EP 93 - INTRODUCTIONS.

"I can't believe that I finally get to meet the friends that you can't stop talking about." Blaire spoke enthusiastically as she held Obi's hand and they walked down the pavement towards Eva's house.

It was a sunny afternoon with no signs of clouds and Obi decided that since he and Blaire were now officially dating , it was time she had to meet his Best friends."

"Yeah. They are responsible, Well-mannered, funny , nice, homely and really fun.Overall they are the best." Obi smiled as he put an arm around her shoulder. "Just don't take it personal if they don't take to you at first. Especially Eva. She'd pretty skeptical."

"And also John's is a sarcastic narcissist ...and Sky ...maybe a bit on the judgy side, Su ling is another matter altogether..."

Blaire rubbed his arm with her hand and kissed Obi on his cheek. "Don't worry. I'm sure I'll love them."

"Alright." Obi sighed and gave in. "But don't love them too much."

He took in a deep breath knocked and opened the door.

Guys this is Blaire Willows, the girl I've been telling about. Blaire these are my friends." Obi introduced his pals to his girlfriend but they didn't seem to mind.

They were too busy in their own world.

"Rock , Paper , Scissors!" Eva and Sky both played scissors and they groaned.

"One more time, to break the tie ."Sky nodded excitedly.

"Rock, Paper , Scissors!"

This time Eva threw scissors while Sky played Rock so she was the official winner of their little game.

"Why do I always throw back-to-back Scissors?" Eva cried. "There's no way I'm losing again. Rematch!"

Sky scoffed. "Only if you bet on it."

'Deal." Eva rolled her eyes and handed her twenty bucks.

And lost...

Again.

Sky happily pocketed the cash . "Tip for the future Eva , Never place a bet on something that there's a possibility of you losing."

Soon enough Su ling burst in with her own dramatic tension. "No! No! No! This is totally unfair!!! I can't believe that ******* ***** left me with this Stupid *******job. He picked me out of the entire class , in the entire school?!!! That M*****&*****!!!"

"Now that's how to swear." Sky raised her eyebrows as she sat down backwards in a chair.

"Nah." Eva waved her hand as she started texting on her phone. "Heard worse. Said Worse."

"Tobi , Are these your friends you wanted me to meet?" Blair placed her hands on her hips as she queried Obi.

Obi pursed his lips. "Would you believe me if I said No?"

"What do you think?" Sky suggested. "I want to get some fresh air. Maybe you can use that time to get them in order." She walked away.

Obi groaned as he entered. "Are you guys for real? All I needed was to give Blaire a impressions that also credits me."

"This was my best impression. You should be glad I didn't bring out the spray gun." Eva pouted.

A car honked in the driveway. "Who is it?" Sky asked.

Eva peeped through the shutters and rolled her eyes. "An idiot with an even stupider car."

They all trumped out to meet John who was now posing in front of the car like a model. It was a Pagani Zonda HP Barachetta. Lets break it down...

Its another expensive car with an even fancier name.

"Everyone form a line to feel." John nodded with his dark shades resting on his face.

"Cool car!" Sky exclaimed.

"Only in your dreams." Eva said as she rested against the car. "I wonder how your dad isn't bankrupt already?"

"Money is for spending dearie and my parents have loads of It. I'm just doing my duty to the world by helping them spending it." He replied as he blared his music.

Obi placed his hand on John's shoulder. "Finally you're here . There's someone I'd like you to meet." Blaire came up and John removed his Shades from his eyes as they widened in delighted surprise .

"Blaire Willows , Is that you?" He asked.

"John!" She smiled as they hugged each other like long lost friends.

"How long has it been?" John grinned.

"Too long." She smiled revealing her even set of sparkling white teeth.

"How does he even know her?" or rather is there any cute girl he doesn't knows? Eva asked, glaring at this girl with long black hair and seductive brown eyes and full pink lips .

Su Ling noticed this change in Eva's facial expression and laughed in her mind.

Oh poor Eva. Time to cause some trouble.

"Well I don't Know , but one thing is for sure , that kind of connection isn't what you see everyday." Su ling referred to the two that were now laughing.

"Blaire, You know John?" Obi asked confused since he was pretty sure that She hadn't been around John to his knowledge.

"Yes." She answered. "We were friends ..."

"With benefits." John enjoined with conspiratorial wink.

"I better be getting on my way. Bye.' She waved to Obi and disappeared down the street.

"You guys dated?! " Eva asked Incredulously.

"Awkward!" Su ling pretended coughing .

"Why didn't you tell me you guys had dated in the past when I told you about her?" Obi challenged.

"When you mention 'Blaire Willows' I never thought you meant her." John justified himself. "Besides we've already broken up and there's no way we will ever get together ...Ever."John said with tone of finality.

"Why not?"Sky asked.

"Who cares?" John shrugged and took out his phone . "Now who wants to take a picture with me with this ridiculously costly car so I can post it on my Social media ?!"

"Take a picture of this." Eva shot him the two middle fingers. "Now get your ass inside and lets play a game." She beamed.
