"Lord Yan, you should really try out these steamed buns. They're really sweet and delicious!" Ye Mi smiled brightly at Lord Yan, offering freshly baked steamed buns. A thankful smile settled on his face despite the disdainful eyes he held.

Lord Yan grabbed the bun from her hands and took a small bite as Ye Mi looked at him in expectancy. "Mmm, delicious." His eyes lit up from the warm sensation of the bread that was mashed softly in his mouth.

Ye Mi smiled at the response before walking around the stalls with Lord Yan as he munched on the bun. The young man's outstanding looks and his exotic blonde hair stood out, catching many people's attention on the streets with a few ladies blushing.

She quickly grasped her hand with the handsome Lord Yan's as they strolled around more, wordlessly announcing that he was hers. Seeing the affectioness display, the ladies humped and frowned, envious of her lucky catch.

Ye Mi smiled proudly. Lord Yan was hers and she will never give him to any of those white lotuses. Tugging the hand, Ye Mi and Lord Yan walked up a lovers bridge and stared off into the sunset as Lord Yan pushed Ye Mi off the bridge. Her bright eyes widen in shock, her brain overloading from the push. And she flopped on top of his bed and into his luscious perfect abs. And then... her eyes opened.

"NOOOOO WHYYYYYYYY???!!!"

She screamed, tears coming out of her eyes as she cried on her own bed at home. As Ye Mi was weeping, she went into the kitchen and opened the freezer where many stocks of ice cream were filled at the brim.

Taking out a tub of fudge brownie ice cream and roughly opening the lid, she began to eat with a metal spoon.

Tears stained her pale cheeks and ice cream chilled her teeth, which she didn't care to notice. Spoon after spoon, tear after tear, and a whole tub of ice cream was all in her tum tum. Soon she got up to get more, and more, and more tubs of ice cream like she was addicted to the frozen sweet.

The coldness of the ice cream was chilling her pained heart and body to the extreme, and eventually her movements became slower and slower until her body ceased to move. Her eyes became heavy and the last thing she saw was the blurry TV screen.

She grinned at the thought of his heart-melting smile and his exposed chest, revealing his gorgeous abs. Oh how she wished the moment had lasted forever, and how she wished she had never opened her eyes.

"Ye Mi? Are you awake? I brought you rice porridge." A woman with wings entered the room carrying a tray of aromatic flavors within the bowl of porridge. The smells enticed her and she drooled from the side of her mouth like a pig.

Was this woman her chef? If so, she was probably rich as fuck. "You can set it down on the table beside me." Ye Mi said, as it was also important to have manners as a rich person. Heck God might have made her a princess of a kingdom. That's right bitches, she's gonna chop your heads off if you even dare look at Lord Yan. He was her man!

"I heard that." The woman looked sharply at Ye Mi.

"Heard what?"

"I'm not your sugar momma and you ain't a princess either Ye Mi." She remarked, placing the bowl down. "Also who's this Lord Yan hmm?" The angel leaned on the door frame with her eyebrows quirked up.

Ye Mi choked on her food for a second, coughing madly, "You knew what I was thinking of!!?"

She nodded, "Of course I know! I can read minds, did you honestly forgot Ye Mi? I would be a pretty crappy cupid without it." She smirks at the frozen girl on the bed.

"Cupid? Are you the God of Love? Can you find Lord Yan and make him fall in love with me?" Ye Mi's eyes glittered at the cupid with black wings. Wait, black wings? Aren't they supposed to be white?

"No, I'm just a lunatic cupid that does crazy things. Also you already know why I have black wings, what is wrong with your head? Did you lose your memories or something?" The black-winged cupid glances at her suspiciously.

"I. . .uh,-" Just when the black-winged cupid said that, Ye Mi's head became dizzy. Memories? Was she a reincarnation of someone? Don't tell her that she spent a life of misery because of something bad she did in heaven?!

"Oh boy, here let me jog your memory up a bit." The lunatic cupid amusingly said, cracking her knuckles.

"DON'T READ MY MIND!" Ye Mi screams, jumping out of bed and running out the door in a flash. When she got outside, she stopped and looked up towards the sky and everywhere.

Did Heaven looked this normal?

"Where are you running?!" The cupid face-palmed, following Ye Mi. "You should come back inside. You fell pretty hard into the waterfall after trying to chase the Lord Yan of ten wives."

"T-Ten wives!?" Ye Mi gaped at the number. Does this mean she fell for a player? She felt small contempt gather up. She fell for a player...

The female cupid rolled her eyes at Ye Mi's surprise. "Oh please last month you chased that hunk with 30, so this is an upgrade. I rather feel more pity for the guy."

"W-Wha!? Am I that bad?" She asked shockingly, hovering her hand over her chest as if she was hurt.

The other nodded, "When it comes to hot guys, you're such a stalker. It's like someone else took over your body!"

"Whaaa!?" Ye Mi's Lord Yan-filled head clearly couldn't cope with this realization. With one more of her surprised screams came another eye roll from the one besides her.

"Well since you clearly don't remember who I am, I'm your bestie," she stretched out her hand for a handshake, "You can just call me Su Doki." The two shook hands and on Su Doki's face was a mischievous grin, clearly she had found something out.

"Either way new Ye Mi, you should probably get back inside and finish up that porridge, or I'll never cook for you again." Su Doki the lunatic cupid reminds her as Ye Mi quickly went back inside to gobble up the porridge with no grace whatsoever.

"Now. WHO DAFUQ ARE YOU?" The foul-mouthed beast exclaimed.

