[4] - The Reports
OAA then let Xander sit on his own Throne of Time as the meeting of the Council continued.
'Weird. Why aren't there any Symbols of Space, Reality, Mind, and Soul yet? Are they just like me earlier, in development?'
"My report would be massive so this may take a while." Freyja said whilst standing up and preparing herself.
"My first report is the massive flux of souls gathering in both mine and Kael's realms from Universe-199999 which is quite normal for us but still needs to be reported. Dearest Xander here came the same universe. Xander since you came from that Universe, may I know about your thoughts about this phenomenon?" Freyja asked whilst grinning, which made Xander grin since he knows the reason.
"There's this Mad Guy called 'Thanos' who wanted to court someone with the name of 'Mistress Death', he thought that impressing her would make him get accepted, so he stole the 6 Infinity Stones from their rightful places just to eradicate half of population in the same Universe."
".... Then why didn't you stop it?" Kael asked.
"Because it was needed to be."
"What do you mean?" Kael asked whilst narrowing his gaze.
"Not stopping Thanos would cast the Emergence from another Celestial that was born in Earth-199999 much earlier before the Eternals could even stop it. Without the Earth-199999, all hope in the Universe-199999 would be worthless ."
"Right.... Those ants still live, I thought I have claimed them all." Freyja groaned as she closed her eyes.
Everyone's eyebrows went high at this report, Xander wasn't either nervous or scared of one of them. It was like doing his own job.
'Hmmm... You taught a good kid, Julie.'
"The next report would be the intercrash of the edge of our Multiverse from another Multiverse called 'AnimeVerse', which is quite weird for a Multiverse name." Freyja again reported.
"Oh please, Freyja. Our Multiverse is called 'MarvelVerse' which is also weird, I don't know what Father is thinking of naming our home like that." Everyone lightly laughed from Bedelia's retort.
Freyja sighed as she continued explaining.
"Well due to this happening, a single Universe was created with the combination of the two multiverse's, I found out that the Supreme Ruler of that Multiverse was called 'Zeno the Destroyer'."
"I doubt that this 'Zeno' would be alone since his title named otherwise." Aridam said which also made Claude nod as well. Whilst the two were rivals, they also work with each other, they both know that Creation would be nothing without Destruction, and the same otherwise.
"Fufufu.... Correct. So this Zeno has his own 'Living Tribunal' too called 'Great Priest the Creator' and also his own 'The Beyonder' which is called 'Zalama the Preserver'."
Everyone nodded in acceptance, but nonetheless, they could feel that their Multiverse was stronger than theirs since they have the original concepts of Laws whilst theirs weren't.
"Anyways, the single 'Universe' I called earlier was recently created and needs one of us to supervise... And who would be better other than the one who could see through Time itself?" Freyja said whilst grinning.
Everyone then looked at Xander and nodded too, it was fair since Xander was the weakest, inexperienced, and has fewer abilities compared to all of them. Plus they have their own Realms to rule to, whilst Xander hasn't awakened his.
"That concludes my report." Freyja said whilst sitting back to her throne, the next one to stand up was Bedelia.
"My report is very short. Well, the same universe that Freyja has said earlier has its own Butterfly Effects, the combination of our Multiverse Timeline and theirs made the Universe quite jumpy. Anyways, their Power Levels is quite confusing which they call 'Tiering Scale'."
"Please explain, Bedelia?" Julie asked nicely, which made Bedelia smile.
"Very well, if you want an easy example. Then I'll present you these." Bedelia smirked whilst creating a hologram in the middle of the room.

"This is a being in the Main Earth of the Newly-Created Universe in Freyja's words earlier. While you are all confused by this sudden act of mine, the easiest way to gather information about their strengths is using this."
"What do you mean, Lia?" Freyja asked.
"Easy, look at the Cosmic Strength." Everyone's eyes went wide open seeing that.
"Excluding Xander, we Major Laws are about 95.1% in Cosmic Strenght whilst Father up there is 100%, Xander currently has 1.2% only unlocked. And this guy is the Satan Lucifer of that world."
Everyone noticed that Claude Yahweh's eyes narrowed looking at the last name of the target. Everyone also heard him muttering. "Lucifer."
