5 Unknown Celebration

"Burp…" Livia and Diana rubbed their little stomachs with satisfied smiles. Their eyes were sparkling in delight.

Diana chuckled, "You had promised to not over eat and avoid take outs but now what happened to that promise,Livi?"

Diana stopped rubbing her little and toned stomach which didn't become a balloon even though she ate almost half of the ordered food.

"Livi, it's not Diana's fault. Aza had taken advantage of us. She knew that we all love food and after eating a heartwarming meal. We would forget about everything."

Serene jumped in their conversation and sat on the left side of the couch. She placed the tea kettle on the small table.

Aza and Ines finished washing the dishes together.

Ines dried her hands with the towel, "Aza, are you sure you want to do the rest of chores?"

"Yeah! I'll do the rest. You just go and accompany others. I'll come in a bit." Aza replied to her.

She hurriedly pushed her out of the kitchen.

"Phew…" Aza sighed.

"If Ines had decided to help me then my surprise would have been destroyed." She talked to herself.

The microwave's timer turned off. She went to check whether the cake was heated enough or not.

"Hmm…. It smells nice and flavourful."

She began to decorate the chocolate cake.

Diana sniffed her nose, "Can you all detect the scrumptious smell of chocolate cake? Is it my lucky day that my nose is getting blessed with these heavenly essences?"

"Quit, dramatizing. The aroma does smell tasty but the way your face and eyes expressions are changing. It is scary. You look like a horny teen girl who got to see a handsome guy. Your eyes are dripping with lust." Serene criticized her. Since among them, Diana was the one who loved to exaggerate and her this habit was taking effect on their little Aza too.

"Guys, guess what I have in my hands?.." Aza came in with her hands behind her back.

Aza grinned at them, "Can't guess? I'll give you a hint. It's something every living being on earth loves to eat. It's dark and delicious. It tastes bitterly sweet.

Also, it's a cake. A cake which we eat to celebrate every big and small occasion. I gave more than enough clues. I trust you guys can figure it out now."

"CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!" Livia shouted. She sprang towards Aza.

Aza nodded and moved her hands from the back to the front. Livia's eyes shined, if not more than the Sun, itself.

Aza side stepped and kept the cake on the table.

"Did you order it?"

"Or made it?" They shivered when the thought of Aza baking a cake entered their minds.

"..."

Aza with the pokered face, "No, I didn't. I don't want you guys to live inside the bathroom tomorrow."

"For God's sake. I got so scared. Thank God." Livia patted her chest to calm down her erratic heart.

".... It was one time. Just get over it." Aza mumbled. She hung her head.

Ines shook her head at Livia's mischief.

"Don't bully her." She warned her.

"It isn't even a single drop of water against the ocean of her horrible pranks." Serene pouted and began to munch down the cake.

Ines took the plate from her hands and placed it back.

"Yaaa… Can't a person who loves to eat delicious food enjoy a cake? Where's the justice in this cruel world." Serend complained and tried to snatch the plate.

Ines brushing off Serene's hands, "Stop. Look, you made her upset. You are the cruel girl here."

Livia moved her head towards Aza who sat quietly and was busy staring at the fan as if it was the most beautiful thing.

"Sometimes, I hate that her tactics always work on us." Others stood up and walked to her.

"Diana, who is so generous to order this yummy cake for us?"

"Is it our cute little bunny Aza?"

"Of course, it can only be our friend."

"As she is the kindest, generous, loving and caring girl on this planet earth."

"Hehee… I know, I am the best. You can't find another one like me." She looked up and cheekily smiled at them.

Livia clapped her hands impatiently, "Let's not waste time anymore. Since our Majesty, Aza is happy now. Can we eat the cake?"

"Yess. We can eat the cake. You must have realised that I didn't make it. As it's not only divinely smelling but mouth watering when you eat it." Aza happily went down on her knees to sit on the fluffy carpeted floor.

She sliced the cake in equal proportions for all.

Diana took the first bite, "Mmm… It's really yummy. However, why are we having chocolate cake now? Don't we eat them as part of our celebrations? I can't think of any reason we need to celebrate…"

Her words trailed off.
