Low Force Sensitivity: Gain 10000 Midi-chlorians per cell. Costs Rank D Reward and 600 Points.

Medium Force Sensitivity: Gain 15000 Midi-chlorians per cell. Costs Rank C Reward and 1300 Points. Requires Low Force Sensitivity.

High Force Sensitivity: Gain 20000 Midi-chlorians per cell. Costs Rank B Reward and 2500 Points. Requires Medium Force Sensitivity

Chosen Force Sensitivity: Gain 25000 Midi-chlorians per cell. Costs Rank A Reward and 6000 Points. Requires High Force Sensitivity.

Celestial Force Sensitivity: Gain 30000 Midi-chlorians per cell. Costs Rank S Reward and 13000 Points. Requires Chosen Force Sensitivity.

I had missed it the first time I looked around, but some enhancements were incremental. Like the Force, where you needed to buy every other version before reaching the peak version, which only cost a fraction of what other enhancements of that level cost.

This was an interesting alternative, as although in the long run getting to that S Rank enhancement would cost more, especially in terms of Ranked Rewards, it was a far more viable option than something like Kryptonian Bloodline or Magneto's Mutation.

After all, with enhancements possibly working against each other, to get a high ranked one they would have to save up for a long time, without growing any stronger.

But through those progressive enhancements, one could gradually get stronger as they approached their goal, and that's what made it valuable.

As for my choice, I took it because I found it to be incredibly good. Even the lowest level would push my Midi-chlorian count to an above-average level among Jedis and Siths.

As for the peak, it reached an incredible 30000 Midi-chlorian per cell. For reference, Darth Sidious, aka Palpatine, and Yoda were both pushing towards the 20000, while Anakin Skywalker, the Chosen One, had around 25000.

In other words, I could reach the potential of Grand Master Yoda and Ever Returning Palpatine with a B Rank enhancement, and by the time I reached S Rank, my potential would be so far above any Jedi or Sith that it would be frightening.

Of course, a high Midi-chlorian count did not immediately turn one into a master of the Force. It would give me more potential than strength. However, even as an untrained child, Anakin had the reflexes of a Jedi, while Han Solo was said to have senses beyond a normal human, despite not being force-sensitive.

Another incentive was that I spotted several Force techniques in the Exchange System.

It was a somewhat risky purchase, as potential was not strength in the end, but…

"God, how long do we have until the next mission?"

[There are ten days between each mission. You have 9 days, 10 hours, 48 minutes and 32 seconds until your next mission.]

This was… better than I had expected. But I also started seeing the appeal of Return to the Origin.

Not the one about returning to Earth, that one was obvious, but the one that allowed us to visit the worlds we visited before.

Training Force powers would take a while, and it was also the case for many other capacities. But even simply completing the main mission would award the player with 1000 Points, the equivalent of a hundred days of training.

And if you were even a little more successful, you could exchange for years of time between every mission…

That's why I decided to take two enhancements for now. Super Soldier Physique, and Low Force Sensitivity.

[No Rank C Rewards, Rank B Reward split into 3 Rank C Rewards.]

[No Rank D Rewards, Rank C Reward split into 3 Rank D Rewards.]

[-3100 Points, D Rank Reward and C Rank Reward.]

Following God's notifications, particles of light came out of the giant ball of light that was God, and surrounded me. I felt myself being lifted off the ground, and my body went through a drastic change.

I felt my bones grow, my muscles bloat up, and my senses get sharper. But weirdly enough, I felt no pain.

The transformation took around a couple of minutes, before my feet once again found the ground.

The first thing I noticed was my height. I had always been rather short, but I now felt like I towered over the world. Chris and Thomas, who were still nearby, had gone from a head taller than me to a head smaller, if not more.

I was finally 6ft! Or maybe even more!

Looking down at myself, I noticed my clothes had mostly been ripped by the transformation, they were several sizes too small now.

My arms had become larger than what my thighs used to be, and it was all muscles. Stretching out my limbs, I no longer felt any weakness, and instead felt like an untold power now inhabited me.

As for the Force… it was strange. I did not exactly feel anything different, not consciously at least, and yet I could tell there was something more, despite not feeling it.

It was very weird, like something that was just out of grasp, I just had to go a little further and I would touch it.

I wasn't disappointed by this, as I didn't expect obvious effects to appear right away.

Curious about the changes that had been brought to me, and turned my attention back to God.

Intelligence: 400

Mental Capacity: 500

Cell Vitality: 400

Reaction speed: 400

Muscle density: 400

Immunization: 400

Now I understood why I felt so drastically different. Seeing my Stats, the Super Soldier Serum had probably brought all of my Stats to 400, which God estimated to be peak human level, and the Low Force Sensitivity must have pushed Mental Capacity by 100.

Left with 2 Rank D Reward, 1 Rank C Reward and 30 Points, I felt like a completely changed man. I did not let pride overtake me, however.

The Force was a powerful energy, which could bring me to incredible heights, but it also could, and would, influence my mind. And as powerful as the Siths were, I wasn't the type to let my emotions dictate my life.

The fact that even those Stats wouldn't have changed much for my first mission also helped me settle down. Sure, Ross wouldn't have been able to hurt me, but I would have been as helpless in front of Hunter, and the rock would have easily killed me, were it not for my OP teammate.

Speaking of which, even now, I wasn't sure what my real intention for killing Becky was.

Sure, it had ended the mission and saved my life, but at the time, I didn't know for sure it would end the mission.

Rather, I found myself facing Hunter's wrath after stealing his kill, and it looked like he was going to torture me at the time. I preferred to think I had killed Becky with the hope it would end the mission, but a part of me feared another reason.

That I had not killed her to save myself, but simply to take a piss at Hunter. To throw him one last middle finger, by signing his death warrant.

I shook my head at that, shaking off these thoughts. What was done couldn't be undone, and thinking about it would only bring dark things to light.

I continued looking at the Exchange System, and this time, instead of searching through any one category, I instead used the search function, and quickly found what I wanted.

Basic Jedi Force Training Holocron: Contains knowledge of the Jedi Order on Force training. Costs 5 Points.

Basic Sith Force Training Holocron: Contains knowledge of the Sith Order on Force training. Costs 5 Points.

Out of all the techniques and training on the Force available, these two were the least expensive, and the only ones I could afford.

[-10 Points.]

Two small constructs appeared in front of me, a cube and a pyramid, and as I held them, I felt a connection with them. I was insanely curious about what was in them, and whether I would even be able to read them.

Chris had something to say however.
