15 Chapter 12: Espionage

AN: this Chapter will have the Ark escape and Clarke and the others in Mount Weather

--Inner thoughts—

 Day 16 the Ark

Today there was A ceremony to commemorate leaving the Ark.

As the Ceremony Happened a coupe caused By Councillor Sydney began.

A bomb exploded killing many Jaha supporters. This allowed the Rebels to flee to the Drop ships.

But on their hurry to leave the Ark, they damaged many of the ark's systems, though they would not care.

The dropship fell to the earth with 1200 people. And due to unknown reasons, the parachutes did not eject, causing the ship to hit the ground at full speed killing everyone on board. But no one knew this, because Runeskru was fighting a war, and the Arks radio was damaged.

Over the Next day the survivors of which included Jaha, Abbey, Kane, Sinclair and others, made a plan of Dropping Parts of the Ark out of Space.

Thankfully, a god must have been helping since there were no problems, meaning no stayed behind on the ark.

After a bumpy ride, and many Stations Separating, the Station that landed in Trikru territory was Alpha station. This Held the names stated above, and 400 others.

Unknown to them Factory station with 300 landed in Azgeda along with Farm Station of 400 people. The Other stations that separated did not survive.

Once the people at Alpha Station stepped onto the ground, they were mind blown, at the beauty of the Forest.

After calming down at the Sights, Jaha Had Sinclair get people to start building a fence, and lodgings. He then Tasked Kane to go to the Coordinates of the 100 Drop shuttle, to aid the children. Abbey ended up forcing her way with them to look for Clarke.

Scene Change

POV Clarke

Opening my eyes, all I can see is a white room with a small Crucifix on the wall, with a steel door that has a tiny little glass window. 

Sitting up all I can remember, is running into the shuttle, Leaving Angus and the others outside.

Knowing Angus, He would find a way to live.

I then start to think, Soon the Ark should be coming down. I wonder, will I do the same as Wells and Stay with Angus, or Will I go live with my traitorous lying mother.

I set those thoughts aside, and I approach the Door. I see, a person in a hazmat suit enter the room across from mine.

I then decided to just sit and wait. Something working with Angus and the others has taught me, is if you panic and rush, it will only make the situation worse.

I start regretting a bit, that I did not learn any magic, Since I was planning to dedicate my time to learn Healing magic once I could find a teacher.

30 minutes Have Passed, during that time I saw Monty being led out of the other room, unharmed, He nodded to me on his way by.

Shortly after another Hazmat Person comes to my Room and Enters.

A feminine voice then tells me to sit on the bed.

The lady then Scans me and take a vial of blood from me, I am assuming to Check for a virus or other contaminate the lady then leaves.

10 minutes later a Man in a dressy black suit shows up.

His Name was Tucker, and said I was inside Mount weather. At that moment I start to freak out in my mind – Holy shit, Angus said these people, made cannibals, and the fog. I need to be careful and get the others out as soon as possible.

Tucker than led me to an elevator and a few halls. After a while I am reunited with the others from Runeskru.

Approaching Monty and the others we huddle up

POV 3rd 

Whispering

Clark: did you guys find out where we are, also how many of us are here?

Many gave the confirmation of knowing that they were at Mount Weather.

Miller: there are 55 of us here. I think we should pretend that we do not know of the Reapers, until we know more to act on, we should act the fool.

Monty: I agree, Angus will find us, if not we will make our own escape.

Raven Sadly said: What do you mean? I killed Angus, he told me to hsut the door, and I burnt him alive.

Monty: if he died, it was definitely not from Fire. He controls Fire and Earth, along with runes. There 1000s of other ways for him to die. Fire is not one.

Monty: One thing I need everyone know is do not tell Jasper about any of our suspicions. He is stupid, and has quickly gotten a crush on our guide "Maya" He will rat us out with his big mouth. (at this time Jasper is out of the room)

There was a round of grunts to what Monty said, since they all know how Jasper is.

