The Ability to End Life in MHA

The story of another R.O.B. reincarnating some lucky shmuck. But turns out this guy doesn't want to be reincarnated and wants to go back... Well whatever. R.O.B. will just have to wipe his memories and roll the wheel on where he goes and what his power is. First roll! My Hero Academia universe! Second roll! The Ability to End Life?! (For those who dont know, "The Ability to End Life" is the power owned by the villain Wesley Gibson a.k.a. "The Killer (II)", who inherited the ability and name from his father, "from the comic book "Wanted", with the movie power included for fun. It's not explained well honestly but it basically means that the user of the power is automatically a master of all forms of combat. This is shown when Wesley Gibson executes) a entire police station with his eyes closed and spinning and proceeds to land a killing shot with every bullet. He also redirects a bullet 180° with a knife to the shooter's throat and shot the wings of 6 flies when he first ever shot a gun. His father, who was very near or over sixty, once expressed a bout of depression and shock when he missed a shot at 3000 meters.) P.S.
