15 The Alphas vs The Witch

< Klyde >

"Olivia, let me go!" I screamed at what I thought was my guardian.

She didn’t respond. Olivia was doing something in her desk while facing away from me. The back of her head seemed to be glowing but my mind was too preoccupied to focus on it right now.

"Why are you doing this?" I asked for the hundredth time, and just like the last, there was no response.

I tried calling my mates several times, but my words couldn’t get through. My senses were also blocked by some kind of forcefield. I could only feel through the meadow I grew up in.

It was painful not feeling my mate. The pain of the distance was killing me inside. Every time I close my eyes, my body longed for the touch of my mates. Hell, I’d let them make love with me all week if it meant having them beside me.

"Oli–"

"Shut up!" I was cut off by her scream. It was the first time I heard her yell at me. Her voice made the wooden floors of the treehouse creak.

The shock from her scream made the glass bottles on her table shake and her metal equipment clank. I could feel the dark killing intent that was rooted from hatred radiate from the witch I once thought as my family.

"Do you know why I took care of you?" she finally answered. I could only shake my head in response. I couldn't move my hands since I'm all tied up to a pillar. "You have some magic in you, you know."

"M-Magic? Olivia, this is crazy–"

"Let me finish!" she spat, her eyes glowing red in anger. "I'm not just some regular hybrid. I am, what's called, as the superior kind in the supernatural realm. Let me tell you a story before I kill you, you little shit. Once upon a time, on the land of the gods, the God of the Warlocks and the Goddess of the Fairies fell in love. Their love was a secret because a love with other race, especially gods, was frowned upon. Their love resulted with a child, me!"

She started drawing something on the floor. Some symbols that were oddly familiar, yet I could find out where I saw it before. The sound her white chalk made were eerie in my ears.

The trail of the chalk she was using glowed with a bluish white color before turning dull.

"But everyone in the Land found out and casted both my parents out and sentenced them to death. The Moon Goddess, she's the worst of all! She was the one who sentenced my parents! But my mom was wise. She loved me so much that she used her magic to give birth to me in a short amount of time and gave me blessings so that I could survive, her last message to me was 'Avenge us'," she stopped drawing and glared at me.

"And why am I involved in this?" I asked her. What she doesn't realize was that I already pierced the rope on my back.

"You are going to be my ticket to the Land of the Gods, my sacrifice. To claim my throne as goddess of both witches and fairies. And I will personally kill the Moon Goddess which is–"

She was cut off by a sound of a glass breaking. The wind from the forest finally came through and the scent of two familiar wolves invaded my nose. I could only tear up as the pain of longing healed in a heartbeat.

"Klyde!" I heard both my mates scream my name. A tear ran down my eyes as I took the opportunity and attacked Olivia. Her guard was open, so I gladly clawed her face.

You deserve that, bitch!

"I'm here!" I screamed for my mates to hear.

"You little–" Olivia yelled. She summoned a fireball in her hand while the other healed her blood-stained face. She threw the fireball at me, but I dodged her attack. "This is why I took that bargain with Kaitlyn. Your mates are such extras!"

"Klyde?" I heard Aaron asked from the other side of the front door of the treehouse.

"Aaron! Stephen!" I yelled their names in desperation. The door was knocked down after, revealing my naked mates. Their eyes were a bright glowing gold and anger was knitted on their aura. The witch was shocked by their presence but regained her posture right after.

"Olivia!" Stephen growled.

"Oh, first name basis?" Olivia mocked. “I don’t fucking know you!”

Both Aaron and Stephen lunged towards Olivia but the bitch conjured a sword and almost sliced my mates' stomachs open. They both backed down, growling at the now armed witch.

I was securing an open spot against Olivia when a cloud appeared over me. With my wolf instincts, my body moved away from the cloud, just in time for it to shoot lightning bolts.

"Bitch!" I yelled. Olivia smirked and waved her hand to let the cloud follow me.

While she was distracted, Aaron used his claws to hold the slim woman’s sword. Stephen took this chance to rip her stomach open. The witch stepped back, making Stephen almost miss. His alpha instincts kicked in, using his other hand to attack the bitch’s guts.

"Ugh!" she groaned when Stephen clawed her stomach, her ugly polka dot dress got ripped. "You will pay for that you–"

"Alpha?" Avery's voice yelled from the outside.

We could tell that Olivia didn’t expect the backup to arrive. With her head full of doubt, she regained her composure.

"I will kill you all!" she yelled. All the signs of her anger dissipated as her eyes turned bluish white. She levitated and bolts of electricity appeared on her hands all the way to her elbow.

"One bitch, I mean witch, against 200 werewolves? I really don't think so," Aaron mocked.

Olivia roared in frustration, realizing that my mate is right. Even if she's the strongest witch, when against two huge packs of werewolves, she's no match. "Touché, Aaron."

She snapped her fingers, smoke appeared from the ground and with a gush of wind, she disappeared.

"Wow," I let out before losing my consciousness. “What a bitch.”

Touché, Klyde. Klint mocked.

I know, Klint.