The door then opens revealing a nicely dressed girl introduced as Maya, and beside her was Jasper.

Maya: Welcome Clarke, I see you are awake, I am happy to see you well. I am just about to lead everyone to Lunch.

Clarke: Lunch, how long is it since we were brought here?

Maya: 3 days, you were the last to wake.

The group of 55 Runeskru and Maya, then went to Lunch. Here one could see a smorgasbord of meats, breads, and many others.

(AN: there are decontaminated cows in the bunker, deal with it you little turds)

After Lunch Runeskru was taken on a tour of the bunker. On the tour they saw the farm, a theater, school, a library, and a large gym, that was mainly used by the soldiers.

Once the tour was done, Maya left with Jasper following.

The Other 54 went back to the room. There they started making a little plan.

Clarke: Since we are being fed and kept safe, we should take advantage of this Chance. I want you Bran and 3 others of your choice to go to the library, and start learning if you can things to build that will help us. I will also go there to Learn medicine, while I can. Miller, I want you to take the rest to the gym, get them to do many exercises and drills, Practice Different formations. Miller I also want you to on your free time read the library for old Roman tactics. Since this is an American bunker, it will probably have a book or two about ancient Rome.

Clarke: I think it is a given that nobody, should practice or let Mount weather know that we can use magic. This will be our trump card encase, we need to flee.

For the Next week the same routine was kept. Runeskru would wake up, have Breakfast, go to either the library or gym, have supper repeat the morning routine supper, then Have a brief report and the end of the day.

This repeated for the whole group, All except for Jasper followed this routine. He was busy flirting with Maya.

The First day of the second week Miller overheard some soldiers in the gym, talking about spotting other arkers, on the ground, at supper he informed Clarke.

After supper Clarke then went to the President of the Bunker. Dante Wallace Sr.

Clarke: Hello Mr. Wallace, I have come to ask about the Other Arkers who were supposed to come down. Are they on earth yet?

President Dante showed her pictures of some crash sites.

P- Dante: I am sorry, Clarke, but the Dropship crash landed, there were no Survivors.

Clarke wanted to cry, but knew to take that information with a grain of salt.

She then went Back to the Runeskru Barracks.

Clarke then informed Raven, Miller and Monty about Prez Dante lying about the Arkers being on the ground.

Clarke: I plan to Escape, and prove if this is true or not. I will also inform Angus about our status if I can Find him.

Everyone then went to sleep.

The Next Day, as Clarke was passing a soldier, she bumped into him and stole his key card.

Sneaking, through the bunker she made her way to the Medical Facillity, which had a door to the outside. On her way there, she heard the banging of metal in an adjacent room. Deciding to take a peek, she was shocked. This was an old missile silo, filled with cages and cages of Grounders. Along with the cages, she saw two bodies hanging upside down with IV tubes leading from them to the medical room. Taking a look into that room, she saw a soldier receive a blood transfusion. In shock she accidentally hit the wall causing a sound, which made a guard come and investigate.

Shortly after Clarke was presented to Prez Dante, who refused to let her leave the mountain, or send her back to the Barracks. He simply told her that "curiosity killed the cat" then He sent her to be locked up with the other blood bags (grounders).

After 10 minutes of screaming and banging the Bars of her cage, Clarke calmed down and started to observe her neighbours.

And what do you know

Anya that Bitch who declared war on Runeskru was right beside her.

Anya: Skaikru? They Caught you too?

Clarke: they caught us but the people you fought are not Skaikru.

Anya: You're not Skaikru, then what are you?

Clarke: Runeskru. My people are held on a tight leash with no idea what the Mountain men want. I went snooping and found you guys in these cages. Now here I am. I plan to escape from here to go warn my people outside.

Anya: there is no point. No one is ever seen again after the mountain men capture them.

2 days pass

2 guards electrocute, Anya and Clarke to use for Blood bags.

