The first system!

'W-what is this??' I got all flustered for a second and my eyes started shaking, probably because this window emitted the same type of power as the thing that pulled me here. Still I had only gained a tiny amount of the fear a normal person should ha, so I was very quickly able to calm myself and slow my breathing to a normal level. I quickly and quietly read the messages over many times. I tried couple things on it and event tried punching it without achieving anything, as my fists just passed thru it every time, well I did feel a little resistance but it was not much. Next I tried running away from it but it just stayed with me like a glue. After a couple more experiments I stopped because nothing was happening.

'Hmm this is very interesting. This might be something similar to a fantasy type of system, let's try it.' I thought and said aloud thinking that it would answer back to my questions: "What do I have to do to increase the number of player?"

[The quest: Successor of the first!]

'Not going to answer my question, now are you?' I thought with a little bit of annoyance, but I could do nothing about it so I let it slide and continued reading.

[Quest description: The son of a god made the system for the new system owner. This is a blank space where nothing has been decided about the system. You can think of it as a blank canvas. This system for the system owner is just a tool for creating a system for a game. A game that will swallow all in it's vortex. Begin making a game.]

[Objectives:

Choose the game type: Death game, Board game, Team game, Secret game and Fantasy game.

Reward: The other objectives will be unlocked.

With all this new information to swallow, his mouth was getting dry he tried speaking to himself. He coughed and said "Well, might as well do what this tells me, since there is nothing to lose anyway. I might never be able to leave this place if I don't do it." He shrugged his shoulders as he prepared himself for all the weird things that would come his way later on.

Even though many weird things had happened his head was still working fine, abnormally so. It might be a side effect of this room and power that's keeping me from pooping. He thought carefully about the choices, and ended up trying to tap on the options.

Suddenly the screen started changing. He felt that the strange energy was starting to shift. The energy started twisting and turning. It started to form new words.

[Death game: A game where humans' kill each other for the chance to love longer

Board game: A game where you can make cities into places on a board and the humans will make the pieces, which can be controlled.

Team game: Make humans form teams. They will then start an endless war to keep one's own team alive.

Secret game: A game where only a small amount of people will know and play the game. You can choose another game type, shall you choose this.

Fantasy game: A fantasy game. You will have to make many things to get the game rolling. Make enemies of humanity. Make magic and other fantasy stuff. *This will take time!*]

The descriptions didn't really surprise him, he had already kinda' guessed. Well he would now have to make the choice now, or he would have to spend his precious lifetime thinking what to do, and that was a no good.

The addicting feeling of happiness still lingered around, he wanted to feel it again. And to do that he would have to unlock his remaining emotions. 'Yes that's it!' he thought as he licked his lips in anticipation. He would make a game that would make people happy, make them sad, make them feel fear and make them angered, as I, the director of the whole drama, enjoys their emotions, no better way to put is, is that I am trying to learn from their emotions. I have never felt regret or angered or even sad when somebody dies. Maybe if I make the whole world feel these emotions, I can get mine back.

Once he finished his thoughts an almost unnoticeable smiled creeped up on his face. 'Yes, this feeling, event though faint, is still a little similar to happiness, this must be the little happiness I unlocked'. He quickly chose, the option with which he could achieve his goals, the 'Fantasy game' option.

After he made the choice a couple minutes passed without anything happening.

'Weird, did I do something wrong?' I tilted my head in confusion.

Then finally the system finally responded to my choice.
