8 The First Golden Flower: Contest Part 2
It was night and they are ready for the contest.
Lorraine was immediately nervous when the contest started.
The emcee introduces himself and then starts from the first band.
Lorraine is even more nervous when she hear the first band.
There are many other bands and they are all great.
It looks like Lorraine wants to back out when they perform.
"Hey. You okay?" Thob asked him.
"Yes. I'm just nervous hehehe" Lorraine replied.
"Is that so? Then, we'll do our best to win these competitions. Okay?" Thob said to Lorraine with a smile.
Lorraine suddenly calmed down and smiled.
"Let's go"
"That's the spirit"
They went on stage and all the spectators shouted.
"Ahmm .. Good Evening everyone. We are the 'Another World' and we will sing 'Hold On' by Chord Overstreet" Lorraine introduced.
The people applauded and they started playing.
Mat started singing first.

The crowd starting to scream. Or 'The Girls' started screamjng.
Then Lorraine sing next.

Lying on the floor when I break through

Then Mat for the first sentence of the chorus.

Then Lorraine for the second sentence.
🎵Come back, I still need you 🎵
Then they started singing in chorus and Mat was staring at Lorrains.
🎵Let me take your hand, I'll make it right

Lorraine suddenly felt that someone was satring at her so she look at Mat who was staring her.

Lorraine immediately averted her gaze when she sang Verse II.

Mat suddenly walk towards Lorraine who was very nervous.
🎵They took you away on a table
I pace back and forth as you lay still
They pull you in to feel your heartbeat

Mat grabbed Lorraine's jaw and stared into her eyes. People were shouting.

Lorraine could no longer sing because her heart was pounding so hard.

Lorraine wanted to sing but nothing came out of her mouth so Mat continued singing while holding Lorraine's chin.

Their performance ended and Lorraine was still stunned. Until they came out on stage, she was still stunned.
"Woah! What does that mean bro?" Thob asked Mat with a smile.
Mat ignored Thob and just looked at Lorraine who was looking at the ground.
"That was great!" The twins said in front of Lorraine but she was still looking at the ground.
The contest is over and it's time for the emcee to announce who will win.
"What band do you want to win?" The emcee asked the audience.
The audience shouted names.
"Here it is. The winner is the band .... Another World !!"
The twins suddenly jumped because of joy while Lorraine couldn't believe thaf they won.
"Congratulations!" Said the emcee.
The five of them went on stage and the people shouted.
"Here is your award" said the emcee and gave them the golden flower.
Lorraine was amazed when she saw the golden flower. Brilliant. Very nice.
"Again, congratulations!" Said the emcee again and the people applauded.
The five bowed at once and went to the back stage. Someone greeted them immediately. A fat man.
"Congratulations" the man greeted them.
"Thank you" Lorraine said.
"By the way, this is your bodyguard for 1 hour .." the fat man introduce the muscular man to them. "Enjoy" said the fat man and left.
"Just one? I thought there were many" Ace said frowning.
They ignored Ace and started touring the festival. Mat holds the golden flower.
As they walked around, the bodyguard suddenly whispered to Lorraine.
"Good Evening, Your Highness" the bodyguard whispered to Lorraine that makes her surprised.
Lorraine looked at their bodyguard.
"Elbert?" Lorraine asked. The bodyguard nodded. "What are you doing here?" Lorraine asked.
"Watching you"
Lorraine nodded.
"Lorraine, are you okay?" The twins asked Lorraine.
Lorraine immediately nodded.
"It's almost an hour. What are we going to do?" Thob asked.
They were thinking but before they could think of anything, suddenly something exploded.
People ran outside the festival because of the explosion.
Elbert protects Lorraine.
"What happened?" Thob asked someone.
"S-something suddenly exploded on the stage! A-and someone was flying! Y-you need to get out of here" the man said scared and ran away.
"Seems like they've known where is the golden flower" said Mat.
Lorraine looked at Mat and the others.
"W-who?" Lorraine asked.
"The Silver Kingdom"
"My luck"
They look over them and they see people flying and they have wings?
"Silver Kingdom. They are also known by their wings made of metal and their metal ability" Elbert whispered to Lorraine.
Lorraine nodded.
Suddenly, the guys from the Silver flap had its wings and sharp metal came out.
Elbert, on the other hand, protects Lorraine with his barrier power while the others defended themselves from the metals.
"Why are you blocking our attacks? Don't block it! Hahahaha" the Silver man laughed foolishly and attacked them again.
The four immediately resisted the attacks while Lorraine just stared at them.
Lorraine wants to help the four.
"Elbert, I will fight" Lorraine said to Elbert.
Elbert want to say no but Lorraine suddenly came out of the barrier and started to smash the metals.
Lorraine used her fire power and the metals melt.
"H-how?" The Silver man asked in shock.
The Silver Kingdom man looked at Lorraine and his eyes suddenly widened.
The man from Silver Kingdom left and his companions followed.
Lorraine wondered.
"Why did they suddenly leave?" Lorraine asked the four but the four were also stunned.
"That. Was. Super. Cool!" Said the two and applauded.
"How did you do that? Even Mat's fire power can't melt the General's metal with his low fire power" Thob said curiously.
"I didn't dl anything. I just learned that" Lorraine said.
"Well, you're from the human world. We shouldn't be surprised" Thob said.
"But what are we going to do here?" Lorraine asked.
They looked around and almost everything was destroyed.
"Don't worry, I got this" Thob said.
Thob said something and suddenly the surroundings light up. And little by little everything is getting better.
"What about the people who saw it?" Lorraine asked.
"I'll take care of it!" Ace said proudly and cast a spell.
A cloud came out and seemed to be being absorbed.
"What is that doing?" Lorraine asked while looking at the cloud.
"That cloud just absorbs their memories of what happened today and the golden flower" Ace said proudly.
"That's great!" Lorraine said in amazement.
When it was all over, they went home immediately because they were also tired. Elbert is with them.
