Deciding Theme.
After Aizawa gave his announcement everyone continued to class as usual.

Yaoyorozu and Iida gathered the students in the common area.
"Aizawa Sensei said our deadline to tell him the theme for the dance is tomorrow, we need to decide tonight what it will be." Iida announced
"We already know that Iida." Uraraka giggled
Aizawa had told them all the same thing before school started.
~It's basically prom, but as far as I know they don't have prom in Japan. So just think of it as a kinda formal dance. I shall provide pics of what their theme ideas look like lol.~
"Sorry to reiterate." Iida bowed
"Anyways looks like everyone's here."
"So are we just going to blurt out ideas? How are we doing this?" Ashido asked
"Great question! We'll call your name one at a time and you can give your idea. Iida will write each one down. Then we can narrow it from there. I'll go first." Yaoyorozu said
"I think the theme should be "Diamonds are Forever." Everything will be fancy and high class. We'll look like royalty." Yaoyorozu looked very excited

"I shall go next." Iida said
"I think "Yule Ball" would be good for the theme. It's appropriate, elegant, and a winter themed." Iida suggested
"Like on Harry Potter?" Midoriya asked

"Exactly." Iida pushed his glasses up

"Kaminari you're next." Yaoyorozu started calling out names
"How about "Vintage Hollywood." Everything is gold and black. There's stars and fake cameras everywhere making you feel like a celebrity."

"Kirishima." Yaoyorozu looked at him
"Well mine is kinda of the same as Denki's, but "Night on the Red Carpet." We can have a big red carpet at the entrance so you get to walk down it when you show up."
"Tokoyami
"Tokoyami." Yaoyorozu called his name
"Gothic Castle. It'll be dark and mysterious."
"Okay, Sero

"I think we should go to a Galaxy Far Far Away and have a Starwars themed dance."
"Midoriya
"Midoriya."
"I- it's kinda dumb, but Comic book? Everything will be sold colors with black outlines, you know like a comic book. Uh never mind it's a bad idea."
"It's not a bad idea Midoriya

"Okay." Midoriya smiled
"What about you Bakugou, what's your idea?" Yaoyorozu asked
"Catching Fire." We can have flames everywhere or shit can be red, orange, and yellow."
"Isn't that the name of a Hunger Games book?" Kaminari asked
"Isn't that the name of a Hunger Games book?" Kaminari asked
"Yea." Bakugou glared at Kaminari telling him not to make fun
"Koda you're next." Yaoyorozu got everyone back on track
"Um Enchanted Forest? We can have fake trees and s- stuff." Koda said nervously
"Sounds pretty." Hagakure said
"Jirou."
"Rave. The room can be completely dark and we all have glow sticks to light up the room."
"Ojiro."
"Tropical paradise." It'll give us a summer feel."

"Masquerade ball." It's elegant and commonly used."
"Mina."
"Moulin Rouge." Everything can be shades of red. It's sexy and classy. The broadway show is awesome."
"Mineta?" Yaoyorozu reluctantly asked
"Mardi Gras." So stuff will be green, yellow, and purple. I'll personally give out beads to any girl that shows me her bo-"
Ashido wacked Mineta.
"Ow, ow, ow, sorry!" Mineta apologized
"Uraraka what's your idea?"
"A Starry Night" like Vincent Van Gogh's painting. I think it's pretty."
"Sato how about you?"
"50s Dinner." The floor can be black and white then the rest can be 50s looking or something."

"Todoroki?"
"A Song of Ice and Fire." Half of the room can be fire like Bakugou wants and the other can be Ice or winter like Iida's idea."
~*Games of thrones theme starts playing*~
"Tsu?"
"Under the Sea." I love the Little Mermaid so that's where I got the idea."

"Aoyama?"
"A Night in Paris." It's so magnifique in Paris."
"Last is... Hagakure what's yours."
"Happily Ever After." It's a little like Koda's, but more Disney looking." She giggled

After narrowing it down they decide it was best to use Iida's idea. It was the most elegant, classy, appropriate, and most people liked it better than their own idea.

"Tomorrow is Friday and the dance is next Friday. That means we have a eight days to get everything ready. We also need a day to buy proper clothes for the dance. So not counting the day of the dance and subtract our trip to find proper attire, will bump us down to only six." Iida said
"Yes, Aizawa Sensei allowed us to have a day off tomorrow. We'll have to get the material or I'll make what we can't get. Then we have to decide who will be doing what." Yaoyorozu said
"I think we can do that now, don't you?" Iida said
"Hm. You're right." Yaoyorozu thought
"Sato, will you help us decide on what foods we'll be eating so we can ask Lunch Rush to make it." Yaoyorozu pointed at him
"Uh sure." Sato agreed
"Okay Jirou and Kaminari, you two will pick the play list for President Mic to DJ." Yaoyorozu told them
"Yes ma'am!" The two saluted her
"Iida, Shoji, Bakugou, Kirishima, Tokoyami, Ojiro, and Mina. You guys and I will build props. If that's okay with you." Yaoyorozu asked
"I can't wait, let's do it!" Ashido was excited
"I don't mind." Shoji shrugged
"Sounds good to me." Kirishima grinned
"Are you willing to help Dark Shadow?" Tokoyami asked him
"Heck yea!" Dark Shadow fist bumps the air
"We'll help." Tokoyami said
"I'll do whatever you need me to do." Ojiro said
"Tch- Yea I'll help." Bakugou crossed his arms
"That leaves Midoryia, Aoyama, Tsu, Uraraka, Hagakure, Sero, Todoroki, and Koda to do decorations." Iida pointed out
Koda nodded in agreement that he would help.
"I'm not very creative, but I'll do my best." Uraraka smiled
"I love making decorations. I used to help my mom make them all the time for parties." Hagakure was super excited
"I'll help as much as I can." Todoroki said
"I'll make everything sparkle!" Aoyama said with a sparkle in his eye
"Sounds fun ribbit." Asui said
"I know you put me in this group because I'm a tape dispenser and I find that discriminatory." Sero said
"Wow I'm surprised you know such a big word." Kaminari teased
"I'm surprised you know what that means?" Sero fired back
"Ha! Jokes on you I don't, I just know it sounded like a big word."
"Shut it morons!"
"Uh, well... you see..." Yaoyorozu rubbed their back of her neck
"It's fine, I was just joking." Sero laughed
"Guys what about me?" Mineta asked
"Oh, could you get the plates, napkins, silver ware, table clothes, and chair covers?" Yaoyorozu asked
"What a lame job, I'll do it I guess." Mineta sulked
"Every job is important no matter how small or unimportant it seems." Iida commented
"Yea, you're right." Mineta said
"Now that everyone knows their job we all need to go to bed. We've had a long day today." Yaoyorozu said
"Yes mom." The students except for Bakugou, Todoroki, Shoji, Tokoyami, and Iida said
Everyone went to their rooms.

