Pooja was dead! Her body was in her cell, retching with her blood in the corner of the room. No one was able to understand what happened. The girl was sitting in the corner and doing nothing for the last two hours apart from crying. She turned her head towards the wall for an amount of time and what everyone heard next was her hitting her hands on the wall. When the inmates ran to see her, she was vomiting blood, a lot of blood! All the ladies in the cell were terrified of seeing this. They shouted and called for help, but until anyone could come, the floor was drenched in her blood. The sight made even the police officers shiver, they couldn't move, but the circumstances weren't something that they could have chosen to stay still. They needed to take her to the hospital as soon as possible to save her but she was dead before anyone could take her out of that cell.
The shouting was enough for Shiv to get notified. As Shiv heard the news of her vomiting blood, he came running. And seeing her body covered in blood gave him nothing but a glimpse of the nightmare he stepped into. As the girl stopped moving he was the one to check her pulse, and when he had her wrist in his hand he saw that she was holding on to something, it was a small empty packet of razor blades. Pooja swallowed blades from it, which caused some fatal injuries, cutting her throat and stomach resulting in suffocation and blood loss, she might have been saved if it was a single blade but looking from the pack she had in her hands, she swallowed nearly four or five of them! The situation had gone completely out of hand, the case Shiv thought was on the verge of its end just got more twisted. He had tears in his eyes as he held onto Pooja's hand. He knew that this was the result of his ignorance and stupidity and it was just making his heart heavier. Shiv knew very well who was the person behind the girl's death. The devil in disguise, the person who gave the already broken girl resources for her demise. The mastermind who played his moves without no one knowing. He knew it could be none other than Dhruv who could have done this.
After Pooja's body was taken out and the situation was dealt with, he went raging towards the interrogation room. He knew what he had to do. He beat him badly, but the shameless bastard kept laughing as he lied down on the floor. Shiv had a thousand questions in his mind and the only person who could answer them was Dhruv.
He picked him up from the floor and slammed him on his chair and slapped him with all his power. Dhruv nearly fell, but Shiv took him by his shirt and put him back to his chair. He took his seat and he was furious, he was ready for some more beating if Dhruv decided to not cooperate this time. As Dhruv was holding to his bleeding nose he said,
Dhruv (Moaning in pain): Ahh... This thing hurts man!.... You didn't answer my question by the way! Shall we play the game again?
Rathod: If you're going to start with a shit show of yours then, believe me, even I can't save you from my hands!
Dhruv: I have to say they are pretty merciless when they get to work!.... What do you want to know?
Rathod (Angrily): So tell me, were you behind her death?
Dhruv: No! It was she! It was a choice, and she chooses death over life.
Rathod: I know you influenced her! I know you gave her that pack of blades, I just know it was you!
Dhruv: I have no part in it. Sure, I was the one who gave her those blades but the truth is that it was she who killed herself with it!.. People say this thing about 'INFLUENCING DECISIONS' and believe me no such thing exists, those people just lay down options in front of you and weak people chose the easier ones. If someone wants to quit his job and others convince him not to do so, it isn't 'influencing' his decision! He chose to stay because he knew quitting was a harder decision. You can always sit and blame others for 'influencing' your decisions, but the truth will always remain the same, you were the one who made those decisions, you were weak and you made an easier choice over the one you knew was right! I didn't influence her; she killed herself because she wanted to die. She was in pain, broken, ashamed, humiliated and raped, and well also a murderer!
Rathod (Biting to his anger): BUT... WHY?!!
Dhruv: Don't bother asking, I won't say! If you want to know, then solve that fucking clue I gave you and we can talk!.. But yeah, I would like to say one thing. Your only eyewitness is dead, and looking at the case you have filed against her, her statement becomes unreliable. You are back to point zero, solving that clue is your only chance at finishing this case... And I dare you to lay a finger on me. You have seen five deaths already, you don't want more people dying, do you?
Rathod: Are you threatening me Dhruv?!
Dhruv: Nope! I am not threatening you. Threats are given to those who fear loss, and all you are filled with is pain and regret. I am just explaining some consequences for your actions.