"... Well you don't have to worry Xander being sent there alone as we also have our variants there, Especially Claude since he is a Major Character in that world." Everyone knows that Claude was perhaps the most famous being, after all, he was also the Biblical God who was said to create the Universe.
"Anyways, that's all for mine, so we should task the newbie right now." Bedelia said whilst smiling gently at Xander.
"What do you mean?" Xander asked confusingly.
"It's a tradition, Cute Disciple. When a new Major Law enters the Council, we task him or her about some objectives he or she has to finish before gaining the consents of the Council Members of joining the Council." Julie explained whilst everyone slowly gets excited.
"We should task Xander one by one, we shouldn't pressure him like what we did to Freyja in the past." Raphael said remembering the past.
"Then who should be first?" Kael asked as he was excited giving a very important task to Xander.
"Me me me me me me me!!!" Freyja said.
"Why?"
"Because you tortured me in the past, I should be first in tasting the new chick." Freyja said whilst licking her lips, which made Xander shiver.
Everyone nodded as they waited for Freyja's objectives.
"I have 3 Requests for you to do. 1st is gathering the Three Deathly Hallows in the new Universe. I fear that someone might use my variant for bad things, although I symbolize death, I don't want innocent people to die without reasons. So I trust you with my variant's fate."
Xander nodded as he remembered the Three Deathly Hallows.
"The 2nd is imprisoning and torturing that Mad Titan Thanos until he breaks his mind. he is immortal due to the curse I gave him, you could enjoy your sadistic time with him."Freyja said whilst grinning.
'She's quite weird.' Xander thought grimmly.
"Anyways my 3rd Wish for you to do is... I want you to find 5 Females where I could bless them with my Cosmic Abilities."
"What do you mean, Frey?" Bedelia asked whilst being curious.
"If you remember my Avatar, Hela from Asgard was imprisoned. I can't do anything to her, so why not just increase the number of my Avatars? Note that those people I bless with my Cosmic Powers would become either the Goddess of Death, Darkness, Magic, Damned, and Dominance. Either way, I trust you so please do me a favor of building my foundations in that Universe, okay?"
Xander nodded as everyone smiled, the objectives were very easy since, for Xander, he has already known of the past, present, and future. In fact, he already has candidates in his mind.
"Hohoho~ Very well, say goodbye to Xander. Everyone since he is going on his merry way!" One Above All said as the Cosmic Entities were now saying goodbye to each other.
OAA then waved his hand as Xander was again consumed by the familiar thing.
*VWOOOMMM*
Before Freyja could even leave, Julie and Bedelia suddenly grasped her two arms which made her stay.
"What're you two doing?"
"Nothing... But may I ask why you want Xander to find 'Goddesses' and not 'Gods'? Are you planning something, Freyja?" Julie suddenly said with her very dangerous glare.
"That's right, plus were all girls here. So tell us your schemes, you dirty witch." Bedelia also said bewitchingly.
Freyja raised her eyebrow as she slowly gets amused by the two, she then decided to tease the two.
"Fufufu... Why don't you try and guess?"
"Just tell us!"
"Xander is quite dreamy. He's sarcastic unlike Claude, not that cold like Aridam and Kael, and he isn't as dense as Raphael... I mean who would even care if I won the race on his heart, right?" Freyja said since she knew that they three were Quintillion-Years-Old Virgins.
They have their own pride of not giving their virginities away to beings lower than them, now that the perfect man has appeared. Their instincts are telling them to jump at Xander right away, no one besides OAA noticed the massive hormones the three were realizing.
However, what they didn't realize was a small midget listening to them.
"Aunties, what are you talking about?" The three panicked as they saw Claude looking at them as criminals. Claude then took away Gabriel and hugged her, he then glared at the pervert three and said.
"Don't you dare impure my baby daughter like this ever again, I'll castrate Xander if you try and do this again!" Claude threaten them with Xander's manhood, the three then stopped talking and revealed some guilty faces.
'I'm sorry Xander if your manhood is ever begone!' The three thoughts whilst panic and anxiousness spread through their hearts.