"Language sweety, and besides I already introduced myself. I'm Su Doki remember?" a slightly mocking smile was lightly hanging on the lunatic's lips.

"You mean Sudoku?" Ye Mi asked with her emerald green eyes shimmering and her head tilting to one side. "And I'm still hungry." She rubbed her tummy.

"I can get Elder Doudou to provide more food supplies later on. We're not all that rich you know? If she wasn't here to be our financial support, we'd be beggars."

"Doudou. . .beans?" Ye Mi with her cheeks bulging like a chipmunk's and with glimmering green eyes, Su Doki shakes her head at her thoughts about the unaffordable rich food.

"Beans? I'll have you know that you were the one to name me Elder Doudou when you decided to cling onto my leg when we first met." An elderly woman with white hair walked inside the room, her eyes glimmering silver while looking at Ye Mi with a grouchy expression on her face.

Ye Mi widen her eyes at the sight of the old woman, blinking twice before speaking. "Are you my grandmother-in-law?" Was she Lord Yan's grandmother?

"No, I'm your caretaker."

"Correction, we are. Ever since you dragged yourself in my shop and just decided to splash a love potion on your head." Su Doki remarks, causing Ye Mi to further question her life.

'Am I on drugs?' She thought.

"Is a love potion considered drugs Doudou?" Su Doki asked the Elder while raising one of her eyebrows.

"It's as equal to those incense burners you entice a man and woman with to increase their intimacy with each other." Elder Doudou explains with the same expression on her face.

"They aren't aphrodisiac though, they just muddle the consumer's mind enough to make them believe you are their one and only."

"Difference is that it's one-sided."

"I suppose so." Su Doki lightly bobbed her head in agreement.

"Excuse me, a hot single pringle here."

"I'm pretty sure that's my title, Sweetcheeks." The cupid said as her attention once again was diverted to the chipmunk.

"Is that why you're a cupid?"

"No, you could say that back in the day when my feathers were still white, i was born with the ability to tell ones' lover... Or just a fated person. I'm cupid because I was born with it and I'm single, because I'm just too perfect for this world." Su Doki flips her hair after that.

Elder Doudou was crossing her arms and tapping her finger on her arm while she listened to the two of them converse. She then sighs, "Have you told her that this isn't heaven yet? This isn't the Ye Mi we know after all since this Ye Mi is a different soul from another world."

"Yeah, I noticed, the moment I touched her I knew. After all soulmates shouldn't ever change and hers did." The cupid replied.

"Wait, different soul from another world? Does that mean that I. . .I TRANSMIGRATED?!" Ye Mi was in shock. So all those Chinese novels about the female leads transmigrating into different worlds she had read came into reality for her?

"Yet she's the one granted a Starseer." Elder Doudou added.

"A-A Starseer?" Ye Mi asked in confusion as she looked at the two for answers.

"Sigh, you're like a child. Starseers are people who have the abilities to find out ones' future by the paths they take. They come ever so often but only one Starseer is allowed to exist unless one passes on." Elder Doudou said, sitting on a chair next to Ye Mi.

"Then... can you see mine?" Ye Mi retorted back in curiosity. Will she have a grand future, one filled with luxury and money?

"No, a starseer can see only ones' path when it comes to one person they are chosen to guide, it is merely impossible to view another if they're not connected with their chosen person." Elder Doudou replied non-chantedly as she picked up a fruit from the table and ate it.

Su Doki smirked, "I heard that my future was gonna be bright and adventurous!"

"Nn, it would have went the opposite if the original Ye Mi was still here. She was one hell of a troublemaker."

"You don't say! Barging into my shop and splashing love potions around was enough to make my head hurt." Su Doki chuckled dismissively, recalling the incident. Ye Mi facepalmed at the previous owner of the body, sighing in disappointment. Did she get dropped when she was an infant!?

"I don't know ask your new parents." Su Doki said, reading Ye Mi's thoughts again.

"Can you stop doing that, it will backfire, especially with my mind."

"What could possibly make me regret it? I already saw the abs." Ye Mi turned red from being exposed, that was classified information! She gave a swift glare to Su Doki.

"It's not my fault your thoughts are so foul." Su Doki said as she rolled her eyes. Elder Doudou's hand stilled as she reached for her second fruit.

"If this continues your eyes will fall out Su Doki." Elder Doudou said while giving Su Doki an exquisite look of interest.

"Sounds great to me, no more looking at your grouchy expression Doudou." An amused smile played on Su Doki's face as she returned the Elder's look. A look of understanding washed over the elder's face as she nodded. "I see, I see," the phrase continuously rolled over her light pink lips.

"So uh, what is this world I'm in since you said this isn't heaven? It's an ancient world, right?" Ye Mi looked at the two women who she believed she has to learn from.

"Yup! This is where you live, the Nai Kingdom." Su Doki explains with stifled laughter.

oh "Milk...?" Ye Mi asked shook, who would name a kingdom after a drink!? Still, she couldn't help but giggle a bit.

"The founder was named after Milk." added Elder Doudou. Ye Mi pondered about why a person would name their child 'Milk'. This world was shockingly strange, stranger than all the novels she had read.

"Continuing on, you are popular because you chase men like a crazed fangirl so the people are going to be biased about your personality." Su Doki casually explains Ye Mi's situation which made her froze. So she was going to be known as a crazed man chaser in this life?!

"Oh hell no indeed, so what are you going to do about it?"

"Mother, I'm here with your potions." A petite youth came into the room, blinking his eyes at Ye Mi as he thought she'd have already pounced on him.