As they are being tied up, Clarke lashes out, Knocking A guard over. She then rushes to a nearby table that has a scalpel, and slashes the other guard's Carotid artery, before finishing off the other.

Clarke quickly Frees Anya, who thanks her.

As they flead they jumped into the chute that the mountain men use to dispose of Bodies.

Once At the Other end, the two start sprinting down the tunnels, till they Get to an opening which is on a cliff above a small lake. Upon hearing Soldiers running behind them Anya and Clarke dove off the ledge, and plunged into the water.

As they were running for half an hour, Clarke Finally stopped Anya and checked her for trackers. Finding one in her arm, Anya then tore it out with her teeth. Clarke quickly tore a part of her shirt and tied it to the wound.

At the request of Clarke, Anya led them to the Shuttle of Runeskru.

Seeing the ash and charred remains of her warriors made Anya's stomach churn in disgust and Anger.

Anya: look at what you did to my people, you butchered thousands of my warriors.

Clarke: Excuse me? Who started this Fight, it was definitely not us, we extended peace to you and you turned your head. What should we have done.

Anya: You should have DIED!

Clarke simply kept quiet, and walked towards some writing she spotted on the shuttle wall.

Most of the Writing was washed off from rain, but she made out "25 km south east."

Looking at the Sun it was about mid day So Clarke told Anya that they will part ways here.

Anya: I will report these Happenings to Heda kom Trikru. Do not be surprised if another army comes to kill you.

Clarke: I want you to repeat that when you see Angus Standing on our walls.

Anya simply grimaced and walked off.

Seeing her go Clarke started on a jog to the south hoping that the note was from Angus and others from Runeskru.

Bellamy's Group (Bellamy, Finn, Amir and Wang)

1 week ago.

Shortly after the Heat died down the Group left their hole.

When suddenly they were accosted by a surviving Warrior and Mage rom Trikru.

The Mage, bound them to a long rope using Magic, and motioned them to walk.

Trikru Mage: Walk you murderers, I am taking you to Heda for questioning (AN: I have always thought the Grounders were hypocritical in the Jus Drein Jus droun mindset.)

For a day, they followed the grounder with no food or water.

When Wang Stumbled and fell the Warrior yelled at him to stand up. When Wang continued to lie down the warrior stabbed him in the chest with his sword.

Immediately 2 Cracks were heard in the forest, to Runeskru they knew those sounds as gun shots.

Immediately After the 2 grounders fell down dead. From the bush line came Kane, Abbey and several other Guards.

Kane: Hello kids, we are here, no need for you to fight anymore.

Bellamy: Are you not going to shoot me since I shot you on the Ark?

Kane grimaced: No, you Served your sentence by coming to the ground. All Prisoners sent to the Ground were cleared of all crimes for services rendered.

Bellamy hesitantly nodded.

Abbey: Where are the others? Where is Clarke?

Finn: Last we saw a day ago, they were in the shuttle at camp.

Finn then Started to lead the way back to the Shuttle camp.

As the Runeskru, and Arkers approached all they could smell was charred corpses.

Abbey gasped in horror: You kids did this?

Amir: Would you Have preferred we died?

The guards, quickly went into the shuttle which had its door opened and saw no one inside.

Guard 1: All clear no signs of life.

Kane: Do you have any Clues on where they could have gone?

Bellamy: if it was not Grounders, it was probably the mountain men who live in the Bunker of Mount Weather.

Kane: Alright, lets Write a message, of our location for anyone that comes back. We will then go back to Alpha with these kids.

Hearing this Runeskru scowled.

Amir to Bellamy: Angus was right, it is like we did not just kill over 3000 grounders.

Bellamy just grunted and started to walk in silence worried on where Angus and the others are.

When the Group were back at camp Alpha, Runeskru was brought to a sealed room for questioning.

When Runeskru was alone in the room

Bellamy: Just so everyone is aware, keep silent about Runeskru till we see Angus again. You can show off the elemental magic, but when we are here do not show off runic magic.

