4 Goblins?!

A huge dragon color mainly pink and green can bee seen towering at a height of 100 meters, 50 meter taller than his brother Veldora in the anime counterparts. His body has many hard scales protruding out ever corner of his body, and a claws that looks like it could slash the continent in half . Before his seclusion he was known as the biggest dragon second only to his eldest brother, Veldanava.

(minutes prior to dragon transformation)
A man could be seen top less, with a huge bow in his hand pointing over the ocean horizon.
suddenly a huge sea creature jumped out of the water 100 meter away from the man. Minding its own business, but what it didn't know it will be the last air it will breath.
The man suddenly stated "Wrath of all forces"
All of a sudden everything 100 meters in front of the man split apart, the scene can be comparable to the moment Moses commanded the sea to part ways. only this time it is very destructive as many marine life creatures started to float up in the water, chunks of meat and blood floated up in the water.
(Velshizen POV)
[I would suggest host to now search for his clan, the species that will be under the host is now stable in numbers. Worry not as I will help host locate them.]
*Exhale*
"Thanks for the notice, can you tell me what type of species they are anyways. And how do you even know if they stabilized in number when you were always with me."
[Answering host question. for your first question, you will know when we get there as god of dream told me not to tell you as it will be a surprise. For your second question, the god of dream gave me rough calculation, by now this creatures should be hundred of thousands in number.]
"Got it, are they present in this island?"
[There is no life form in this island, besides insects and underground creatures which in very unlikely will go above ground, due to your constant magicule discharge during practice many creatures fled towards main continent, whether being innovative by building ships using their little brain or swimming and dying in the process.]
"Woops, my bad. Anyways enough pleasantries lets get to it."
[I suggest host to meditate and recover before moving, as you just exhausted a good amount of magicule using that Grade 13 spell.]
"Well guess you're right."
(After 10 min of meditation)
"Yosh lets get to it"
'Been a long time since I transformed into a dragon, since I mainly focused creating grade 13 spell in human form. Though I hate to admit I need this form to use spells properly and the bow I wished for. It doesn't mean I have humanoid form I am a human, so it doesn't matter. I'm a dragon through and through.'
Transforming to my dragon form I set off to the main continent.

(Some where in the main continent, in the eastern side of forest of Jura the newly formed Sovereign Alliance of Nasca Namrium Ulmeria Empire, also known as eastern empire)

a man barged in the throne room, where the royals and nobles reside having the usual constant meeting. Due to the newly formed empire there has been constant meeting in order to stabilize the community.
"Halt! what is your purpose in barging in the meeting" a guard beside the door, unfazed by the sudden appearance of the man.
"My lord your majesty, please forgive this man but a big news have reached the ears of this lowly royal guard." The man begged and carefully stated in order not to lose his life.
"A big news you say? big enough to interrupt our meeting especially when its in the part which is important? tell me, if it isn't as big as you make it out to be ill kill you on the spot." Raising his hands telling his personal royal guards to put away their weapons.
the man gulped and said "Va-Valshizen the 5th true dragon has left his island and is heading towards the forest of Jura, intention is unknown but the party sent to hunt monster for fur, coat and other stuff monster villages own. Have spotted him from far away, its was only due to the strongest bow user of the Kingdome that he was identified though far away."
The king abruptly stood up in surprise "Shit! we may have to delay our plans!, tell the people dispatched to retreat immediately! You must not get close to that madman!"
a noble was surprise by his kings statement, "My king, majesty. Why are you so worked up by that dragon, out nation is big enough to handle him."
The king stared at the noble as if he was stupid, but later sighed since he cant blame ignorant fools, "Veldanava told me after our promise to not to get close to his youngest brother, not because they are family, but that Dragon..."
"He ones visited his brother but meet something horrifying. The time when he was only a special S rank disaster rank he saw his little brother creating a top class Catastrophe skill maybe even worst than that. And that was 500 years ago" the king said, while his hands shook in fright.
The king then continued.
"If what he said next is true then we must by all cost not meet this man, Veldanava once told me even before the existence of humans were created or known he accidentally heard his brother say 'Humans, get in my way I will do everything in my power to bring your race into extinction, may god damn me.' At first he was confused, who and what is this human that angered his brother only to find out late that it was actually a race." the king said with a sigh of defeat.
"One day we will deal with him but not today, we must prepare for the inevitable battle. for now we will retreat. Every since I heard this news from his big brother I've been preparing for a possible war and asked magicians in my side to find ways to counter that dragon. Its only lucky Veldanava fell in love with my sister and warned me not to mess with his little brother for my sister, and my families safety." The king said and added
"I will try to ask his brother to tell Velshizen to not blindly massacre us when the time comes" the king said as he planned his future war with Valshzien.

