Another Peaceful Day...Maybe?

Tatsuya and Kei get up early in the morning and decide to go for a walk. They both change into their tracksuits and go on the lawn.

"But still... they even have a tracksuit for children."

The tracksuit they had was the same as what everyone whom they saw in the morning wore. It was black in colour with a blue line along the edges.

As they walk along the path in the lawns Kei asks him-

"Ryo-nii..."

"What is it Kei?"

"Today they said they would be checking our magic."

"Did they teach you anything regarding how to use magic?"

"Yeah. But I couldn't understand a small thing..."

"What was it that you didn't understand?"

"People have different magic... so how are they supposed to use their different magic for cooking?"

"You... Alright I'll tell you."

Then Tatsuya speeds up a bit and Kei does the same.

"You're right. It has a very simple solution... You don't need to do it with magic then."

"Hm?" says Kei with confusion.

"Let's say you have the magic of earth and you want to cook food for yourself... You'll need a fire. So there are many ways to create the fire rather than relying on magic alone. But if someone is with you and has fire magic then there's no problem."

"Oh! That's it?"

"Yeah. Pretty much."

They finish exercising and after that they head to the cafeteria. They eat breakfast and they return back to the dorms. When Tatsuya opens the door he bumps into a girl and she falls down.

When Tatsuya offers help to the girl he notices her blue frilly hair. She looks

At Tatsuya and says while trembling a bit-

"I-I'm Luna Grenver..." Then as soon as her eyes fall on Kei she pushes Tatsuya aside and tells Kei while holding her hands together-

"Do you remember me?"

"Oh.... You're the macaroon-nee! Thank you for that time." Says Kei while bowing her head.

Then suddenly Luna starts to drool while holding her hands and then Tatsuya remembers everything. Just when Tatsuya tries to ask Kei to come with him she looks behind her and while drooling she asks him-

"Is it okay if I take her with me for one day...?" and wipes the drool.

"Definitely not! I couldn't place her in your hands... Yes, especially you! C'mon Kei let's go and get ready..."

"GET READY?! Can I come to your room for s-some while too...?" says Luna while starting to drool again.

"I said no... Run Kei she's a bad person!" says Tatsuya and starts to run with Kei to his room.

Luna starts to look depressed as she sees Kei running away from her.

They enter the room and Tatsuya locks the door.

"Why did you lock it Ryo-nii?"

"You'll see... soon."

They started to change into their uniform and suddenly they heard the door knob twist. After twisting the door knob the person behind the door started to bang the door.

"Ryo-nii..."

"I told you didn't I?"

"I'm scared..."

"These lolicons can be a big problem in my daily life. I've got to do something about it..." thinks Tatsuya.

After a while the knocking stops and the person starts to bang and shout in a very scary voice-

"Let me in! I need to come inside!"

"Oye! Oye! I can't think of anything for this! Kei we'll take a different route today." Says Tatsuya and picks up Kei. Then he runs to the balcony and looks below.

"This is as big as a two-story building... No problem! I can make it." Says Tatsuya and then closes the balcony door.

He leaps down and as he fell he said-

"Skill: Assassinate!" and he moves really fast and lands on the ground swiftly.

He then runs at full speed towards the Academy's main building. He goes to the second floor and reaches Kei's class. Then he drops her there and tells her-

"Have a nice day!" While looking exhausted.

"Hm!" nods Kei and enters her class.

Tatsuya then walks to his class and when he opens the door and checks if Luna was in the class he sees that she wasn't in the class. Not many students had come to class. Then he sees Sieg sleeping in front of his table.

Tatsuya then has an evil smile on his face and he walks over to his seat and sits there. Then very softly he starts saying-

"Bug slayer... useless bug slayer..."

Suddenly Sieg gets up and starts to yell-

"Who the hell is a bug slayer?!" then he looks around and sees students only starting to come in.

"It was a dream maybe..." says Sieg and calms down and sits on his chair.

Tatsuya had been snickering at him all this time and after Sieg sits down he asks him-

"What's wrong?"

"Oh... It's you..."

"Is that how you usually behave with people?"

"Just shut up... At least stop appearing in my dreams."

"Do you... sway that way?!"

"NO DAMMIT I DON'T!"

"Is that so? So what was the dream?"

"You made me swat flies and bugs and then all students started to call me a bug slayer including you..."

Tatsuya looks away and laughs a bit then he faces Sieg and says-

"Is that so?"

"Why the hell did you turn that way?! You were definitely laughing weren't you?"

"No... I was just checking if there was a bug on the floor or not."

"You... Piss me off!" says Sieg and turns around.

All the students had come inside the class. The only one who hadn't come was Luna. Then just before the bell rang Luna enters class while panting and looks like she was searching for someone. Then she spots Tatsuya looking outside the window and looks agitated.

Tatsuya could feel her killing intent all the way from there and continued to look out of the window while sweating.