He got nods of agreement from Amir and Finn.

Shortly after Jaha, Kane and Abbey come in and take a seat at the table in the room.

Jaha: Alright Children, can any of you tell me what happened down here after we last spoke on the radio

Bellamy, then went of a brief explanation of the events, leaving out anything to do with runic magic or Runeskru.

He also, went on to talk about the different Beings they have met.

Dwarves- Salt of the earth people, who Drink just as much as they work. A friendly people if they are treated with respect. They prefer to live in mountains.

Goblins- A short bipedal green creature, that lives anywhere underground. They are very aggressive, and will rape any Woman they capture, elf, dwarf, human or any others that are out there.

Orcs: The Larger and more savage counter part of a goblin. They also live underground or in mountains.

Wargs- Giant wolves who are the mounts of orcs.

Faeries: live in forests, and are very friendly

Among these beings, we have also encounter Huge Owls the size of bears, and Snakes, among others.

Jaha was Shocked, originally, he thought his son and the others were pulling a big prank.

Kane: I understand that you went through a traumatic event and you can be Imagining things. Do you Have proof.

Bellamy Scoffed: You sent us here to scout the earth for you! Now you don't believe us? If you want proof here it is!

Bellamy then sent a blast of fire at the wall, partially melting it.

Abbey looked on in shock.

Abbey: You learnt Magic? How!

Finn: Angus's family New Elemental magic before the nuclear blast. They were afraid of being abused so did not tell anyone.

Bellamy: Angus only told us since he had to teach us so we could survive.

Kane: Can anyone use Magic?

Bellamy: From what Angus has told us, it all depends on the Persons back round. It Looked like everyone from the 100 could use elemental magic, but were only able to use one kind. For example, I can use any kind of fire magic, but no earth.

Bellamy: From what we could tell Trikru did not use elemental magic, but Spells of effect such as Rotting, Exploding and Cutting spells. Not All clans use the same magic.

Jaha: Clans? Are those the grounders?

Bellamy: Yes, the Dwarves told us there are 12 different human clans.

The ones we encountered are the Woods clan Trikru.

Kane: is there a chance we can ally with another clan?

Bellamy: No, all 12 clans are in a coalition. So, the other clans will not fight each other. Unless we went to Azgeda who are expansionists. But they are also vicious bastards.

Jaha: Alright, do you think My son and Clarke are still alive?

Bellamy: Wells was last seen with Angus. If one wants to live there is no safer spot. Now Clarke on the other hand was with the others in the shuttle. She is very smart; all she needs to remember is to not be emotional and she will be alright.

Abbey and Jaha just sighed with a little relief.

Jaha: you will be put to work, since no one here can slack off. Report to Sinclair and he will give you a job.

Finn: what about the others, we should be out there searching for them.

Abbey: do not worry kids, the adults are here now to take care of your protection.

Runeskru simply frowned

Kane: I will take a few guards to start searching, but what you guys can do for me is start teaching the guards some magic.

Bellamy: we will try but there is no guarantee that they will succeed.

Bellamy and the other two then left the room to get food then to work, cause idle hands and minds are never good in these situations.

After a week of work Finn Finally got sick of there being no success in finding his girlfriend (Sara) or the others.

So, he snuck out to go searching, While Amir and Bellamy stayed behind to cover for him.

With Finn

Within a day Finn was able to Track down a Trikru village, but upon approaching, he saw what looked to be clothing from Runeskru. This made him Fly off the hinge and rush into the Village.

Seeing him the Civilians that were there got scared and tried to run, But Finn used Earth magic to Trap them all in a wall.

Finn started to yell at them, asking were Runeskru was. (of course, they had no clue, but Finn did not Care.)

Soon enough he saw a pendant on an old woman's neck, this was Sara's pendant that he made.

Roughly Finn Grabbed her by the arm, and shouted at her to tell him where she found it.

