18 Chapter 18- Ruins

'Here CP-4560 towards point H21, delivery can take place in a few minutes. Get ready'

The soldiers looked at their armor, checking to see if all was well before taking up their weapons and doing the same. On each side, soldiers were doing their checks.

An aisle filled with separate crates on both sides, obstructing the view of each.

Looking down, he saw only clouds, unable to see what was underneath. After a few ten seconds of descent, a first push with the jetpack was necessary to slow down Ash's fall.

After 3 regular push, he managed to pass the clouds, able to observe the ruins of an ancient city. As he descended more and more, he could see a landing area large enough to accommodate 100 people. He then made a point about the holographic map that appears in their helmets to tell them where to land and went with a little trouble towards the point.

The soldiers set up formations around Ash and began their advance in the direction of the first box. While walking on these guards, Ash examined buildings and objects on the ground. He quickly noticed that something was wrong. No sign of a battle, nothing's messy. Despite the watchfulness of the buildings, no trace of leakage or disaster were on the buildings. Why did the locals leave then?

By the time he thought about this issue, the group had already arrived at the first checkout.
