1 The elevator

"I can smell you!" The group could hear as they ran.

"Remind me why I agreed to go on this trip with you guys!" Rose yelled as she ran beside Luke. The others were to busy running for their lives to reply. Rose's chest heaved as they jumped through a window and into another dark room. They stopped for a couple of seconds.

"Do you think we lost him?" Luke asked, catching his breath looking at the other three. They were all worn out from running for what felt like ages. Rose sat up against the wall hugging her knees to her chest. Her long dark purple hair was now in a ponytail. Axel and Luke watched Miles run his hands through his messy brown hair in frustration.

"I think we did, but who knows how long it will take him to find us again," Miles said, his brown eyes scanning the dark room trying to make out what this room used to be. There were some lights from the outside peeking into the room. He could see a desk in the corner of the medium sized room. A lamp on the other side with a T.V. and a couch in the middle of the room. It looked like it use to be somewhat of a mini waiting room.

"I can't believe what I saw back there! This place is crazy and who knows if this saw man has buddies." Axel said in a deep but hushed voice. One thing they could all agree with was this Asylum wasn't like any others. What they saw will forever change them.

"What are we gonna do now?" Rose questioned looking at the males who all thought the same thing. Before Miles could respond to the girl they heard a high pitch whirr sound that could only mean one thing. His eyes widened and he looked at the other three their eyes also wide and filled with fear. They knew who it was and none of them wanted to meet that person. Rose signaled the boys to lean against the wall under the window that they entered in.

"We need to find a way out or a distraction," Miles said quietly as they waited for the handsaw man to leave. Miles looked around once again and an idea popped up in his head. It wasn't the smartest or safest but he felt responsible for putting the others in danger. It was the only thing he could think of if he could run and distract the man.

"Guys, I know what we need to do. You guys are going to have to trust me."Miles said causing the others to look at him questioningly with slight fear in their eyes.
