogwarts Year 2, the books were different from cannon, but as I was from a noble house, and pure-blood, thank the greater good given the times, my family had copies of all previous and current Hogwarts books used in their curriculum.

Then I would exercise again, then mental exercise and telekinesis, then I would take time to relax or do other miscellaneous things, and at night before bed I would empty my magic.

When I heard my parents addressed as Lord and Lady, I knew they must be from a noble house, but I haven't found anything yet, I'm pretty sure they hid all the good books till I'm older, it doesn't seem like I've done much, but then I just think about how all the other kids I'm going to go to school with are probably pooping their pants.

My fourth year was nearing completion, so as a reward I decided to learn a new spell, one that would help me immensely, almost every Harry Potter fan knows this spell by memory it's incantation is 'alohomora' otherwise known as the unlocking spell, in the future this would open many doors for me.
