16 Chapter 16: Vengeance and The World

Hazuki was having a dream about him stuck with Azieb in what looks like a different dimension. A big battle ensued between him and Azieb, yet Azieb kept on defeating him.

Hazuki: This time. This time. I'll kill you! I have to. Or their sacrifice. Their sacrifice meant nothing!

Ishigami: He's stuck. Stuck in a endless cycle of neither night or day Consumed by these memories. These memories of the past. That haunt him till this day. Obsessed with revenge and hatred.

Ishigami: Who are you?

*Flashback where Hazuki met Boop and Grian*

"My name is Steve And I've come to destroy Azieb" Ren with glowing eyes Suddenly Appear in Hazuki's sight.

Hazuki: What? No No Noooooooo Not again not again not again

Ishigami: Hazuki? Don't you see They are destroying you Hazuki You have to let them go. LET THEM GO LET THEM GO! LET THEM GO!

"What? It's rainning."

Hazuki eventually woke up, finding out it was all just a dream. Hazuki was still adventuring through the world for a bit until he came across the Hoodie Gang bullying a player called Zherterry.

"Why must they make each other suffer? This world. This world hasn't changed Is it really even worth fighting for?"

Hazuki ignores them and is about to move on but two Villager Knights came and shot Zilleyon. This caught Hazuki's eye and he quickly teleported to the Knights. He never knew that the Players and Villagers were fighting all this time so he had no idea about what was going on.

Hazuki: What? What do you mean by Villager Knights?

Villager Knight: Go on. Tell him. Tell him how the hierarchy works.

Zherterry: They're. They're under the Villager King! They are the most elite warriors of the vilager kingdom. They posses the new type of weapons which can only be acquired through the villager kingdom advanced villager trades. Their abilities are unknown to us! Going up against them would be suicide! Run for your life! They'll kill you! Or worse even capture you! RUN! Trust me! Run!

Hazuki: Villager King? New weapons? Whats? What's happening?

Villager Knight: We were ordered to come to this area. To get rid of a few trouble makers. Players that don't know their place. All the villager scouts sent to this area have gone missing. Are you responsible for this? While I guess it doesn't matter. Anything that opposes us. Shall be eliminated.

The Villager Knights thought that Steve was one of the players who took out the Villager Scouts around the area so a fight started.

Hazuki: Why are you attacking these players. They haven't done nothing to you.

Villager Knight: That's true. But you players. You pest You cannot be trusted. Your mere existence is a threat to our kind. We've come to eradicate you all. We will cleanse this world in the name of our god, our king.

A Villager Knight immediately attacked Hazuki but Hazuki dodged it.

Hazuki: Is this? Is this Azieb's doing? Who do you serve? Who do you work for?

Villager Knight: Enough. We will not waste another word for scum like you.

Zherterry: Ah! Get out of here! Listen to me! He's not worth it! He's a bully that derserves to be killed!

Hazuki: no I promise I would protect this world. I would protect it with my life.

The Polar Bear then attacked Hazuki but he was still able to overpower him.

Polar Bear: I am a polar bear

Villager Knight 2: Crush him!

Villager Knight: Eh. I'll handle this one. You go capture the others.

Hazuki: Get out of here!

The other Villager Knight was impressed and thought Hazuki was in the Resistance, although he clearly wasn't.

Villager Knight: How did you get so skilled? Are you? Are you the leader of the resistance tribe? So you are responsible for the death of our comrades. Have you captured them? You must know that all the Villager Scouts are expendable right? One requirement for being a Villager Scout is that you posses some sort of useless trade. Your trading system is worthless. Nothing compared to ours.

Hazuki: I don't know what you're talking about. But I need know more. More of how this world works.

Villager Knight 2: Your words are wasted on him. His skill says it all.

The Knights got both of Hazuki's hands with their fishing rods and a Knight tried to attack him with his sword but Hazuki was able to knock him out.

Hazuki: Eh. It's fast.

Villager Knight 2: finish him!

Hazuki: Don't resist. You don't have the strength to fight anymore. Stay still or you'll bleed out. Now you're going to tell me everything I want to know...

He wanted the Villager Knight to explain everything but the Knight killed himself instead. The other Knight ran away.

Hazuki: Why? Why did you?

Villager Knight: Part of protocol

Villager Knight 2: His reputation is not an understatement. I have get the polar bear. Too expensive to replace.

Hazuki: I didn't ask for this. I didn't want this to happen. I never wanted to kill anyone. I just wanted to play Arcanight. In that very moment I realized something. In order to deal with monsters. You yourself must become a monster. A monster which you hate. The very thing you are seeking to destroy. There's absolutely no middle ground. I didn't choose this life. This life chosed me. I was forced into this. I don't. I don't want. I don't want to do.

There's been rumors that you respawn somewhere with high population. This is because they can try to make the game more social. And the place with the high population density is the villager kingdom. And you don't want to be social with those monsters. You may be strong but you're vulnerable without any items. You'll keep getting killed over and over again till eventually they capture you or you lose all hope. That's why most players that have died. They're waiting. Waiting for the conditions to get better. So there be a better chance of survival when they click respawn. But most never believed that that would be possible. But now. I think. I think you can do it. I never seen someone. Do that before. Never seen or heard of someone defeating a Villager Knight. Those weapons you have. With your skill level. You. You can do it.
