Once he found the gift for Kyoka , Ryuuto went back to Kuoh's highschool to wait for Rias.

What he only now noticed was that he was attracting a lot of attention due to how handsome and cute he looked at the same time, most girls blushed when looking at him and some even winked when they saw he was looking at them.

Fortunately once he reached Kuoh's highschool he didn't have to wait too much for classes to end and he soon saw Rias and Akeno exit the main building to go to the ORC.

"Hey Rias!"

Hearing him most of the students turned towards him and while almost all the girls blushed, most of the boys except one or two all glared at him and thought.

'How dares this handsome bastard call our princess by her name?!'

What shocked them even more is that Rias actually smiled at him and went towards Ryuuto together with Akeno.

"Hello Ryuuto, so you really did come visit me, why don't you come with us to the ORC?"

"Are you sure about this Rias?"

"Don't worry Akeno, he is one of 'them'."

"I see, ara ara~ where are my manners? My name is Akeno Himejima, the vice president of the ORC, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too, I am Ryuuto Azusagawa. I see Rias told you about us."

"That she did and I have to say I'm really curious."

"Well if you have any questions feel free to ask them, I'll gladly answer them."

While they were having some small talk Rias, Akeno and Ryuuto reached the ORC building and went inside the main room.

"Would you like some tea, Ryuuto-kun?"

"Yes, thank you Akeno."

After seeing that Akeno went to make tea, Ryuuto turned towards Rias.

"So, how is it going Rias? Do you know that there are some fallen angels in the city?"

"Everything been going well, thank you for asking and yes I know about them, both me and Sona, the other overseer of the city, yesterday planned a raid for tonight to take them out."

"Then you won't mind if I tag along with you, right?"

"That would be delightful."

Soon after Akeno came back in the room and served tea both to Rias and Ryuuto.

Just as she finished doing that the doors opened and revealed Koneko and Kiba together with Gasper that as soon as he saw Ryuuto got scared and jumped inside the box that was on one of the couches.

"Kiba, Koneko, Gasper, this is Ryuuto, one of 'them', Ryuuto the little girl is Koneko, the blonde boy is Kiba and the one that jumped in the box is Gasper."

"Nice to meet you all, as you've heard my name is Ryuuto Azusagawa, nice to meet you all."

Kiba greeted him back while Koneko just nodded and Gasper barely looked over the box.

"Hey Rias, do you remember the two angels that I summoned?" Seeing her nod he continued speaking. "Well I got another one, she's a blacksmith, would you guys like some new weapons?"

"If it doesn't bother you then I will accept your offer."

"Then what weapons do you want?"

"Both me and Akeno are better at long range Magic so maybe short to protect ourself in close combat, like a dagger. Kiba doesn't really need one since he can create them himself but they won't last forever. Koneko is my rook so I would say something like a pair of gauntlets to help her defend and attack better, while for Gasper I would say a spear so he doesn't have to get too close to the enemy."

Seeing everyone nodding with what Rias said, Ryuuto spoke with Kiba.

"Then Kiba-san, how about you go with my summon to learn a thing or two about sword's creation?"

"If you don't mind me tagging along then I would gladly take you up on that offer."

'Lotus, summon Hephaestus.'

{As you wish Tenno.}

Once again a bright light suddenly appeared and then slowly dimmed revealing a woman's figure.

"What can I do for you Master?"

"Hello Hephaestus, I would like you to make some weapons, possibly before tonight."

"What do I need to craft?"

"Two daggers, one spear and a pair of gauntlets, if you can make them magic conductive it would be even better, do you think you can make them?"

"I can make them before evening but I need the materials."

"Don't worry about that."

Saying that Ryuuto created a bunch of materials that Hephaestus could use.

"These should be enough for all of them but where should I go to craft these weapons?"

At that point Rias entered the conversation between Ryuuto and Hephaestus answering the latter question.

"You can use on of the room in the floor beneath us."

"Then if you excuse me Master, I'm going to start working."

"One last thing before you go, Kiba here can create swords, would you mind if he comes with you to watch your work and learn how to create better swords."

"Sure Master, I don't mind, come with me Kiba."

Soon after Ryuuto left saying that he had a surprise for Rias and to just send him the address of the meeting with Sona in the Chat.

Not knowing exactly where his target lives, Ryuuto asked Ordis to use the ship's sensors to find him.

