In & out.

I have to repeat to myself to keep me from crying out as the whip hits my back and legs.

Don't talk back.

Keep your eyes down.

Never raise your voice.

Do as your told.

The rules that have been drilled into my head since the day I was brought to this horrible world. I have made up my own rules. The first is...

Rule one, never cry.

Rule two, never let them see you hurt.

Rule three, Don't let them make you feel inferior.

Rule four, do what is asked and keep the pain at bay.

By now the whipping has stop and I haven't released it.

"Soo-yeon are you listening to me?!, ANSWER ME WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU!" It takes me a quick second to get back to my situation.

"Y-yes A-alpha"

He walks around me before speaking "Soo-yeon do you know why you are being punished?"

"Y-yes A-alpha.."

I accidentally dropped the eggs that I made for the packs breakfast and that had angered the Alpha and mad the worst mistake of my life and look into the his eyes, every since the morning I was locked up in the cellar, waiting for my punishment.

"Good girl. Who did you disrespect and embarrass today?"

I keep my head down and softly reply back

"Y-you A-alpha ..."

"That's my girl...You have always been a smart girl. I hate doing this to you, but you need to learn your lesson." With that he walk out of the cellar and locked it so I couldn't escape, even if I wanted to I couldn't.

Sky is my wolf and is the only "person who keeps me sane and not terribly lonely. Other omegas, named Su-yi, Astrid, then there's The Luna. She has always been there for me even though her mate has always been nasty towards me, even with the rest of the pack. The Luna chose me to help her with her daily activities and will clean my wounds when no one else is around.

She once told me a story about a young she-wolf who had lost her real mate. The neighboring Alpha decided to take pity on this young she-wolf and make her his Luna. I had figured out that this story she was told me about was about her and that the moral of her story is to never accept a proposal from anyone other than your true mate.

Luna would tell me amazing stories about her true mate and how he was like. She told me how how it would be like when I found my real mate. I love hearing her stories when I am alone with her, I am only safe with her when I'm in her office or when she is around, and when she is around me no one bothers us. A slight knock on my cellar door brought me back out from my thoughts. Luna walked in with a first aid kit in her hands.

"Let's get them wounds clean" I lay on my stomach so she cal clean my fresh and re-opened wounds on my back from the whip. Luna told me stories as she put numbing medicine on my wounds. "Soo-yeon? I have a question?. Will you be my Lady for the upcoming Lunar Eclipse Ball? I finally talked Alpha Min-hi to agreeing to letting me bring you to the ball. You don't have to attend, but this will really mean a lot to me if you attend. I have always seen you as my little sister and I would be able to get you out of your chores. You would be able sleep to in my suite due to morning fittings, what do you say little sister? Will you be my lady to the ball?" She smiles softly
