106 Ch.106 Speak, and the Devil arrives...

"How's your head?" Kris asked as he hand over a bottle of water, to Jill who just regained consciousness.

"What did I miss?" asked Jill as she rubs her aching head.

"Well, not much after grabbing you, and jumping off the overpass, the thing that launched a rocket at us decided it wasn't enough and rained bullets at us with its gatling gun."

"And, Oh! Alice, and the rest went on to look for the kid. While, I lured that thing out of there carrying you over my shoulder."

"That thing has a serious hard on for S.T.A.R.S. members... So, yeah not much. You have to put your game face on though 'cause I'll be going hunting soon."

"So, It's that time already huh... You know, I'm still a little skeptical about this, but if your so dead set on this I might as well help you. So, where do you want me?"

"Well, I like you to stay here, and act as a look out to monitor the targets. You are not to engage any of them though 'cause they'll be enhanced as well, more than both of us even. I'll be going full on guerilla for this one."

"Ok, what do you got for me?" asked Jill.

"Well, I got you this, its a pulse rifle with a mounted grenade launcher. A belt with 34 shells included, a little caution on this though it packs quite a punch." Jill nodded and received the weapon.

"I already lunched an orbital drone, use this tablet to monitor your vicinity, and I've linked in the city's close circuit cameras to keep track of the targets. You can contact me thru that as well. That's it, the rest will be up to you." she gave him a thumbs up after fiddling with the tablet.

"Ok, I'll leave Shearpike here as back up. He'll be on stealth from now on. Encase somebody tries to sneak up on you. I'm off then." said Kris as he exited the clock tower, closing all entrances behind him.

Seeing Kris's leaving back Jill just sighs muttering,"Despite everything his still trying to be a hero..."

The Umbrella Corporation is a large global conglomerate, with a very particular selection of employees. Mainly due to the extremely sensitive ventures they possess.

Which is when Zheng contacted them, they automatically refered to there detailed employee database.

"Found him. This person was indeed one of our employee. He was a security agent in the Hive, and disappeared after the incident."

"What he claims, might probably be true. He became infected during the initial leak, and the T virus mutated during this time. We don't have information of this mutation so we will name it the G virus for now!"

The supervisor reported the existence of this evolved T virus to the higher ups. The heads of the Corporation quickly began a teleconference.

When they heard the analysis and saw a video of the destruction Zheng demonstrated by going against evolve lickers, they ordered to cancel the nuclear strike.

Instead they sent in a large number of mercenaries into the city. The mercenaries' primary mission was to bring back a sample of the valuable G virus.

At the same time, Nemesis #2 was also sent to the mission. They decided to accept any requests from the G virus carrier temporarily to keep him inside the city.

[Kris POV]

As multiple helicopters pass over head, Kris thought,'So Zheng did the same as in OG and, made a deal with Umbrella. Well, at least this will create more diversion while I feast on the little piggies that are unaware.'

[General POV]

About a hundred kilometres away, on top of a skyscraper. Ten men, and women appeared out of nowhere.

This group is composed of eight men, and two women that were all dressed in the same black tight fitting clothes. Even their shoes were the same. They gave off a presence stronger than most of team China's members.

A man and woman was holding hands. They both faced toward the same direction with their eyes closed. A moment later, the man said, "Leader, I've confirmed the location. Ninety-three kilometres from here."

"Aside from 3 people from the team, there were several movie characters with them. I also found the others, they are at the other side of the check point."

A man crouched on the floor said, "Do they have a psyche force user? How strong?" this guy is exactly, Zheng's clone. The leader of team Devil.

The man replied. "Yes. We can confirm they have a psyche force user, but only one. Equal to Amy in power, slightly weaker than me. Her abilities contain Soul Link and Psyche scan." said Tom one of the two psyche force user of team Devil, beside him is Amy, the other psyche force user.

"Xuan, give me an analysis of their team."

Xuan gave his analysis, pointing out, Yinkong, ChengXiao, and Zheng as potential threats for the team. He then elaborated the pros and cons of each individual.

Devil Zheng said. "Thanks for the work, Xuan. Our mission is to protect Jill, Angela, Alice, LJ, and Carlos until they leave the city. However, they are with team China at the moment. Except for Jill, Tom could you locate her?"

Tom began to scan every part of the city, even the other side of the check point. He then said,"I can't find her, there's a possibility that she died early on."

Xuan presented the possibility of team China, delaying the nuke to gain time for themselves. And also the reason for Jill's disappearance.

Devil Zheng stood up and said with a hint of excitement. "Really? That's good. Or this movie will be too boring. ZhuiKong, I'll leave that assassin to you. I don't want to hear any accidents. Yanwei pick off the strugglers, and if possible find out what happend to Jill."

"Xuan, lead Tom, Amy, and Frodo to attack the others at the check point. Let Frodo take an extra person or two. He needs more points and rewards for enhancements, since he's new to our team."

"Techoi, Ricard, Francis, and I will go meet team China's leader. Xuan will be the commander. You can order any member other than me. Now for team China's leader, He deserves a better send off."
