1 Chapter One

It was hot in the desert and you were sweating like a fountain. You had your performance costume on, it wasn't as hot as you'd think it'd be. Your costume was light, though it you could over heat. It seemed like hours before you spotted something in the distance, a circus perhaps? Your last circus partners left you in the dust, you had changed after that, more aggressive and rude. Maybe even a bit dangerous. Maybe this circus would be different. Hope was soon filling you, you headed in the direction of that circus. But, little did you know that circus would change your life forever..

The sun blazed down, making the ground like a frying pan. You trudged along, hungry and thirsty. It was too long since you've drank anything or eaten anything for that matter. Ugh....why is it so hot... you thought, mumbling something under your breath. Your performance costume was thankfully not too hot, so you were quite comfortable in the heat. For some time you thought of your previous circus and you clenched your teeth, growling in a human like way. Your tail swished back and forth, in an angry matter. Stupid jerks! Dumping me in the desert miles away from anything! What would be out here!? You screamed in silence.

Hours later you were about to give up hope of finding anything. You sighed, walked for about sixteen minutes and then spotted something in the distance. "What is that?" You asked yourself, narrowing your eyes to get a better look. "A circus? Why would a circus be out here in the middle of the desert!?" You muttered. Your stomach growled loudly, your mouth is as dry. "Maybe they'll be good and water.." you guessed, shrugged, and bolted off toward the tents. Soon you reached the fairgrounds, panting and gasping for air. "Ugh...maybe running wasn't such a grand plan." You coughed. Soon someone's cry was heard. What the fuck was that!? You thought, walking behind a tent. Peeking out behind the tent you saw a fairly tall boy. He had a red and white costume with a tail and a bunny hood. You looked at your own costume, seeing that it was exactly like yours, but your stripes were blue and black, plus your bunny hood was red. Strange... you thought, but something caught your eye. Chicken! Your stomach growled and you just started walking toward the chicken on the plate. You hid behind the cart, raised your hand and snagged the plate off of the cart. Suddenly your booked it behind a orange and red tent. You began to eat. When you finished, you quickly put the plate back before the boy was walking back. You saw a purple wolf, with a mask that randomly fell off to a different expression. "Hey!! Where did the chicken go!!" The boy yelled pushing you out from looking at the wolf. "I-I don't k-know..." the purple wolf stuttered, taking a step back. "Kedamono! Did you eat the chicken!!" The bunny hood boy screamed. "N-no, Popee I d-didn't!!" You felt bad, but hit and ate a chicken leg. Your black and blue striped tail swayed back and forth, you were very interested in what would happen. But you then you realized that you could have some fun with this boy! Heehee!! You giggled silently. Soon you found a wooden box filled with explosives. You smirked devilishly and grabbed a few. You lit the thread, throwing one of the out into the open behind the boy. You had to keep yourself quiet, but you watched the boy fly over purple wolf, wheezing. Kodamono looked horrified at what happen to Popee. He quickly took the chance to run and hide. You didn't see where he went but suddenly you felt someone grab your tail. You had kind of a small temper if someone grabbed you there. The handler yanked it making you throw a bomb at them. They yowled, running away. You chased them, throwing bombs at them. You realized that your tail-handler was the purple wolf. You didn't care, you just continued to pelt him with bombs. "C'mere you!" You yelled, anger in your tone. The purple wolf screamed as a bomb exploded near him. You were different then most performers. More agile and quick, plus very sneaky. "I got you now!!" You said randomly popping up from behind the purple wolf. He screamed, begging and pleaded for you to let you to let him go. "Pardon? I can't hear you!" You laughed, letting him go. He scrambled back and suddenly you began to cough violently. You remembered how thirsty and hungry you were. You fell onto the floor, coughing and stomach growling. The purple wolf was over you in a second, dragging you to a nearby tent. Your eyesight was getting blurry, you grunted blinking. Soon your vision blanked out and the last thing you saw was the  purple wolf grabbing water.

Suddenly you jolted up. You were no longer thirsty but you sure were hungry. You notice that a sandwich was left for you. It was gone in two seconds. You made your way to the tents folding door. You moved it away, stepping out into the day light. You blinked your eyes against the light until they adjusted. Soon you saw the purple wolf, in a corner with the pink bunny-hat boy screaming at him. You narrowed your eyes, sprinting over. The boy didn't know what was coming, soon you tackled him onto the floor. The two of you were tussling over and over. The purple wolf just stared, quiet and his mask having a scared expression. You then just bit him on the arm, he screamed like a girl the threw you off. "Ack!" You landed on your back, grunting at the impact. "Damn! Someone's scream is girly!" You laughed out! Kicking your legs in the laughing fit. You wheezed, giggling.

Before he could turn on you, you had disappeared behind the tent, one of them anyway. "Who was that?" You heard the boy say in a very angry tone. You held in your laughter, your sids were hurting. "I-I..do not know..? I helped them out when they passed out- .." Kedamono admitted. You giggled, wondering what to do next.
