The Alpaha's Rejected Mate

"I, Philip Russel Jones of Midnight Pack, reject Alexia Yscarlette Stone as a mate"-Philip

"Why? I thought we're going to be fine. I thought.."-Xia

"Those were just your thoughts. I don't need you."- Philip

"XIA! XIA!" a loud voice was calling me and i opened my eyes only to see my friend Jane.

"Oh please! Not those dreams again"-Jane. She knew a lot about me since we were bestfriends.

"Jane, I can't forget him." I wipe the tears and look at the ceiling trying to calm myself. It's been 5 f***ing years but I still can't get over him. I still yearn for his care and love but I know more than anyone that he doesn't care.

"Xia, I know how hurt you are because of that a**hole but we need to prepare beacause we're going home. We already spent enough time away and your father want us home."-Jane.

I didn't answer her but I stand and walk towards the bathroom. I opened the shower and as the cold water touch my skin, I again assure myself that I'm okay.

As soon as I finish dressing myself, the phone rings and I pick it up.

"Hello?"

"Hello dear"-a joyful sound answers it and I already know it's my mother.

"Oh mom!"

"Dear, I just want you to know that we are all waiting for your return. Your father is also eager to see you already." my mom says with a desperate tone.

"Mom don't worry I'll be going home tommorrow. Tell dad that I'm ready. I miss you mom"

"I miss you too, sweetie"-my dad shouts on the phone.

"Haha dad I know okay? You don't need to shout. I need to hang up now mom. I still need to pack a few of my things."

"Okay dear, Take care. And we love you"-mom

"I love you both. Bye"-I say giggling.

I hang up the phone and start packing my things. I see some things are pack under the bed and I know that those are Janes. Jane and I grow up together and we treat each others as sisters. When I told her that I'm going to leave the pack for a few years, she didn't hesitate to go with me. Nobody actually know why I leave the pack except Jane.

"Xia come on, we're going to be late. The plane is going to leave in 2 hours."-Jane said in a rush.

We drive for an hour and a half and luckily, we didn't miss the plane.

As soon as we board the plane I sleep while remembering the memories of my pack. We arrive on the airport and a car was waiting to fetch us. As soon as we arrive home, the scent of the forest hit my nose and I can see that my parents and the rest of the packs are waiting for me.

"Welcome home ladies."-my father hug me and smile at Jane.

"Thank you, alpha"- Jane said with respect.

Yup, you read it right. I'm an alphas daughter and soon to be taking over my fathers possesion.

The pack members welcome me and a party was held. It's already late but some of the packs are still busy eating and drinking. My father ask me to be in his office so here I am knocking on my father's door.

"Come in, sweetie. The doors open" My father shouts and I step inside.

"Ermm Hi dad!"- I say nervously because I somewhat know the reason why he called me.

"Hello sweetie."-He says with a smile. " I know that it's too soon and I know that you're already capable of ruling the pack but I still need you to train for a month before the takeover ceremony."

"Of course dad. I will"- I said with a reassuring smile.

After that conversation I left his office before he ask me the reason of why I left 5 years ago.

I trained for a month with my father and I already know all of our packs business. Tommorrow is my take over ceremony before I'm presented to the council.

I woke up early to go for a run because at midnight I will be officially announce as the alpha of autumn pack.

"I,Alpha Drake Stone of the autumn pack, announce that my daughter, Alexia Yscarlette Stone, as the new alpha of autumn pack. I hope that you respect and love your new alpha more than the way you have to me."

"I, Alexia Yscarlette Stone, accept my duties and responsibilities as the new alpha of  autumn pack. I swear to protect this pack even if it cost me my life."

The packs bowed their head in respect and then  howl as the blue moon shine brightly.

As soon as i stepped down, my mother hugs me tightly.

"Oh dear, I'm so proud of you. You'll be an amazing alpha female."- my mother said lovingly.

"You will be presented to the council tommorrow morning as the new alpha"-my father said proudly with a smile.

" I know dad. I will never fail you and I promise to protect our pack."

I approached some of our pack members and after a few conversations, I excused myself.

Here comes the morning and I'm wishing this never comes. I know that I would see him there without a fail.
