1 10 Years Old

Jennifer was a ten year old girl. She could solve a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle in one minute! Her classmates always wanted to copy off her worksheets and tests, and it was extremely hard for her to get them not to cheat, so today was the perfect day to relax and get some fresh air. But she had never gone camping before, and had to get ten sticks for the bonfire she and her parents were making for their camping trip.

" Why ten?" She had asked her parents, thinking that it would take a really long time to find ten sticks.

" One for each of the years you have lived, Jennifer," her dad replied.

Jennifer walked through the forest, searching for sticks and staying away from animals' habitats( she had researched on where all of the forest animals' habitats were), when she discovered the weirdest thing.

" Why is there a pile of sticks in the middle of the forest?" She wondered aloud.

She really didn't know why, but she grabbed ten sticks from the pile anyway. Sparkles filled the air and she heard a voice say:

"Jennifer, please don't do this to us."

Jennifer wasn't even sure where the voice came from, but she ignored it and went back to her parents with her arms full of sticks, all different sizes.