(Back to Valshizen POV)

As Valshizen was flying towards the forest of jura since great sage asked him to do so, he was meet with a troublesome fellow.
"Brother, Veldora. what do you i owe you a visit to this little brother of yours" i said calmly.
"Cut the crap Valshizen, tell me. How did you get so big! you are twice as tall as me this is not fair! people will think I'm your little brother not the other way around!" Veldora complained.
"Ugh.. Its because you are a fool that you cant grow big, that brain of yours that always thinks about fighting is as small as those lowly human scums. its surprising you haven't died like those ants." I said clearly annoyed by his presence
"You! is this how you talk to your big brother! associating me with those low lives! ill show your place right here right now! lets fight!" Veldora said clearly furious.
"If you fight me right now i wont tell you how to grow bigger like me" I said using it as a way to avoid fighting since i have better things to do.
"Geh! Fine, tell me how to grow bigger, ill let you off the hook for now. Thought don't think I would do the same in future." Veldora promised.
"That's fine, anyways the way to grow bigger is to use magicule, as we are true dragons, our physique as dragons mainly consist of magicule, all you need to do is gather more and focus it on your limbs then you will grow bigger." I told him not afraid he will break his promise the moment he gets big, since we dragons have our pride and we wont drop so low as to break promises.
"By the way I tested its limit, it seems 100 meter is the limit my body can handle, well that's all of it, you test how big you can get. I still have some matters to attend to." I said quickly flying away leaving my stupid brother trying to grow his body.
(Time skip 10min)
After flying around the forest of Jura for 10 min Great sage finally spoke.
[It is recommended to host to stop 1 KM ahead as there you will find the biggest community of the species that will be under you.]
following Great sages suggestion i quickly landed in front of a big village with wooden houses and bamboo strips based roof tops.
[Congratulations host, you finally found the first generation of your clan.]
"St-strong one, wh-wh-what bu-business do you ha-have here."
This line, its very familiar. I look down to see a group of green humanoid species shaking and some even pissed themselves. I look at the creatures in front of me, and quickly asked Great sage.
"You're joking with me right? great sage? my future clan is a bunch of goblins?"
[I suggest host to see it in a bigger picture, Goblins just like humans are known as creature that has potential evolution to get stronger as they are very adaptable creatures even greater than humans, its just this creatures don't exercise this fact.]
[Since host plans creating on creating a clan, it is a fact that you will give each and every one of them 2 names. Firstly their first name and secondly the clan name or better known as last name. Host must carry the same last name]
After great sage spoke I heard the goblin who spoke earlier speak up again, he looks to be the head of the village.
"G-Great o-one?"
Though they are goblins I don't care if my family will be goblins in the future i will just protect them. It doesn't matter what species they are. But first..
"Hooooo, you are a brave one aren't you little one, do you have a name?" I said in a intimidating way.
"This lowly one doesn't dare to say he has a name in front the all mighty!" The goblin quickly bowed followed by the rest of the village which roughly 10,000 in number.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA... interesting!, you didn't falter even with my intimidation. Its decided, Follow me to my territory and I will name every single one of you. The moment you decide to follow me you will be part of my clan! my family!" I said retracting my magicule as to not scare this little creatures.
"""""Ehhhhh?!?!?!""""" every single goblins said in unison.
