14 I can read your eyes

"What is this I am hearing mama?" Zenia walks in shouting at her mom .

"Oh what happened dear ? Is everything ok ? "

"The hell it's okay !!! How can you hide this from me ? Zen's getting married and I come to know about it now ? What's wrong with that guy that is why ...this is  why ... I always told you to not keep Zen away from me see what has happened now ?" A frustrated Zenia slams the corner table as her mom Eleena looks on . Eleena was Zen's Paternal aunt . She and her husband were in charge of the Abhara province in the Kingdom of Isla . Isla was a huge place and was one of the strongest nations ok the world . Several small provinces were handled by the members of royal family but Ofcourse Zen was the supreme leader of all .

"Gosh Zenia will you please stop for a second . It's true Zen is going to get married and he even had a grand reception held to introduce the girl but since we were out on a trip we couldn't attend it . I'm also shocked as well but what can we do now ? "

"Don't say that mama ate you saying I should forget Zen ?"

"Ofcourse not dear . We will stop him he is just making use of the free time we are giving him I guess it's time for us to make a move . Why don't you go to the palace I'm sure things will get back to normal . Most of them dislike her you have got a plus point there show her what you are and that you are only one who deserves him "

"You are right mama . I won't let anyone take my place . I'll make sure to finish her off so that she flees back to her homeland . That's it I won't let Zen to keep this distance anymore !" The blonde girl yells as her dark brown eyes rise in determination . Zenia wasn't taller than Alisha being the same age as hers .

Alisha is busy writing notes as Neil reads his book .

"Hey Neil ..where is Ashia?  I haven't seen him lately ?"

"You should be concentrating on what you are writing My lady !" Neil says straightening his glasses.

"Umm. ..sorry that just popped in my head "

"His Majesty has assigned him to escort the feudal Lords in their journey he will be back in 2 days ."

"Wait what ? The feudal Lords who came for the meeting today ? Anyways whose bodyguard he is by the way he should have asked me first you know ?"

"Ashia seemed okay with it besides he isn't the only one assigned for grading you ?"

"What ? What do you mean ?"

"Apart from Ashia his Majesty assigned about 70 guards  the sole reason for your protection "

"Seriously ! But why 70 that's crazy ..."

"People can target you as you are going to be the future queen and also for your abilities so it was necessary "

"I see that explains why I constantly feel being watched .. " Alisha looks aside saying that . She just didn't wanted to trouble others for her sake . Neil notices her concern . After sometime he goes to see Zen . He extended Alisha's study hours as she tends to keep missing it purposely. 

"May I come in Your Majesty !"

"Neil !Sure what's with the formality ?"

"Well I am supposed to be this way .. its respect not formality . I see you are still busy ?" He smiles and walks in .

"Yeah I just have some documents to refer then I'll have dinner "

"Sure thing  ! Anyways I have something to ask you . Lady Alisha wants to meet Zorro she insisted me so I couldn't resist moreover she got to know that I was Neliyel thanks to me without glasses " He sighs .

"I see. So I believe that promise talk earlier was regarding this " Neil nods as Zen continues . " She doesn't know that I'm Zorro right or else she would have made a great fuss about it "

"Yeah that's right Your Majesty! "

"And now she wants to meet Zorro to repay her so called debt huh. . She is such a pain "

"You read her ! So... will you ?"

"I decline ! Who said I would such a thing ? Make her some excuse I'm too busy for such things !"

"But .... I promised her .."

"I never told you too you should this well Neil !"

"So is that a no ?"

"Ofcourse it is ! Anything else ?"

"I'm afraid not. It's alright I'll make up something . It's my fault after all. Please  Excuse me Your Highness! " Neil leaves but Zen feels bad rejecting like that . He couldn't help it as he was packed with meeting addressings and visiting other nations were under his to do list moreover he had to free himself to spend time with his best friend Erwin who was arriving to his place after 5 years . Next day morning Zen received a  message that the meeting was postponed to a different date as due to an unexpected circumstance.  Neil enters bringing the reports from the black ops an organisation which maintains peace and harmony on the kingdom and also takes care of internal affairs .

"These are the weekly reports your Majesty! . "

"Oh Thanks Neil . By the way what's Alisha doing ? "

"I didn't check her she should be awake by now . Do you want to see her? "

"No its alright .... actually tell her she can meet Zorro today but I'm not sure where ...why don't you arrange a place of possible "

"What ? Really Sure your Highness how about the Park Avenue. Not many people go there so..."

"Yes no problem . I'll be there by 12 inform her as well ."

"No problem I'll inform her right away but what about the meeting Sir ?"