When Midoriya and Bakugou made it to their room Midoriya decided to listen to music while Bakugou went to take a shower.
Midoriya sat on his bed. He put his ear buds in and hit shuffle on Spotify because he doesn't have premium.

Rex Orange County played in Midoriya's ears and he pulled up a game on his phone.
A few minutes later Midoriya decided it was time to change into night clothes. He walked over to his closet, got a shirt, and new underwear. He changed quickly as the song ended and sat back on his bed.
The next song started. It was a Peachy! and mxmtoon song.
Midoriya started to sing with the song quietly.

Midoriya laughed to himself and continued to sing to the song
Bakugou opened the bathroom door and Midoriya quit singing.
He walked to the dresser to get underwear without a word or glance to Midoriya. He went back to the bathroom and walked back out a few seconds later with a smaller towel around his neck.
(Kacchan is only in his underwear, so don't look. It's not nice to look without permission. But you know you really want to. No I can't! Just one little peek can't hurt. Absolutely not!)
Another song started to play as Midoriya argued with himself.

Bakugou glanced at him while he was getting a shirt and pair of pants out of the dresser.
Midoriya didn't notice, he was too busy humming to the song with his eyes closed
"Deku..?"
" Deku..? "
" DEKU? ! "
"Ah! Wha- what?" Midoriya pulled his ear buds out and paused the music
"It's late we need to go to bed idiot." Bakugou told him walking toward the light switch
"R- right." Midoriya put his phone on the charger and laid down facing the wall
Bakugou turned out the light and walked back to his bed. He laid down on his back facing the ceiling.
Bakugou closed his eyes and was almost asleep.
"Hey... Kacchan?" He heard a quiet voice say
"What, Nerd?" Bakugou replied
(I'm tired!)
He heard movement.
"Are you g- going to the dance?" Midoriya asked as he laid on his side looking across the room at Bakugou side profile
"Yea, because I already know Shitty Hair will bug me about it if I don't." Bakugou turned over to look at Midoriya
(The mood light makes him look like he's glowing.) Bakugou rolled his eyes at the thought
"Are going to ask... someone to go to the dance with you?" Midoriya asked shyly
(I must be annoying him.)
"Why would I do that?" Bakugou was kinda shocked by the question
(Oh he said something back! What do I say? I don't wanna sound weird, um...)
"Isn't that what you u- usually do when a dance is coming up? I know Americans make a big deal about ask- asking someone to prom. This isn't prom, bu- but it's similar. You also mentioned something about liking someone so I thought you might ask them." Midoriya babbled
"I've never been to a dance before. I don't even want to go to this one." Bakugou rolled his eyes
"I haven't been to one either. I wanna go though." Midoriya said
"What do you care if I ask one of the girls, you gotta problem with it?" Bakugou frowned
(Yes... I mean no, if he would rather go with one of the girls, I shouldn't get in the way of that.)
"No! I don't have a problem with it. I- I was just curious and I assumed we could talk about it since were sort of friends..." Midoriya said nervously
(That's not very convincing Deku. Why should he care anyway? Ugh, he probably wants me to ask him the same thing.)
"We aren't friends."
Midoriya looked a little sad.
*exhale* "Are you doing to ask one of the girls?" Bakugou faced the ceiling again
"Um... no. Wait, now you have to answer my question since I told you." Midoriya frowned
"I did, stupid." Bakugou lifted his upper body with his elbows and tilted his head
(C- cute! Snap out of it Izuku.)
"Well actually you asked if I had a problem with you asking a girl to the dance. You didn't say if you would or not." Midoriya was fidgety
"I don't have time to worry about asking a girl to this dumb dance." Bakugou laid back down closed his eyes
"Right, that makes sense." Midoriya laughed awkwardly
"Alright Nerd if you're done interrogating me go to sleep, before Ponytail comes to scold us." Bakugou put his hands behind his head
"Okay, goodnight Kacchan." Midoriya turned over to face the wall again

The next day Yaoyorozu and Iida got up before everyone else and went to tell Aizawa Sensei about the theme.
He approved of the theme.
When Yaoyorozu and Iida got back to the dorm mostly everyone was up and eating breakfast. The rest of the class eventually got up to eat and was ready for the day.
Class 1-A ventured over to Class 1-B let them know the plan.
"I like that idea. Okay we'll help." Kendou said
"What's everyone's job in your class so I know where to put my people?" Kendou asked
"What you mean we have to help these people? We are so much better than class 1-A holes-" Monoma knocked out by Kendou
"Sorry about him. Please continue." Kendou said
"You're fine." Yaoyorozu told her