Goro enters the class and says-

"Attendance!" and everyone gives their attendance.

The first class was just lectures on how magic had affected the other organisms which led to the creation of monsters.

"... And that was how the world devoid of such creatures gave birth to the very same monsters through magic. Some of them are almost human-like. They might possess magic or weapons and they are a kind of threat to us since they're hostile towards us.... That's it for today's classes. Write down all the notes from the blackboard. Few questions for tomorrow's test will come from this..." says the tall-looking well-dressed man and after putting on his glasses he leaves the class.

Most of the students were drowsy and restless after the lecture they had. It had been two hours since they had been sitting for that lecture. Tatsuya writes down everything into the notebook under his desk. Everyone had all the books but only Tatsuya didn't have anything. He only found the notebook when the man told them to write down everything.

Tatsuya had been the only student in the class taking classes seriously and enjoying them wholeheartedly.

"This...is interesting!" says Tatsuya as he writes in his book really fast.

Sieg who looked like he was on the verge of death looks at Tatsuya and says-

"How the hell are you liking these classes...? Are you really human?"

"I'm more human than you at least..." says Tatsuya and continues writing.

"You say something?!" says Sieg while trying to pick a fight with Tatsuya.

"You wanna go right now?!" Says Tatsuya after finishing writing.

The benches in their classroom were joint in the middle and single benches on both sides of the room. The bench in front of and in the back of Sieg and Tatsuya was empty. Also the space next to them was a bit empty as well.

Suddenly someone knocks on their classroom door and all the boys who had been tired suddenly looked like they were refreshed.

"Um... May I start classes then?" says a lady with a feeble voice from the door.

The lady looked really cute and had... a curvy physique. All the boys looked serious and did not look sleepy at all after that teacher had entered the class. The girls were still getting ready for the next class and some were still yawning. Sieg didn't look refreshed as the others did. Instead, he looked like he was up to something.

"Oye!"

"Shhh! I'm gonna try something..."

"You are up to something aren't you...? Let me help you."

"Oho! Someone's hyped up! Ok then, here's your task..."

The teacher keeps her books on the table and walks up to the blackboard. Suddenly Tatsuya gets up from his seat and says-

"Kyaa... There goes a lizard." Without any enthusiasm and while pointing at the lady's feet."

The teacher drops the chalk and starts to levitate. Her hair starts to float upwards as well. She now had a very intimidating face when looking at the floor then shoots laser like things on the floor all the way till the door.

All the students including Sieg were surprised on seeing her behave that way. The ground was filled with holes and then the teacher lands on the ground and sits on the chair.

"That was scary..." and she wipes her sweat.

Tatsuya who was staring at her says-

"No! No! No! You're the one who is scarier..." and sits down.

Then the teacher starts to pant and starts to wipe the sweat off her forehead.

"You guys... I don't think I can teach anything now... Please study and don't shout."

Then all the boys look at her wiping the sweat and say in union-

"Yes! Imryll-sensei!"

"Like I said... Don't shout." Says the teach with a very tired voice.

The boys' faces looked perverted as they looked at the teacher wiping sweat off her chest as well. She was wearing a black suit like dress and a black skirt.

The bell rung after an hour or so and everyone started to head to the cafeteria. After everyone left Tatsuya and Sieg apologized to her and headed towards the cafeteria as well.

That had become the topic of discussion now. As soon as they entered the cafeteria all they could hear was-

"You should've seen how Imryll-sensei reacted..."

"You're lying...She's so cute though."

"Her body was as great as usual..."

"Yeah. I know what you mean..."

"I'd like to have...hmm... a bowl of ramen!"

"All right! Here you go..." says the lady at the counter while giving Tatsuya a bowl of ramen.

Tatsuya then finds an empty table and sits there and thinks while eating-

"Even ramen exists in this world... "

Then Sieg keeps his tray filled with close to 15 burgers on his table and says-

"Make some space for me to eat..."

"Go find yourself a separate table..."

"Now now... don't get pissed off.... Take one of my burgers if you want."

"I don't want it... and who in their right mind would eat this much?"

"Hehe... I know right?!"

"I wasn't complementing you though..." and Tatsuya sighs and continues to eat.

The rest of the day went normally as it did in a normal school. Kei also had normal days as such.

After few months...

Tatsuya had grown accustomed to this world and was studying hard. He was getting a perfect score on his every test and most of the time he felt bored.

"So... if compound elements reacted with water and then with an inflammable element it would result in a large scale destruction... Hm... I've got it!" says Tatsuya as he studies in his room on the table.

Tatsuya then stretches and says-

"Things have been really peaceful here and nothing has even happened in these few months... I've been only studying."

"Ryo-nii. Teach me how to use healing magic!"

"Sure... first you concentrate on your hand... Then imagine that your hand is emitting some light and that light is healing someone."

