683 Should we break up?

Jeremy looked at his girlfriend nervously after he shut down the fire. He also waved the smoke away as he switched on the cooker hood to 'swallow' all the smoke. Pretty soon, the thick smoke was no longer there but both of them could still smell the burn. He took the pan and placed it under water. The pan was ruined too. He gulped nervously. 

What has he done?

Ryn took a deep breath to calm down but it was hard. This time it was she who was furious. How could he do this to her? She did not even do anything that could hurt him. She just forgot to call him because she was exhausted last night. Heck, she did not even remember to take off her make-up and undo her hair. She even slept in the dress she was wearing to the dinner. So how could her, in her drowsiness, remember to call him when she could only think of at that time to bury herself in her bed and sleep.