One of the men suddenly rushed at Finn. His eyes going red Finn shot 3 rock bullets at the man, killing him.

Seeing these the remaining 12 men rushed at Finn, and while he was shooting rocks and killing them, the Women and children flead in fear. 

When all was silent. Finn's Sight finally cleared enough for him to see what he did.

Realising what he did, in horror he ran off to a bunker, that he found a while ago not too far from the shuttle. After calming down, he made his way back to Alpha station.

And When Bellamy asked him what he saw out there, Finn answered he found nothing and did not tell him the truth.

The Very next day.

Bellamy woke up to Shouting at the Gate, approaching to see what the commotion was, he Saw an extremely muddy Clarke being let in.

Immediately Abbey rushed over and hugged her daughter.

Kane wanted to take her in for questioning, But Abbey refused and took her daughter to get cleaned up.

Seeing this, Bellamy asked to join the questioning, which Kane was kind enough to allow.

When Clarke was in the interrogation room waiting for her mother to get Kane and Jaha, a person slipped inside. This was Bellamy.

Bellamy: it is great to see you Clarke, but before the others get here. I want you to not mention anything about Runeskru, or runic magic. We have already told them about the elemental magic.

Clarke simply nodded without arguing since after her ordeal she knew how important an ace up the sleeve was.

Abbey and the other two walk in.

Jaha: Hello Clarke, can you tell us where you were and if you saw the others?

Clarke: We were captured by the Mountain men of Mount Weather. With me were 54 others.

Jaha: was my son there?

Clarke: no, Last time I saw him was in the battle with the grounders, he was right beside Angus before the shuttle closed. If he is with Angus, then he is alive.

Bellamy: since you were muddy, I take it you ran away from the mountain men. Can you tell me why?

Clarke: they were keeping us on a tight leash there, during our stay Miller overheard the soldiers talking about other Ark survivors. When I asked the Leader about that he lied and said the Ark Crashed and everyone was dead.

Clarke: Then on my escape I found that they were using Grounders as blood bags and who knows what else. Then I was caught and put in the cages to be used as another blood bag. With the help of that Grounder woman Anya, I was able to escape.

Clarke then spoke to Jaha: we need to get the others out before something happens to them.

Jaha: thank you for your information, Clarke. The others and I will make a plan of action, why don't you go say hi to your other friends here.

Clarke and Bellamy then went off to Amir and Finn.

Seeing Clarke, Finn asked her if Sara was alive. Upon hearing her confirmation, he fell on the ground in despair and happiness.

Bellamy asked what was wrong

Finn decided to confess to his sins, and told all three of them, how he killed 13 grounders at a Village thinking that they knew where the rest of Runeskru was.

Clarke gasped and slapped him in the face.

Bellamy quickly stopped her from trying again.

Clarke: do you have ay idea what you have done? You have no given Trikru even more cause to see us dead. I hope for both of our sakes, Angus can find us a defendable home near those Dwarves he has made friends with.

Finn simply looked down in shame.

Clarke: Bellamy, do you have any idea where, Angus and his group could be?

Bellamy pulled out a map (this was the map that Garzol gave them)

Bellamy: He will probably go towards this mountain to the northwest that the Dwarves live in. If I know him, he has already figured out that the others are being kept in mount Weather. He probably, was unsure as to the Power he needed to save us.

Clarke: so are you thinking he is going to get an army?

Bellamy: Probably not an army, but I am sure he will bring back strong people.

For the Next week at Alpha station, all that happened was work, and no surprises be it grounders or other things.

But on the third week after the Runeskru - Trikru battle, 

A Group of 10,000 Grounders Trikru and other clans arrived with the Commander (Heda)

This Caused fear in Skaikru.

And Right Behind the Grounder army was

Angus with a small army just shy of 200. This army was made of Dwarves, Hobbits, and Jotun's.

Clarke seeing this was overjoyed, and Bellamy gave thanks to any gods that would hear him.
