『24』

(A/N: Before you guys read, just know this is a filler chapter but don't skip it, there's a lot of new events...)

...

...

During the past week, Shinju could only helplessly sigh at everything.

Although she couldn't be tired, she was tired, very tired.

After all, here's what's been happening to her over the past week

...

It was the first day of getting along and building chemistry. Of course the best event to build chemistry is to team up and fight. Shinju was their opponent and they were to at least hit her once with their magic.

It was a 5 against 1...not that hard correct?

*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*

*Pant* *Pant* *Pant*

"Why...can't..we hit...her?" asked a tired Kenya.

"She's just too strong..." said Gale.

"I-it was a five of us against her too.." said Ryota.

"You guys..are..just too weak.." said Alice.

"She's so strong.." admired Chloe.

"Fufufu~ You see the difference between us?" asked Shinju.

She was waving her stick around and carrying Hana with one arm.

Yes, you heard that correct.

She beat the 5 students with a stick while carrying Hana with one arm.

"You didn't have to bully them like that." said Hana.

"What're you talking about? I'm simply building chemistry between them." said Shinju with one of THOSE smiles.

Hana could only shake her head and lean on Shinju's shoulder.

She was so adorably cute right now.

"You guys did terrible, you five didn't even bother on coming at me all together."

"Try talking to each other, figure out who to attack first and when to attack together."

"But instead, you lot decided to come at me one by one with no type of formation." said Shinju.

Shinju kept sighing in her head, she's never seen something so awful before.

She can only pray these students don't go against a monster together one day.

"It's your fault Kenya for shooting fire at me!"

"How? If you didn't jump in my way because of your Berserker magic, we would've landed a hit on her!"

They were arguing to each other about their faults while Shinju, even Hana, was shaking their heads.

"Calm down everyone." said Shinju.

They all calmed down and looked away from each other except for Chloe, she paid her attention to Shinju.

'Shinju-sensei is strong! I want to be like her one day.' thought Chloe.

But Chloe didn't know she was hoping to be someone who's done massacres and killed over thousands.

It should definitely not be leaked out.

....

On the second day, there were a few mistakes but a few improvements.

They discussed their plans and formation with each other.

Kenya and Ryota were the main attackers, Gale was the support, while Chloe and Alice were the backups.

Kenya would swing his sword at her while Ryota was in his Berserker form launching at her.

Ryota would try to minimize Shinju's movements as Kenya swung his sword at her. Gale was watching them to time his magic bullet attack perfectly, he didn't want to hit Kenya and Ryota with it.

But he would hit his teacher...kids with magic sure is cruel.

'Now!' thought Gale.

But those were the same thoughts of Chloe and Alice.

Alice's puppets were hit by the orb and they started burning, Kenya and Ryota were suddenly entrapped in Chloe's Water Jail as Kenya's fire shot nearly set the school on fire.

"You should move spots." said Hana.

"Good advice, I should." replied Shinju.

Hana was helplessly watching Shinju's weird logic in her arms, though it was comfortable.

She wasn't complaining.

...

On the third day, Shinju wrote down an entire essay, a report, everything you could think of.

Formations, how they should use their magic, how they should work together.

She brought them in a different spot so they wouldn't somehow burn down the entire school.

Shinju was currently in the teacher's lounge.

Don't worry, Hana is watching the students train.

"How do you do today?"

"If it isn't Jeff-sensei, how do you do toDAY." replied Shinju.

"I'm doing great, my class is going to win this competition." said Jeff.

The competition was the school's annual outdoor training event, where the students will test their combat skills in the field. Shinju is determined to win the competition and take home the prize money, but Jeff is also competing.

"My class is doing great too." said Shinju.

They looked at each in the eyes, neither of them backing down.

"Since Class S is so brilliant, I assume they're not participating?" asked Jeff.

"Of course not. Since we're so brilliant, we're going to make ourselves known and claim first place." replied Shinju.

"I see, it must be unfortunate for you because my class, class A, is more brilliant. We're going to win this and your class will say unknown." said Jeff.

"We'll see about that, I hope you even stand a chance against us." said Shinju.

The tension in the air grew as sparks of electricity was appearing between their eyes.

The bell rung signaling it was time for a lunch break.

'Hmph.' thought Shinju.

She started walking away to where her students were training.

Shinju felt even more determined and was currently thinking about her past life.

She was going to bring her training to her students.

'Let's do this!' thought Shinju.

...

On the fourth day, it was hell of the students.

They were struggling to get up from the grass due to exhaustion.

'I want my mom.' thought the 5 students.

Shinju's training consisted of 1000 swords swings, but she decreased it to 500 since they were still young. 250 push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. When she was training back in her times, it was about 10 times worse.