Kei does as he instructs and a white light appears from her palm. Tatsuya then takes his pen and cuts his finger.

"Heal me Kei..."

"Ok!"Says Kei and hold her palm over Tatsuya's finger while closing her eyes and concentrating.

After a few minutes she takes away her palm and says-

"All done!"

"Wow! You're a really fast learner."

"Heeee..." says Kei and lies on the bed.

Over the span of three months the academy had taught the students how to use basic magic. Tatsuya had mastered them the day they were taught and was just trying a way to strengthen the basic magic.

"I have to join a club too... Many people came inviting me to their club. Now that I think about it many of them have started to speak to me..." says Tatsuya to himself.

Suddenly someone knocks at their door.

"Who is it? It's so late in the night... Kei you wait here and..." Kei had already fallen asleep so Tatsuya covers her with a blanket and goes to the door.

Then he opens the door a bit and sees Sieg standing there.

"What do you think the time is?"

"I need help... I can't understand anything in this book... I don't wanna fail. They said if I fail again they'll expel me."

"Getting expelled is definitely better don't you think? Ok then.... I'm gonna sleep now. Good night!" and when Tatsuya tries to close the door he sees Sieg's leg blocking the door.

"You have to help me!"

"Shut up! I can't teach you anything if you don't know anything!"

"I'll pay for Goro-sensei's next lunch so please!"

Tatsuya then opens the door and allows Sieg to enter his room.

"You better keep your promise!"

"Sure will..."

The day when they were training the wall had been destroyed. Goro's salary for the next few months had been cut. So he punished them by making them buy food for him. They've been paying for his breakfast, lunch and his dinner for three months now.

"I'm gonna go broke if Goro-sensei doesn't get his salary..."

"I'm at 1000 del now... I don't know if I'll get to eat by the next month." says Sieg as he walks in and closes the door

Both of them sigh and they start to study.

"What is it today?"

"Elemental sciences and history!"

"Do you know anything from this book?"

"Nope. Not a bit."

"How the hell are you supposed to pass with that attitude?"

"Tomorrow's test will only have the uses of all the magic elements so it doesn't matter."

"Oh. Tomorrow's the basic magic tests... Wait! We aren't permitted to use magic in the dorms."

"Let's go in the backyard then!"

"Are you stupid?! Its past 12!"

"Why are you so insistent on following rules?!"

"I have an idea! But you gotta be quiet about it..."

"What is it?"

"Now... Imagine you're fingers are emitting fire. Just imagine you could use that fire to burn something."

A small flame appears from Sieg's finger and then Tatsuya says-

"That's the basic fire element... Try it with water in your mind now..."

Sieg tries it out and a water droplet like thing forms around his fist.

"Good... try the same with the other elements later on... now try concentrating and try to suck that water..."

"Do I drink it...?"

"No, you idiot! Try to imagine your hand as a sink and try to drain the water..."

"Alright...here goes!" and he does as Tatsuya instructs. After 15 or twenty minutes the water flows completely into his palm and it disappears.

Sieg then sits on the bed exhausted and so does Tatsuya on his chair.

"Why does it take so much time for you to imagine it...?"

"I've been hungry for a month now. I couldn't eat properly as well... I obviously can't concentrate!"

"Well, can't blame you too... Now that you're done go back."

"What about history?"

"Oh god! It's gonna be a long night..." says Tatsuya and opens the history book.

After a few hours, Sieg and Tatsuya fall asleep due to exhaustion. The Sun had long risen and when Kei got up she saw Tatsuya sleeping on his chair and Sieg sitting and sleeping on the bed.

"Why are Ryo-nii and Sieg-nii sleeping?"

Kei then gets out of bed and shakes Tatsuya and tries waking him up. Tatsuya wakes up and says while yawning-

"Huh... Is it morning already?"

"Ryo-nii get up. I don't have any classes today."

"You don't? Well, that's good..." Then he sees Sieg on the bed and then looks outside the balcony.

He thinks for a while then he says-

"Now I remember... I have to pay off a debt I owe Yavia! Also I'm gonna be late!"

Then he changes as fast as he could and while changing he goes to Sieg and slaps him really hard in the face at least 5 times-

"Get up! Get up! Bug slayer get up... We're gonna be late!"

"What?!" says Sieg and wakes up from his sleep and then rushes back to his room.

Tatsuya then takes his bag and fills it with the books he needed for the day. Then before leaving he goes to the balcony with his buster sword and jumps down with Kei and says-

"Skill: Revert!" and Kiro acts as a cushion for the both of them.

Tatsuya gets down from his back and says-

"Keep her safe and don't attack anyone unless you feel that the person is a threat... Most of all stay hidden. I'll catch you both later then." and he runs to the academy at full speed.

"Have a nice day... Ryo-nii..." says Kei after Tatsuya had already left.
