2 The Adventure Begins!

As he was transported into the spawn spot, his Helmet rang.

'That was fast', he answered the call, and the face of Jack appeared in front of him.

"Michael! Good you're here now. What city are you in?"

"Good to see you too. I'm at West Ocean City. You?"

"Why do you need to be so far!?", this was really the attitude of Jack, if something goes off his plan, he gets angry (who doesn't?).

"We really should've planned on which city we're gonna spawn. So, where are you?"

"I'm at Red Fox City. I guess we're gonna be on our own this time, again.", the last time they were not together, they, simply speaking, failed.

"This sucks."

"For me, yes, but for you you've got your super smart brain to help you."

"Yeah right, like that makes sense."

"Right, I'm going to grind now. Bye!"

"Bye!"

When the connection ended, Michael took his time to observe his surroundings, and checked his inventory for things. As expected, he was wearing level 0 gray, or for slang, trash equipment. As for weapons, he had a level 0 Basic Gray Sword, not the usual daggers and katana, but it was still better than nothing. So he decided to collect some coins for to sell in the VR Trade Area, to collect some real money for two full game sets when the game is officially released to the public.

As he headed to the local blacksmith in the market, he noticed some players relaxing from their hard work of grinding, but the amount they got were only 1 silver and 25 coppers.

'How pathetic', thought the amused Michael. When he arrived at the blacksmith, he asked how much for upgrading a weapon, and the price was 50 silver-golds for each weapon. Other players may be surprised by the price, but not Michael, over his extensive research, there are some hidden areas with Very Unique Quests. As he checked his time, he still had 30 minutes before his dinner, more than enough time to go to one of those places, the level 3 Silver Fox Area. As he was running, he quickly checked his Attributes

Player: Wisdom

Title: None

Health: 300/300

Agility: 10

Wisdom: 10

Intellect: 10

Special Abilities: None

As he checked all this, he added his log-in bonus attribute points to agility, as speed was an Assassin's best friend, which made his agility reach 18, if the attribute points of Agility reached 50, it will unlock the Basic Skill [Sneak] which allows a player to sneak at the back of any other player undetected, unless the other player has the Advanced Skill of [Detection].

As he added his attribute points, he felt his body grow lighter, thus enabling him to run faster, this is just the average players points. As he reached the plain area with tall grass, he became more alert, as the Silver Wolves have a high range of senses, they can detect players up to 50 yards away. The nest of the Wolves lie deep in the center of this area, and no players have discovered this yet as they're busy grinding in the level 1 spot, The Hive.

He carefully walked around the circle of tall grasses while looking for Wolves in sight.

'Should've prepared before coming here.', thought Michael when he realized he didn't have the ability to defend himself in case a Wolf spotted him. Luckily, he arrived at the other side of the grove, and found 3 Wolves patrolling the area, each of their heads turning sideways. Careful not to alert them, he went the other way, when he was sure that no Wolf spotted him, he then ran straight towards the nest, because the "treasure" is that way.

When he arrived, he cautiously checked for the pack's Alpha Male and Female (the strongest is the Male), and when he was sure they were not around he checked for strong-looking wolves.

After he made sure there was no apparent danger, he sneaked his way to the side of the treasure.