Once he had actually located him, Ryuuto went towards his destination, arriving there he equipped Ivara Prime and activated Prowl to enter inside the house without being seen.

After getting inside he looked for his target and found him inside his room, what surprised Ryuuto was that he was actually studying instead of 'researching'.

Getting behind him Ryuuto put Issei to sleep using the sleep arrow from Ivara's quiver and then deactivate his invisibility.

"Sorry for what I'm about to do but I'm avoiding you from dieing multiple times."

Once done telling that to a sleeping Issei he started looking at his soul using dream energy to scan it and quickly found what he was looking for.

'So this is how a Longinus looks like. let's see if I can make a copy of it.'

Switching warframe he equipped Nekros Prime and thanks to its familiarity with souls Ryuuto was able to make a copy of the Boosted Gear and fused it with his soul.

'It seems everything went well, now let's check if I can awaken this thing.'

Injecting dream energy directly inside the artificial Boosted Gear Ryuuto saw how a bright blue light suddenly appeared on his right arm and soon after a blue Boosted Gear with a golden jewel, golden linings and 2 silver spikes fully formed.

'It changed color, probably because of the dream energy influence.

Would you look at the time, it took more than I thought to replicate this, I better start going to the address meeting before I'm too late.'

Thinking that Ryuuto carried Issei over his shoulder and started going to the meeting location.

On his way there he saw a screen that told him that Hephaestus went back in the system.

Once there he saw how everyone was refining the last parts of their plan while waiting for him and noticed how Rias and her peerage, except for Kiba, had the weapons that Hephaestus made them.

"I hope I didn't make you wait too much."

Suddenly hearing a new voice startled Rias Sona and their peerages that simultaneously turned around ready to attack in case it was an enemy.

"Oh, it's you Ryuuto, wait, why are you carrying that guy with you and who is he?"

"This guy is Issei Hyoudou, he's a sacred gear wielder and also the surprise I told you about but before that, won't you introduce me to your friends."

"Ah right! Ryuuto they are Sona and her peerage, Sona this is Ryuuto, he is one of the guys I told you about."

"Nice to meet you, as you've heard my name is Ryuuto Azusagawa, please just call me Ryuuto, I see Rias told you about our group."

"Nice to meet you too, I'm Sona Sitri, Rias' childhood friend and heiress to the Sitri clan, you can call me Sona as well."

After Sona also introduced herself she did the same for her peerage.

While they were introducing each other Rias kept thinking that she already saw Issei somewhere.

"Now I remember! He is the guy that I had my eyes on since we sensed a sacred gear inside him but then everything went down the drain so I kinda forgot about him."

"You're right, in fact he has the Boosted Gear even though it's still dormant."

"The Boosted Gear?! Really?! Then, did you bring him here so I can reincarnate him?"

"No, I'm going to transfer the Boosted Gear to you."

At that point Sona, feeling incredulous since it was deemed impossible to transfer a sacred gear without killing it's host, shouted.

"What?! Don't you know that's going to kill him?! Even if I don't like him I won't let you kill one of the school's students!"

"Calm down Sona, I have no intention of killing him, didn't Rias tell you about is, you should know we are capable of doing things seemed as impossible by you."

"You're right about that and I apologize for my outburst but I'll still keep an eye on you to make sure nothing bad happens to him."

"Okay then, Rias do you mind coming here so I can start the transfer to you?"

As soon as Rias got close enough Ryuuto equipped once again Nekros Prime to help him tamper with Issei's soul, once again covering his soul in dream energy he started circulating it around the part that contained the Boosted Gear to slowly sever the connection while also healing it, this also made it so that the Boosted Gear didn't go back to the Heaven's system.

Unsurprisingly it took a lot of energy to do this but once he was done they all saw a red ball shaped light covered in blue energy fluctuate above Issei's chest.

"Rias I'm going to start implanting the Boosted Gear in your soul, it might feel uncomfortable but please don't move or I could make an error."

Seeing Rias nodding Ryuuto moved the red ball of light towards her and slowly inserted it inside her chest, thankfully Rias was able to resist the discomfort and after about half an hour Ryuuto was done transferring the Sacred Gear.

As soon as he was done Tsubaki, Sona's Queen, went to check on Issei's condition and found him still breathing and his heart still beating.

"President, he did it, Hyoudou is still alive."

Hearing what her Queen said Sona visibly relaxed and let out a breath she didn't know she was holding.
