While heading towards the City Lord's mansion, Ryuuto and Ning Er were talking about the marriage ceremony.

"Do you want me to invite the chat group?"

"No, I would prefer it to be a more private ceremony, just our families."

"Ok then, any place you had in mind for it?"

"There's a place near Glory City that is spectacular Dear."

"Let's go there then."

Soon after that, Ryuuto and Ning Er reached the City Lord mansion and were being escorted towards their room.

As they were heading towards the rooms they would be staying in, the two heard a voice coming from one of the nearby yards.

"Ning Er? Is that you?"

Turning around, Ryuuto and Ning Er saw that the one who spoke was actually Ye Ziyun, the City Lord's daughter with whom Ning Er had become friends once again during Ryuuto's first visit at Glory City.

"Ziyun, how are you?"

While Ryuuto just greeted her and then kept being escorted to his room, Ning Er decided to remain with Ziyun to chat for a little.

"I'm fine, what brought you back here?"

"Hehe~ You see, I'm about to get married, in a week we'll hold the ceremony.

"Really?! Can I come?"

"Sure, we didn't really think about making a big ceremony but you and your father are more than welcome, after all you're my first friend."

Hearing Ning Er say that, Ziyun jumped on her hugging her and repeatedly thanked her.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"

As they kept chatting about what happened in Glory City and what Ning Er did outside of it, they didn't even notice time passing until one of the servant came and told them it was time for dinner.

Just like that the week separating Ryuuto and Ning Er from their marriage soon passed and during that time Ryuuto just kept going around the city with his family having fun sometimes even going outside to fight some demon beasts.

In one of the lunches that Ryuuto had at Ye Zong's mansion the topic about the changes to Glory City came up and Ye Zong explained more or less in detail what Nie Li did in those nine months.

"Where is he now by the way? I never saw him while going around the city."

"I have no idea, the brat just suddenly disappeared together with some of his friends about a week or so ago."

That conversation happened the second day Ryuuto came back so Nie Li had been missing for almost two weeks now.

As the day for their wedding finally arrived, Ryuuto was waiting dressed in the same suit he used for the Yule ball while his and Ning Er's family were waiting behind him together with Ye Ziyun meanwhile her Father was in front of Ryuuto since he would officialize the wedding.

While waiting for his soon to be wife, Ryuuto looked around and contemplated the lake, its water was crystalline with various small fishes swimming in it and the lake was surround by trees with pink leaves and normal ones, overall it looked splendid.

Soon after Ryuuto finished looking around the lake he saw Ning Er exit a carriage and staying to walk towards him while wearing a traditional chinese wedding dress of a beautiful red color and with an intricate design made of gold and silver.

As she reached the altar where Ryuuto was standing waiting for her, the only thing he could say was: "You look absolutely stunning right now."

"Thanks Dear."

Smiling brightly while saying that, Ning Er and Ryuuto turned towards Ye Zong who started the ceremony for their marriage and soon enough the two were officially married.

As Ryuuto and Ning Er kissed to seal their vows, their families started to loudly cheer while the servants from the Xiao and City Lord's families started to prepare for the feast that would soon take place.

While they all were eating with Ryuuto and Ning Er in a table all for themselves while the two families were in a different big table, Ning Er suddenly remembered something.

"Dear, you still haven't given me or Rias the pets you promised us."

"Right, I forgot about that when you brought up the marriage ceremony, what pet would you like little Ning?"

Thinking about the question Ryuuto asked her, Ning Er put a finger on her chin, seeing which Ryuuto thought that she looked extremely cute.

"How about some type of cat, Dear?"

"Mmh... I think I have the perfect cat for you, I'll give it to you tomorrow... After all you won't sleep tonight~"

As Ning Er blushed hearing the second part that Ryuuto whispered to her she was also looking forward to the pet Ryuuto would give her.

Waking up the next day feeling sore from everything that happened during that night, Ning Er looked lovingly towards Ryuuto and putting a hand on her belly muttered something she thought Ryuuto wouldn't hear since she thought he was sleeping.

"When will you give me a baby Dear?"

"I'm sorry Ning Er, but I'm not feeling ready for that yet and we have all eternity in front of us so don't worry, one day it will happen."

Hearing Ryuuto's voice Ning Er got startled since she thought that he wasn't awake.

"De-Dear! I thought you were still sleeping, you should have told me if you were actually awake."

"Sorry for startling you little Ning."

After a little more chit chat Ryuuto and Ning Er took a shower together, during which Ryuuto thought about what pet to give her.

'Since she said she wanted a cat I could give her a kavat or maybe a Vulpaphyla... Let's give Ning Er a kavat and Rias a Vulpaphyla, she really liked Scott so she should like a fox version of him... What would happen if I gave Ning Er a feral kavat? Would it have all three types of kavat's skills?...'

Thinking about that, Ryuuto decided to finish his shower a little faster and wait for his wife in their bedroom with her new cat.

As Ryuuto summoned the feral kavat the first thing it did was jump on his lap and start purring, just like any normal house cat.

"Haha, you really are overgrown cats aren't you?"

Saying that Ryuuto started to scratch the new pet behind her ear making her purr even louder.

As Ning Er got outside the bathroom covered in a towel while still drying her hair, she sat down on the bed but soon after she felt something weight down on her lap.

Moving her gaze from her wet hair to her lap, Ning Er's eyes started sparkling with stars seeing the big cat in her lap and, while affectionately patting her head Ning Er turned to Ryuuto and thanked him with a kiss.

"Thanks Dear, she's super cute! What's her name?"

"She doesn't have a name yet I wanted you to name her, by the way how did you know she's a female? I didn't tell you yet."

Ryuuto knew of the kavat's gender since he himself summoned her but Ning Er couldn't know about it.

"Call it a hunch Dear. By the way what can this little cutie do?"

After hearing his wife ask that, Ryuuto started explaining the various abilities of the kavats and once he was done, Ning Er came up with a name.

"What do you think about Schrodinger, Dear?"

"Because you don't know if she's there or not until she kills you? Seems nice, what do you think girly?"

Hearing the now named Schrodinger meowing loudly in agreement with them, Ryuuto and Ning Er chuckled and started playing with her for some time.

During their time playing with Schrodinger, Rias smashed into their room trying to startle them while they were naked or sleeping.

"Darling! Ning Er! How are you two doing?"

Before either of the two could answer her, Rias saw Schrodinger and realized that she was the family's latest pet and pouted while jokingly glaring at Ryuuto.

"It's not fair Darling! I want my new pet too!"

"Aah, you spoiled girl, give me a second."

After saying that, Ryuuto started to think about which Vulpaphyla to gift her and after thinking for about five minutes, during which Rias kept staring at him, Ryuuto decided to just summon one that would have more or less all the types of variants.

After deciding that and summoning it, Rias saw a fox-looking infested beast suddenly appear and as soon as Rias saw her, she jumped on the Vulpaphyla and started rubbing her cheek all over the Vulpaphyla head.

"You're so cute! I'll call you Senko!"

After almost spitting blood at Rias' name for her new pet, Ryuuto got back to playing with Schrodinger but this time Senko and Russ also joined them.
