I'm Not That Kind of Trash!

Adrian gave Fanette a sweet smile, "if you are tired, just call me. I will move for you, Faye."

This morning, for some reason Adrian wanted to keep calling Fanette by the name 'Faye' who wanted

"Yeah, I know, Adrian. You're... always the one I lean on," Fanette muttered.

"Hug me, Faye," Adrian asked in a whisper.

Fanette granted the wish of her husband and friend since childhood, she hugged him gently.

"Don't love me too much, Adrian. I'll be dead in a minute," Fanette whispered sadly.

Adrian's lips pressed together, his jaw clenched, speechless at all. He knew it would happen sooner or later, but Adrian would try to prevent Fanette from dying. Just take revenge on Charles and make that old man die of a heart attack, it doesn't need to be until his beloved Fanette dies.

"Faye..." Adrian whispered.

"Hmm?"

"Can you... live for us, I mean... for me and Galaxy?" asked Adrian.

Fanette shook her head, "sorry. I'm... tired, Adrian," said Fanette gently. She didn't immediately say 'no' but avoided it.

"Fine..." Adrian sighed resignedly. It wouldn't be easy to shake Fanette's will, who had given up on her own life a dozen years ago.

"You will fly to Italy this eleven o'clock, right? Get ready," said Adrian as he let go of their embrace.

"Yeah. Don't take Galaxy to school before I finish taking a shower, okay? I want to meet him and tell him right away that I want to go and will be home in the next day," replied Fanette.

"Okay, I'll call Lisa to help prepare your bath," Adrian rubbed Fanette's head a few times and walked out of the woman's room who was his wife.

After bathing, Fanette joined Galaxy and Adrian who were already sitting at the dining table having breakfast together.

"Thanks for waiting for me, everyone!" Fanette said cheerfully.

Like a very harmonious little family, the three of them sat at a table made of marble.

"Galaxy, Mommy will take you to school later. Mommy wants to meet your teacher," said Fanette as she spread chocolate jam on Galaxy's bread.

"Yeayyy!" The seven-year-old squealed with joy.

"With Daddy too, Mom? Shall we go together? Mommy and Daddy will take me?" asked Galaxy with an innocent expression.

The husband and wife glanced at each other, as if gesturing for each other, but Adrian was waiting for Fanette's answer.

"Mmm, yes, honey."

Finally, Fanette answered after thinking for a few seconds.

"It doesn't matter, if before going to the office you take the Galaxy first, Adrian?" Fanette asked her husband.

"Of course, it doesn't matter to our son," answered Adrian with warm eyes.

Fanette's chest rustled, it was undeniable that sometimes there were times when Adrian's act and the way he looked at her made Fanette flutter. But enough to get there, Fanette didn't want to use her feelings any further.

"WOW!!!" Galaxy's blue eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. He was very happy because his parents would accompany him.

"I'm very happy ... all my friends are always accompanied by their parents," said Galaxy with a happy smile on his handsome face.

"Galaxy, you can ask us to take you together whenever you want. If you want every day you can, if Mommy and Daddy are at home, we will take you every day, the three of us go together. Don't be afraid to ask what you want from us, honey," Fanette said to her son.

"Okay, Mommy!"

"Madam," called a middle-aged woman.

"Ah, Mary... what's wrong?" Fanette asked the woman who served them as the Head Servant of her house.

Mary was one of the few people who had known Fanette since childhood.

"Mr. Chales called me earlier while you were still sleeping."

"What is my father talking about, Mary?"

"That…" Mary glanced at Galaxy briefly, then stepped closer to Fanette to whisper, "Mr. Charles said… get rid of the men around you as soon as possible. Because he heard rumors you play and change a lot of men every month."

Fanette tugged at the corners of her lips, grinning happily that her plan was starting to go the way she wanted it to.

"Honey," Adrian called out to Fanette suddenly. Sometimes they do use affectionate calls when in front of people.

"Your father... called me," Adrian said as he showed his cell phone which had Charles' name on the screen.

"Mary, please look after the Galaxy for a while."

"Let's take it to another room, Adrian," said Fanette, pulling her husband's hand out of the dining room because she didn't want Galaxy to hear their conversation.

Arriving at one of the guest rooms closest to the dining room, "answered that old man's phone, Adrian," said Fanette.

Adrian nodded, his right hand gently stroking Fanette's hand while his left hand held the cellphone.

"Hello, Dad. Good morning," said Adrian kindly.

"Yes, morning. Is Faye awake?" asked Charles in an even tone. He still uses the nickname 'Faye' for his daughter.

