2 Chapter 2

"Hello, are you going to have a pedicure? "

I was suddenly confused to notice a gay man in who is now wearing a cute dress.

I swallowed the lump on my throat.

I suddenly felt tired earlier, so I sat here outside the salon.

I saw the gay's eyebrow rises! I haven't answered him yet.

"Uhmmm-"

"Tian-tian," he said immediately catching my eye. Is that his name?

"Uhmmm, Tian-tian I just sat down here a bit, because I'm tired from walking, I came from the province, I'm Dale," I said and held out my hand in front of him.

He immediately accepted the hand shake "Is that so, come inside. We don't have much customers now, I'll make you beautiful!" he said and wink at me.

I do not know, what to feel ike I was suddenly stunned by what Tian-tian said. "Really?"I'm Dead! I whispered before I was pulled inside the salon.

Upon entering the gourgeos Salon. Fresh lemon scent immediately greeted all around, it's also very cold inside. It is very cozy to see the black and white color combination of the salon.

Their equipments, from blower, hair curler, hair iron and the one for hot oil are also surprising. Then a round thing catch my attention, that looks famillar to me, I saw that before in our province. Even the furnitures from chairs, mirrors looks very expensive. They are really awesome and really costly. I think the salon is new.

Tian-tian immediately made me sit down. On the nearby sofa set. I think it was very soft.

"Relax first sissy." Tian said before leaving me and approached the two gay friends with him.

And I am right the softness of the mattress is really cool. For us in the province, only bamboo chairs are available, otherwise there is a pallet.

In the meantime, I continued to observe. Maybe it's also a good idea to work here. I also know about such things. Pedicure, hair and make up. Because my mother has an all around home service just like this one. We don't have the money that will support a salon house as this one. But maybe someday. Fingers cross.

I was about to stood up when Tian tian saw me.

"Wititit, where are you going sissy?"

"Oh, I almost forgot I was going somewhere." I said facing him.

"Where is that, maybe I can help?" Tian-tian said. That made me smile.

"This," I handed a piece of paper and showed to him. Containing the address of the place that offers a workshop for modeling.

"Oh, sissy are you sure you're going to this directions ?" I saw how his face move into a disgust. I ark my brow. And told myself something is wrong?

I nodded in response. Suddenly there was a throbbing sensation in my chest.

"Why, what's in that place?" I said trying to calm myself.

"Please don't do it just because of that woman asked you to so."

Tian-tian immediately leaned over the nearby chair near me. "I know, because this place is a slaughter house"

I can't help but widen my eyes! Damn! "Really? Is that the slaughter of cow,cattle, pigs and chickens?"

I saw Tian-tian nod in succession.

Damn! It could be the death of me. I could be killed. I will not pass cows and pigs, chickens. What am I thinking about?

It was as if my back was weakly leaning against the very soft sofa.

What will I do now? I don't habe enough money left. That's why I immediately opened my hand carry bag and searched for my wallet , when I thought it was empty. Damn. I'm fucked up. Where would I stay tonight?

I was depressed, not even a squint left. I turned everything around, nothing really came.

"Are you okay sissy?" Maya asked Tian.

"I think I will be stranded here in Manila," I replied sadly.

"Why? Aren't you have a family around here?" He asked curiously. While arking his brows.

I shook. "They are all in the province!" I said with tears in my eyes.

"Oh sissy!" Tian-tian suddenly rise up,"just wait sissy I just have someone to talk to." He said before leaving me.

Tian-tian returned shortly after. There's a wide smile on his face very much noticeable.

"Sissy I have good news!" I raised an eyebrow not because he haven't back for a long time and I was bored waiting. But because of his straight English accent.

"Ahmm, what is that? Translate it to me as I have a broken English!" I said.

"I said I have good news," I nodded, "I asked our manager if we could add another one here. And he said it was ok as long as you will be productive," he said joyfully.

I don't know but I almost jumped for joy. "Really? Seriously? Thanks!" I was a bit teary eyed and faced Tian-tian for a hug.

"So will you accept our offer to work here?"

"Damn! Yes !! Thanks big time Tian-tian!"

"Well, from today on we will call each other as sissy."

"It's okay with me, sissy."

We both high five together!

I'm happy, even though I was fooled, but luckily I found a job. I can still help mom, and I have a place to stay tonight.

"Yes! I already have a job!" Simultaneously my eyes looks like a waterfall I cant stop my tears.

"You will start tomorrow sissy!"

"Can I do it now?" I said jokingly.

Tian-tian nodded. "Sure sissy!" He applauded.

That seemed as if someone remembered suddenly. "But before that sit down here first Sissy, "I immediately obeyed and sat in the high chair.

"Why sissy what are we going to do?" I asked out of nowhere.

"Didn't I say earlier that I will make you beautiful?" Oh no I almost forget. I nodded even though I did not like the idea. But then being beautiful wouldn't be a bad idea, is that right?

"Just relax sissy. I'll take care of you. You'll definitely be surprised."

I giggled and sat directly on the stool.
