That time I reincarnated as a divine beast (paused)

Amid a battle, two behemoths are seen rising face to face, one resembled a metallic humanoid figure named the B-796, while the second behemoth having to resemble a titan-like body fused with wings with an octopus as a head famously named Cthulhu or the sleeper of R'lyeh.

The two behemoths started charging at each other at full speed obliterating anything in its way, the B-796 delivered the first hit to the Cthulhu on the right of the beast's ribs, soon after the Cthulhu sent a counter-attack under the B-796 chin, damaging a vital part of the head.

The mech knowing the angle of its surprise, a trick the mech revealed in its chest was a giant weapon that has finished charging its shot, to Cthulhu's surprise it was a lightning cannon it fired but Cthulhu blocked the attack resulting in its arm having being paralyzed to the volts.

Unbeknownst of them a battle was also raging in the skies, millions of monsters destroying jets left and right at a cost of some of its brothers but one jet was acing all the other jets and monsters, the jet was as bright as a star so it was called the seventh stars.

A voice from a radio said, "koto we need help in squad 13" a man named koto, with brown hair but with eyes as bright as stars, with a packed body with his height as 5ft 8in koto is trained in all combat, he was born in the miracle generation then he is called the seventh star.

Koto smiled before answering "captain but I have a truck-sized cryptface on my 6" soon the captain's voice continued "fine but deal with it quickly, First Lieutenant tanato is having trouble with 10 kid-sized cryptface on his 3 and 9" after the captain said that koto burst out laughing but he got hit on his right-wing by some of the cryptfaces -500 degree ice that they spit out once in a while.

As Koto was falling he fell through the clouds as his right-wing is too damaged to use, so he ejected himself down but once he saw what was happening to the B-796 he was shocked, it was being pummelled like a punching bag by the Cthulhu so Koto got an idea he still has his salvation, blaster of denial and his supernova, reaper of ashes.

Koto casually took off his parachute and landed on the B-796 head and shot both of his guns, accurately hit the Cthulhu's eyes as Cthulhu was temporarily blinded, the B-796 took advantage and started delivering back the damage inflicted to him by Cthulhu so the monster was forced to be on the defensive.

Koto once again jumped off the B-796 head and landed on a small cryptface, he lead the cryptface down to ground level but got hit by a red and black jet known as the undertaker.

it was his friends jet tanato, little did Koto know that he is being betrayed, koto was angered and yelled at the cockpit "Tanoto watch where you're going! ugh" soon koto's radio buzzed to life "goodbye my friend" koto now realizing what's happening but was too late his whole body was crushed by the falling B-796 enormous body.

After that Koto's consciousness was engulfed in endless darkness.
