Her hatred was not only displayed by her words, but also her tone.

The voice was a shrill one, but did not resound in my ears.

It was a weird feeling, because I knew that the voice did not travel through the air but was in my mind. It sounded like the person was talking next to me, but also through the whole room.

Even though it was loud, it was also silent. The voice was unlike my own thoughts, which I knew could not be heard. Rather they seemed like a separate entity, of which I was unsure if it could be heard by others or not. An eerie feeling, to be quite honest.

I listened to her monologue attentively, while my mind was still in disarray from the rude awakening.

Eh, that was a rather peculiar scenario. In all honesty I was not expecting the original Agnes to return. I assumed she would be dead or similar, but now that I thought about it, there was no base for such a theory.

Moreover, it seemed that we shared one mind, as she could read mine and I could read hers. I'm glad that her voice was so distinguishable from mine, or I might have gone crazy from believing her thoughts were mine. Well, more crazy than now.

This time I heard the voice clearly. It was hard to describe as it did not come from my mouth, but was also not just a thought in my mind. I felt it reverberate through the air, or maybe it was just an illusion, because when I looked around, there was no one.

But for now, I too could distinguish between what she said and what she thought.

This situation was certainly awkward. I wasn't really sure how to handle it. Or if I should handle it at all.

Her voice, just like mine, showed a trace of confusion and it appeared to me that she knew as much as I did to why I was in her body.

If I thought about it, there was no real reason for me to feel uneasy.

The gears in my head churned, as I was fully awake now.

"ᴏʜ ᴍʏ, ʙᴜᴛ ᴅᴏɴ'ᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ᴛʜɪɴᴋ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ɪ ᴍɪɢʜᴛ ʀᴇsᴜᴍᴇ ᴄʜᴏᴋɪɴɢ ʏᴏᴜ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ?" She suddenly said. Eh, she was more toxic than I thought.

"I hope you aren't that impulsive," I told her, "and I think it would be good if we talked to each other, even if we could read each other's mind. Or else it might get too confusing."

"ʏᴏᴜ ᴀʀᴇ ǫᴜɪᴛᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄʜᴀʀᴀᴄᴛᴇʀ. ғɪʀsᴛ ʏᴏᴜ sᴛᴇᴀʟ ᴍʏ ʙᴏᴅʏ, ɴᴏᴡ ʏᴏᴜ ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴍᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴄᴏᴏᴘᴇʀᴀᴛᴇ? ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴡᴏʀᴋɪɴɢs ʀᴇᴍɪɴᴅ ᴍᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜᴏsᴇ ʙᴀɴᴅɪᴛs, ᴀ sᴀᴄ ғᴜʟʟ ᴏғ sᴄʀᴏᴜɴᴅʀᴇʟs."

I massaged my brows, (well, calling it 'my brows', felt a bit weird in consideration to the current situation), of course she would not agree with anything I said at the moment. I was already happy that she hadn't gone the path of mutual assured destruction.

"Could you please stop doing that," I asked of her.

I didn't want talk about it, but there was something unseemingly scary with talking to an invisible entity, in the middle of the night. Moreover, she was not only hostile, but almost vengeful.

I was quite sure she would be the type of person to turn into a siprit if she were to die.

"I feel like I understood why they called you 'Broken Demoness'."

"ᴛʜᴀᴛ's ɪᴛ. ʟᴇᴛ's sᴇᴛᴛʟᴇ ᴛʜɪs ᴏᴜᴛsɪᴅᴇ," she said, with her ghastly voice.

No, thank you. I've seen enough horror movies in my past life, to know not to follow the villains sentiments. I didn't want to be terrified to death.

"Hey, I didn't want to be here either."

ᴛʜᴇɴ ʟᴇᴀᴠᴇ ɴᴏᴡ.

Since I controlled her body, which she seemed unable to do, I was not really worried about the urgency of this situation.

Maybe I could use this as my advantage even, now that she is back, I could ask her a lot of questions. But first, I needed her to calm down.

ᴛʜɪs ᴡᴀs ᴍʏ ᴄᴀʟᴍ sᴛᴀᴛᴇ.

"Do you have a body," I asked her.

"ʏᴏᴜ ᴀʀᴇ ɪɴ ɪᴛ," she replied aptly.

"No, that's not what I meant," sorry by the way, "but I remember that you said you were observing me, from high above?"

"ɪɴᴅᴇᴇᴅ."

"Then how do you see if you had no body? How did you hear me if you had no body?"

"Well, if you can hear, see, talk, you should be able to feel too. And if you could do that, then you may already have a body, right?"

That's of course only my assumption. Let us all hope that she wasn't just a floating head, or I might not be able to fall asleep for a while.

I gave it my best not to let out an ear-piercing scream.

There was something indescribable of seeing a naked girl manifesting right before ones eye.

At first, I saw her head and chest. The black, disheveled hair hid her face and her pale skin was almost translucent. Almost immediately, like silent whispers, her arms appeared, of which I had no recollection how. The rest of the body followed soon after

She slowly solidified, from only gas, into a human.

What I then experienced, was like looking into a mirror.

However, the dissonance between the person that seemed like me, but wasn't, send a slight chill down my spine.

"ɪ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ɴᴏ ᴄʟᴏᴛʜᴇs," was the first thing she muttered.

She had dark wavy hair and blue eyes, with a depth that never ended. Her still childish face was not suited for the mature expression she displayed- upturned eyes, and small lips tugged downwards, shaping a frown.

Her slim body caused her ribs to stick out, and her small chest was emphasized by her thinness. Most notable were her long legs, in comparison to her small waist, whose figure was dampened by only malnutrition.

Her skin was fair, almost too fair, as if the lady had never left the shadows, scared that she might burn from sunlight.

The only thing able to contend with her beauty was the bright moon, but which also paled in comparison to her.

"Yes, that seems to be the case," I replied, my eyes focused on the girl.

Honestly, from all the things that have occurred since I arrived, this ethereal scene would probably stay in my mind the longest.