"It got cancelled . Don't worry about that . "

"Oh okay then. I'll accompany Her Highness to the location " Neil leaves as Zen prepares change his attire . Alisha was elated to know that he fixed her meeting with Zorro . Zen arrives at the place before Alisha and Neil. He stood a little far away .

"Hi ... Good afternoon . Nice seeing you again . "She takes her seat . It was a big park with losts of greenery and at a corner there was a small open cafe .

"Good afternoon . " He replies .

" I'm sorry for calling you , you must have been busy . I feel so bad that I keep troubling you ..." She says playing with her fingers .

"It's alright . I was nearby Isla so it wasn't that big of a deal for me . "

"Oh yes so where have you been this time I bet it sure is amazing travelling to new places "

"Yeah it is..... " They are interrupted by the waitress waiting to take their order . "2 cafe latte with medium sugar "

"Right away Sir !" She repels with a smile .

"Hey how do you know I like latte ?"

"Uh... it was just a guess . "

"I see. You know what Neil is really great in making all types of Coffees it seems he learnt it for his master that is the king . I tried to make one for him too but he didn't like it since he Mr. Perfect so he expects everything to be perfect well ill just keep trying then . "

"Oh yes I remeber it now you did come here to marry the king right so does that mean there is still time for your marriage ?"

"Yeah it is ... There are a lot of things to be done he is always so very busy I hardly get time to talk to him "

"So .. how is your husband?  I mean what qualities do you like in him ?"

"There are a lot of dislikes than likes you know . He is very cold , unapproachable , he thinks he is the only intelligent person also he doesn't know how to thank people , he is a total workaholic , he never appreciates me and never relies of anyone  Right now i dony care if Neil is standing behind me or he gies and reports it to him it's just that I'm very pissed ....but apart from all that there is one thing I like the most ?"

"Really ? What is it ...? "

"His eyes ! I like his eyes and the way he talks also the way he organises everything honestly I'm not capable of doing so many things at once . I like his eyes doesn't mean he can hypnotise me though . " Zorro raises his eyebrow as Alisha takes a sip of her coffee .

"I see I bet there are other things you like about him but you aren't letting it out . I think you are misunderstanding him . His position is rough I tell you he may not spend time but he definitely cares about you "

"Wait whose side are you on ? You seem a lot interested in him by the way ! You don't know him well so  not hearing your advice. " Her eyes land on the ring Zorro was wearing and suddenly she gasps recognising that ring . A dark purple Stine fitted on the silver ring that was something Zen never took off .

"What's the matter is something wrong ? "

"Nah I'm fine . " She says rubbing the back of her head .

"Well I just wanted to tell you this . Neliyel did tell me that you wanted to pay me back for that day but I really don't want it . You are going to be the queen after all its a token from me think of it that way . We shouldn't probably be meeting anymore as well I just came coz Neliyel insisted me " He says looking at Neil and he nods .

"Neil insisted or you couldn't resist ...?" Alisha crosses her arms around her chest and looks mischievously .

"What do you mean? "

"That's right we won't be meeting like this don't worry about that and I won't be paying you as well Your Majesty!  "

"Huh.... wh...what ?" Zen panics as he glares at Neil who is also in a great state of confusion .

"Hahaha. .. look at you ! Oh my god what costume for a disguise. .... No don't mistake me ...hehe.... it suits you , you look good and that's the first time you spoke so nicely to me I'm elated !!!"

"Alisha ! What's the meaning of this ?"

"Oh come on ! I can read your eyes and also that favourite ring of yours you could never decieve me like that especially now that I know you well . " She bursts  into a laughter .

"Huh.... Jeez will you stop laughing already ?"

"I'm sorry but  I'm so happy that you did this for me besides your busy schedule but I would be more happy of you didn't disguise yourself like that anyways so does this mean you see free now may be we can hang out a little longer today and tell me about your friend Armin!"

"It's Erwin !" Zen lets out an exasperated sigh as we failed ti hide himself .

"Yeah yeah ... "

"Jeez so where do you want to go ?"

"You will take me wow that's great !! Anywhere where i can feel nature "

"How boring !"

"It's not ..." Neil smiles looking at them . Zen takes her to and few places until evening and returns back to palace . Zen quickly changes so as to avoid people seeing him . When he returns to his office Neil informs him that te guards and the maids didn't allow anyone to know that Zen was absent from work saying that he was too busy and strictly asked them to refrain anyone from entering . They later apologise for doing it without his permission .

"They respect you a lot . I can't believe they went this far for you I'm sure they are aware of the internal conspiracy against you Your Highness !"

"That's right I have to do something about it . Besides I want you to increase the pay for the guards and the maids "

"Are you sure Sir ?"

"Yes it's Alisha's idea though ..." He says facing towards the window .

"As you wish Your Majesty! "