"Alright, your 5 minute break is up! Continue your training." said Shinju.

"You're going to kill them." said Hana.

"Actually I'm helping them, due to my training, the energy built inside them were actually decreasing by a bit." said Shinju.

It was true, it actually decreased...that was just how hard Shinju's training was.

After all, she wanted to beat Jeff by a lot because of her samurai's honor.

...

On the fifth day, they were stronger and were gradually becoming better at working together. Their timing of attacks were much better than the first day, Kenya's sword accuracy improved gradually.

Ryota was able to contain his composure when he would use his Berserker magic. Gale now focused on being the tank with a shield since it suited him better but he would also use his magic bullets if he really needed to. Alice was able to control swords as her Puppetry magic improved. Chloe improved the most, with her being a genius, she was able to perform multiple spells of magic continuously without being exhausted.

Shinju nodded to herself at the fact that she just made monsters.

...

The sixth and seventh day was was their rest day which they were extremely glad about.

Shinju and their students were having a picnic, laughing and talking about a lot of things.

Hana was sitting between Shinju's legs munching on a sandwich.

She was unbelievably cute, so cute, too cute that when she smiled, she looked like the sun.

"Shinju-sensei." said Chloe.

"Yes Chloe?" asked Shinju.

"Tell us about your past!" said Chloe.

"Hmm, do you guys really want to know?" asked Shinju.

They all stopped what they were doing, positioned themselves towards Shinju, and nodded their heads.

"Alright, I'l tell you guys a story." said Shinju.

The students knew that Shinju was also a Otherworlder but didn't know if she was reincarnated or summoned.

"This is a story about my friend Tomoe Gozen and me. One day, we were sparring. It was just a regular spar between us both until suddenly, there was an emergency about an incoming attack from the enemy."

The students nodded as they ate their sandwiches.

"When we made it to the front lines, it was only me and Tomoe against a few hundred samurai warriors. Men and women, there was both genders back in my days. We looked at each other and nodded, it was a 2 against 300." said Shinju.

The students nodded thinking it was something intense...if only they knew...

"We walked towards the 3 armies talking as if it was normal for us which it kind of was. After all, in the camp we were in, there was only 3 people. The person who would signal enemy attacks, Tomoe, and me. We were dressed up in sparring clothing, it wouldn't even help us at all. Instead it actually put us at a disadvantage, it was heavy, hard to move in too."

"As we walked closer, the army of 300 stopped and looked at each other. As we walked closer, the enemy was backing up. At this time, we were well known across the nation. As we crept closer and closer, the enemy started yelling and ran away."

"That was the day we just figured out that we were called the Heavenly Duo." said Shinju.

"They were scared of you both when they had 300?" asked Kenya.

"Yep." said Shinju with a chuckle.

'Our sensei is too strong!' thought the 5 students.

"There's more though, when we made it back into the camp. We decided to relax ourselves in the bath we made since we were covered in sweat. The best part is coming, it's one of my best memories." said Shinju.

The students listened intensely waiting for their teacher to go on.

"As we undressed, I took a peek and said, "Even with your scars, you and your body is still beautiful." When I said that, I looked at her face since it was quite rude to stare at her amazing body for too long. There was a slight blush in her cheeks and I nearly fainted at her cuteness."

"It felt like life was complete, ah good times. I wished I could see that blush again and her body." said Shinju thinking about Tomoe's cuteness.

'Our teacher is also unbelievably a pervert.' thought the 5 students.

Their image of their strong teacher was slowly crumbling.

And with that story, their seventh day ended.

...

It was currently night time and she decided to spend some time with Hana before the competition.

"Mom- I mean Shinju, where are we going?" asked Hana.

"Hoh? Did you just call me mom?" asked Shinju teasing.

Hana was turning red and evaded her mother's eyes, "N-no, I didn't."

"It's okay, I think of you as my own. I was going to tell you one day but didn't know if you were going to accept me." said Shinju lowering her gaze to Hana.

Hana looked at Shinju, "Would you really call me your own daughter?"

"Of course, who else would I claim?" asked Shinji.

"...f-fine, I'll call you..m-mom." said Hana red in embarassment.

Shinju's heard beated rapidly as she heard the word mom.

"AH! You're so cute my daughter." said Shinju.

She picked her daughter up and started squeezing her cheeks lightly.

Their atmosphere was lovely, it was a mother and daughter bonding.

As they were walking, admiring the bright lights in the streets.

A girl came up to them with different colored eyes.

When they walked past each other, they felt sparks in their veins and they instantly turned back and looked at each other.

"So you're my..."

"...soulmate."