"Faye is taking a shower, Dad. Shall I call her now?" offered Adrian.

"No need," Charles refused, a second later he sighed.

"Adrian, I accept you as my son-in-law, the man who married Faye, because I think you are a worthy man."

Adrian and Fanette looked at each other, not intending to reply to Charles' words because they were sure that Fanette's biological father would still want to talk long enough.

"But, lately I've heard rumors that Faye plays with a lot of men, some say she changes men every month, week, or even every night. Haven't you noticed your wife's coming home, Adrian? Didn't you ask where Faye went if she doesn't come home at night?" Charles babbled in a stifled snarl.

"You as a husband should be able to manage your wife well! How can anyone who is married but lives so freely until bad rumors arise? Also, why didn't Faye pick up the phone from me? Ask her, Adrian. Do your role as Faye's partner well to make your wife to be a flawless perfect person! I'm tired of hearing the bad rumors lately circulating about Faye."

Wow, Fanette and Adrian are even trashy for words hearing all of Charles' ramblings. 'How can anyone who is married but live so freely until bad rumors arise,' he said? So, didn't Charles also marry Helena before? So why does this guy still get to sleep with a different woman every night? Did Charles ever care even though rumors about his infidelity spread everywhere, even overseas? Did Charles ever care about rumors? Even Fanette was insulted throughout her school days by her father's infidelity, her mother's death, to her family life being destroyed.

"Dad, Faye isn't like that. She always comes home every night, and when Faye is late we always call. Sometimes I even accompany her at the company, how can such baseless rumors just spread?" Adrian replied as Fanette had arranged it in such a way.

"Is that true?" asked Charles a little confused. For a year, Adrian was an honest and candid person. So it seems a bit impossible if Adrian lied to him, what's in it right?

Charles had no idea that Adrian and Fanette had worked together from the start.

"That's right, Dad. After all, Faye can't be like that rumor. Faye really loves our son, Galaxy. It's impossible for Faye to do things that cause rumors, moreover rumors that might hurt Galaxy's heart," said Adrian.

It's time for Fanette to act. She will play the role of an innocent daughter, wife, and mother here, as her father does.

"Honey, who's calling?" asked Fanette pretending to have come out of the bathroom like the alibi that Adrian made earlier.

"Oh, it's Daddy, honey."

"That's Faye? Give her your phone!" Charles ordered quickly in a huff.

"Faye, I want to talk to you," said Adrian.

"Hello, Dad. What's wrong?" asked Fanette innocently.

"Faye, I've heard a lot of bad rumors about you. Not just one, but so many! About you smoking, going in and out of clubs, hiring a special DJ at the hotel's rooftop, and changing sleep partners every night."

Charles continued to chatter about all the rumors he had heard about his daughter. And Fanette heard it with an even expression, but occasionally Adrian kissed her hand, rubbed it, and played with the little hand to make Fanette entertained. Well, it worked quite well because Fanette had developed a smile several times. Her gloomy feelings from hearing nonsense from her father asshole faded somewhat thanks to this petty entertainment from her husband who was her childhood friend.

"So what's the point, Dad?" asked Fanette in an even tone, tired of hearing those sickening words again.

"The point is, are the rumors true, Faye? Impossible, right? How could my perfect daughter even do such despicable things? You are married to a good, well-established, and handsome man. You also have a son who you love so much. So, to be honest, I'm a little doubtful about the truth of the rumors," Charles explained, who still had great faith in his only daughter whom he had worked so hard to raise since Helena's death—his wife, Faye's biological mother.

Fanette chuckled, "That's not true, Father. I already have a good husband, and also Galaxy, the son we love very much."

Now it's her turn, Fanette who will speak sweet things that are actually the opposite of reality.

"There's no way I would do something like that because it would hurt Galaxy's heart. I don't want my son to be teased by his friends JUST BECAUSE he has cheating parents."

"I really don't want Galaxy to go through such sad things, Dad. I love my son."

"Just like you. Don't you love me very much?" asked Fanette. She intends to insinuate her father, the main character she must take revenge on.

"Of course, honey! I love you so much."

"Well, that's it. Just like Dad WHO ALWAYS tried to protect me, didn't let me be ashamed, and even took care of our family all this time, so am I, Dad. I followed in the footsteps of Dad, who VERY loves family, so I can't possibly have an affair, sleep a lot a man even though I'm already married, moreover to the point of hurting my husband and children," said Fanette, who quipped Charles right on target.

"I'm not that kind of trash!"
