9 Mission

A week passed by, cries can be heard in the basement of the villa.

"Big brother, I can't do it anymore."

John cried as he crawled in front of Nathan with snot and tears appearing in his face.

Nathan's expression turned dark and shouted, "Why are you crying?! Do you still want to experience the punishments?!"

John who heard it became even more afraid as he goes back to his training which he has to carry a gallon of water in his shoulder while running for ten minutes in the treadmill.

After ten minutes passed by, John fell to the floor gasping for breathing while groaning due to intense pain.

"D-damn I'm going to die, I thought the big brother was an angel but he is more like a devil," John muttered to himself while remembering those hellish training with Eggy and Aaron.

At first, Nathan's training was just simply running but as time passes the training became even crueler.

There was even a time where Eggy failed to his training and his punishment was being unable to eat for three days, and he also had to stay in the darkroom for one day.

And the more failures you have the more you have to spend being hungry and staying in the darkroom making you step by step for becoming insane.

Nathan also teaches them how to assassinate this week, they also barely have any sleep so overall they are treated cruelly.

There was also a time where we had to spend underwater and if we can't reach the minimum, Nathan will always force them to do it until their endurance started to increase.

But of course, Nathan didn't do it for no reason, he bought herbals which can help to heal or improve the human body. While he also made a medicinal bath that can increase the body, while not forgetting to take a pill that increases senses and speed.

After all, Nathan is the prince in the Hell Realm and had some knowledge about medicines.

"Sigh, I wonder when this cruel life will end," John said pitifully while looking at Nathan.

"How about this, I have a mission for you and if you can complete this I'll give you three days vacation and give you any food you want," Nathan said while looking at John still lying on the floor unable to stand up.

John who was dead tired earlier become cheerful and tried to stand up forcefully causing him to fall again.

"Then what should I do big brother?" John said to Nathan while also excited and thought, 'finally I can eat foods, and enjoy the comfort of sleeping in a bed rather than in this damn cold floor in the basement.'

Nathan then opened the bag that he's currently carrying, and threw a paper to John.

John was confused while looking at the paper and said, "Who is this?"

Nathan looked at him and calmly said, "He is Romar De Guzman. He killed five people and raped a girl, right now he's currently walking in the street calmly. I want you to kill him and use those that I teach to you."

John's face had a terror and scared expression while looking at Nathan and said, "I-I c-can't do it."

Nathan then stared at him and shook his head and said disappointedly, "I see, well then I'll give you money worth one year for you so you'll still have the time to adapt."

John who was still around 10 or 11 years old stared at Nathan while tears are threatening to fall in his eyes and said, "B-big brother, are you throwing me away?"

"No, it's not like that but your big brother will have to fight stronger opponents in the future and I can't always help you. Also, you might become my weakness if they happen to catch you and use you to threaten me." Nathan said to John who's now crying while trying to calm him down.

John started to feel conflicted and he knew that his big brother was not a normal person due to how amazing he was base on the medicines he made.

A determination appeared in the face appeared and said, "Okay big brother, I will surely not disappoint you!"

Shadow smiled at him and then told him to take a bath while staring at the kid's disappearing figure.

"Kid, don't blame me for being cruel. It's just that if you keep staying with me the enemies that will appear in front of you are no longer humans but also angels, and perhaps demons too so how can I make you stay if you are too weak. If I still had my cultivation back then, that would be okay, however, I am just like you a mortal too." Nathan muttered to himself.
