1 Attending dinner with the Dark Wing Kingdom!

I, lady Jewel, will have to attend dinner with some other kingdom, for the Princes hand in marriage. I tried to make it clear by telling my parents "if I will ever marry, it'll be a person that i really love."...They didn't approve.

"Wake up Ms.Jewel. Ms.Jewel it's time to get up. My lady?" Says one of the maids.

"Is she okay? she's not waking up!"

"It's almost time to attend business with the Dark Wing Kingdom!"

"Oh wait, she's waking up!"

"I'm awake, I'm awake! " I yawn while stretching my arms with one eye opened looking at the maids that are standing beside my bed.

My favorite maids horns are so beautiful. I think to myself.

"Oh, my lady! Finally! It is time for you to make things official with the Dark Wing Kingdom!" My best maid smiles down at me.

"Make things official? HUH!!-No,no,no,no!! Today can't be the day!" I say while I frantically get out of my bed.

"Come on now, it'll be alright. let's get you dressed. It starts in 1 hour." Says my best maid while starting to fix my bed.

"Huh?!Wait,wait! L-let me use the restroom really fast- wait what time is it?" I ask while sweating and looking for a clock in my room.

"Well it's only about 9:28 my lady." My best maid says while looking at me with her eyebrow up.

Oh shoot, oh shoot! this is so bad! So very bad! He's going to be here in 2 minutes! Wait- What if he's already here?! I say to myself while I run out of my room in a hurry.

As I huff when I enter the restroom, Lance is already there. His beautiful big purple eyes and his adorable red hair turn me completely red.

"Oh-oh! you are in here! Haha." I say in a quiet relieved voice as I put my hand up against the door frame while looking down and huffing.

Thank goodness I got here in time.

"I'm so sorry we're gonna have to cancel our plans for today!" I say while lifting my head up to talk.

"Are you alright Jewel? You look so tired!" Said my bestfriend, Lance while stepping forward with a worried expression.

"Oh no I'm okay! I just- um- so Lance! We need to cancel this because I completely forgot about-" I get cut off by Lance.

"Let me guess, you forgot that your parents arranged something for you today already." Says Lance while rolling his eyes while leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.

"Well,..yes. I'm so sorry! I'll try to plan things out way better next time!" I yell while putting one hand on his shoulder.

Ugh..I messed up. AGAIN. please don't hate me, please dont hate me. I say in my head with the palms of my hands sweating.

"Meh. We're chill. But I swear, the next time you plan one of the best day's of our lives, and then cancel-." Lance says while smiling and pointing at me.

"You'll hate me forever. I know." I roll my eyes while grinning.

"Okay, take care of yourself! Let's try to plan it some other time! Oh, and tell me what happens after!" Says Lance while going down the grappling hook that was on the window frame.

"Yeah, no problem! I'll tell you everything that happens for sure!" I yell while I run over to the window to wave goodbye to Lance.

UGHH. That was so awkward! Okay, Now it's time to get dressed.

"Oh! My lady, your back! Which dress would you prefer, White, black, or purple?" Said my best maid beside my closet.

"Oh...I guess purple will be fine Layla." I clench my fist and stare at the ground.

"Oo! What a fine choice." Layla gets out the purple pencil skirt flower laced dress with a big smile.

30 minutes later

I kind of feel bad for canceling one of our best plans in awhile without a real explanation. But he understood. So I shouldn't worry too much. I think to my self while walking down the stairs with a blank expression.
