The Birth

Somewhere in a high class hospital in Beijing... There were two deliveries done simultaneously in the two operation theaters. One was a high class ward with every function available for comfort and luxury. Inside was a elegant beauty with pale look like whole blood is drained from her face, exhaustion can be seen clearly on her face. But still in this situation too she looked elegant while bringing a new life in this world.

Standing by her bedside was a nurse comforting her and coaxing her for not to rest until the crowning of baby is not achieved, she reminded her time to time to stay awake and not to loose consciousness or her baby would die...

From the reminder and the word baby the exhaustion look was swapped by a look of determination flashed in the beauty's eyes. Her body which was on the verge of collapsing from exhaustion was given strength from her sheer will power and made a hard push, collapsed in the bed from exhaustion still her eyes on the doctor who managed to pull out the baby in the last minute.

Doctor quickly clipped the umbilical cord and marked the cut. Washed the baby with hot towels and wrapped up protecting it from the cold atmosphere and patted her back as the baby was still not crying. Doctor was flustered and again patted the child's back and rubbed it hard after half a minute there was a slight wail of a baby, followed by a sharp cry of a baby.

The moment the cry of the baby's entered ears of woman lying in the bed resting from exhaustion and going on for whole five hours of operation, forcing herself to stay awake by sheer will power relaxed her stiffened body when she could not hear the baby's cry and the sharp pain in her heart reduced and the next moment she blacked out from exhaustion.

The doctor immediately took the baby girl to incubation chamber as the baby's constituents were a little weak and needed a little time to adapt to the atmosphere and surroundings.

Simultaneously there was another delivery going on in a slightly radiant operating theater lied a lady in her 20's as she relaxed on the bed from exhaustion when she heard her baby's cry and doctor congratulated her for having a son. She finally gave in to her exhaustion going in a deep slumber.

The doctor carried the baby boy to a man waiting eagerly for the news in the lobby and congratulated him for having a son. The was still in ecstasy from the joy of having a son when suddenly his eyes shade turn darker and he took the baby from the doctor's hand.

Grabbed the doctor's arm and took him inside a lobby and handed him a 100 million dollar's cash bag to be distributed to the nurses for keeping their mouth shut about the incident and a 200 million wired receipt which had been transferred in his account.

The doctor was flustered when he first saw the amount and was reluctant to do the work given to him by the man but after his comforting words he made up his mind and called a nurse whom he trusted blindly and handed her the baby boy, relaying the instruction the man said and left the lobby with the him.

The nurse was stunned for a moment by the instructions but quickly got composed steeled her heart and carried the baby boy to incubation chamber and switching the child with the delicate baby girl and taking the baby girl out of the incubation chamber and rushed her steps in the lobby as the baby felt a change in temperature it started feeling uneasy, it started crying with a sharp pitch uncontrollably and shaking and twisting its limbs in her embrace.

It was as if the baby sensed the danger and started reacting more vigorous in its actions which made the nurse hush in her footsteps but suddenly someone grabbed her shoulder from behind. She was electrified as she stood there for a whole minute before turning her head behind her to see who stopped her as anxiety, fear, anticipation as her face showed a roller coaster of emotions on her face.

Finally she saw as similar figure from the corner of her eye it was her best friend Fe Qao, fear still in her heart as she turned her composed face towards Fe Qao with the baby in her hand still wailing at high pitch. Forcing the smile on her face she asked "Qao what happened?? Did you need me for something? "

Hearing her question Fe Qao furrowed her brows and instead she pointed her chin towards the little angel which had turned red from sobbing and wailing for too long asked " Where are you taking the baby? It's still under incubation chamber adapting to the surrounding!! Why were you in such a hurry towards the exit?? Lin Ri tell me that you are not doing something wrong are you??"

Questioned by her best friend and caught red handed by her, Lin Ri felt her limbs went numb and she collapsed on the floor sobbing and stuttering " It's not my plan it was doctor Zhong who instructed me for the task and if not performed or leaked any info he will demote me, you know my positon very well Qao, I need to take care of my child and my mother's illness so I needed money and can't afford to lose my job nor I do have any certified courese through which I can get a job any other place. "He instructed me to replace the baby boy in ward no.9 with the baby girl in incubation chamber at top floor and take away and kill the baby girl with either way I preffered" completed her sentence in one and sneek a glimpse at her friend Qao.

The face still showed a hint of anger and resentment so she continued "But the baby's so cute that I didn't had the heart to toss it somwhere so I planned to give away the baby to someone who can take care of her."
