7 All Roads Lead to Rome

A man walks towards the gates that lead to the palace, where the Emperor of Rome lives.

The guards standing at the gate, try to stop the man, but later. Another guard, found them dead on the spot.

Emperor Lucius Rose. Also called the Black Rose Emperor, sits atop his golden throne.

Lucius looks and sees that a man wearing a cloaked hood, with the hood covering his face, is standing in the middle of his throne room.

'' Guards. kill this man where he stands '' said Lucius.

The guards walked towards the stranger with their spears and shields in hand, but stop when they saw the stranger's weapon, in his right arm.

The stranger was holding a spear. The spear, that the stranger was holding, was the (Gea Assail).

The guards also noticed, that the stranger had a sword (the Fragarach) at his hip and a ''Sling-stone '' (the Cloich tabaill) on him.

Lucius looked at the stranger, unamused.

'' I grant you permission, to reveal yourself, stranger '' said Lucius.

The stranger took off his hood with his left hand and said '' I am Lug. Oh, Black Rose Emperor, and I came with a way for you to finally conqueror Camelot ''

'' I am not interested. Now leave before I kill you myself '' said Lucius and then looked at some documents in his right hand.

'' Wait. Let me get this straight. Are you saying that you are uninterested in Camelot? '' said Lug.

'' UMU '' responded Lucius.

'' I beg your pardon? '' said Lug with a confused look on his face.

'' Yes. I am not interested in Camelot at the moment '' said Lucius.

'' Well, if the Emperor would be so kind to satisfy my curiosity. What are you interested in, at the moment? ''

'' If you must know '' said Lucius now standing up and walking behind his throne '' I am interested in raising my son '' Putting his right hand on his throne.

'' I see, but surely. His grace would find it beneficial to add Camelot to your massive empire '' said Lug.

Lucius smiled and slowly walked towards Lug, while saying

'' There seems to be something that you do not understand. So allow me to explain. Rome is the world, and I am Rome. Thus, Camelot already belongs to me ''

Lucius was now standing face to face with Lug.

'' And yet. Arthur Pendragon is king of Camelot '' said Lug.

'' That is because. I allow him to be '' said Lucius '' Rome is the world, after all. It has been so, since the time of our divine founder, Romulus ''

Lucius now started to walk back towards his throne.

'' But surely, it is a great offense, to the Black Rose Emperor. That King Arthur rules Camelot, and expands her borders ''

Lucius now sat down on his throne and said '' Arthur is a great source of amusement for me. So I will allow his rule to be ''

'' Will his majesty also allow Camelot to exits, if Madoc was to be King '' said Lug with a smile.

Lucius had a serious look on his face and said '' I believe that Arthur's rule will last for many years to come ''

'' Well. We just have to wait and see about that '' said Lug turning his back to Lucius and walking out of the throne room. The guards also walked out the throne room, but when they looked around. Lug was nowhere to be seen.

'' It seems that Arthur and his people have many challenges ahead of them '' said Lucius, looking out at Rome from his Throne.
